特段にホテルが豪華とか立地が素晴らしいとかないですが、ビーチにも近く、ホテル内の三段式のプールもリラックスするには十分で、値段を考えれば、とてもリーズナブルだと思います。　ホテル従業員はとても笑顔が絶えず気持ちが良い方ばかりでした。

新しいホテルではないことは承知していましたので、あまり期待はしていませんでしたが、ひどかったの一言に尽きます。エアコンつければカタカタという音が止まらずつけていられません。トイレの下水の音なのか妙な音がして続いていました。隣の部屋の声がよく聞こえます。隣の子供の声で目が覚めました。掃除がとにかく遅い。３泊しましたが一度も掃除はしてもらえませんでした。さすがにゴミ捨てとタオルの交換には来てもらいましたが。 設備だけでなく、スタッフのサービスも問題ありです。最後の精算時には請求書をチェックしたら朝食が同じ日に二回請求してあったので取り消しを求めたら、何か特別なサービスを頼んだからではないのかとか言われ、こちらがサインをした伝票の提示を求めたら、前日のルームサービスの別の伝票をこれを見ろと言わんば […] かりに見せられたり。結局、伝票などあるわけがなく取り消してもらいましたが。また、すでに予約時に支払い済みの夕食が請求されていて、こちらも取り消しを求めたら、部屋で食事した場合は駄目だとか何だとか言われ、チェックイン時に確認した旨伝えると、その時のスタッフの名前、顔を覚えているかといわれ、呆れてしまいました。結局上位者を読んでもらいクレームを言って取り消してもらいましたが。 ほかの人には決して進められないホテルです。 もっと読む

大体は満足しています。ホテル自体の環境や、食事、周辺の利便性などは。　ただ、ひとつだけ、困ったことがありました。　家族で一部屋を利用したのですが、部屋にはいきなり見えるところにコンドームが。。。。子供に気付かれないようにあわてて隠しました。　こういうのに、少しは気づかいがあってもいいのでは。

まず、プールは3つあり、リゾート感満載。　タオルの貸し出しプールスタッフは、愛想が無くて最悪だが、飲み物や食べ物あるカウンターのスタッフは良い。　チェックインのカウンターのタイ人スタッフは、いい加減でダブルベットの部屋を予約していたが、シングル二つの部屋にされる。　　只、日本人スタッフが一人だけいて、さすが親切。　　部屋は、オーシャンフロントならラッキーだが、それ以外なら古い感じで、高級リゾートホテルになれた人だと、すこし辛いかも、、、立地はパトンビーチまで、２００バーツ（５５０円くらい）なので、良いと思う。　全体論としては、タイ人スタッフがもう少し教育され、部屋がオーシャンフロントに当たれば、中々いいホテルだと思う。

パトンの中心地からはタクシーで日本円でワンメーター程度でしょうか。部屋からはビーチが見渡せ、夕日もきれいです。プールからも海を見渡せ、リゾート感たっぷりで値段を考えると満足度は高いです。フロントの対応も親切でした。ただ丘に沿って立っているので、フロントから遠い部屋は階段しかないので、少し大変かも知ません。

Patongのビーチエリアにあるこのホテルは、Patongから歩いて行ける距離にあるが騒乱からは十分外れて静かでプライベートな感じのあることを本当に評価する。私達はプーケットでのほとんどの時間Panwaビーチ（もっと辺ぴな所）で過ごしたのだが、Patongで少なくても二日は欲しかった。私は賑やかなパーティーなどは苦手で、このホテルはPatongから短距離で行ったり来たり出来、その方が気が進むので、安心した。

Novotel Phuket での宿泊は快適なものだった。唯一残念だったことは、私たちの部屋は第一ブロックにあり出入り口の近くにあったので部屋からの眺めは道路とほんの少し海が見えるだけだった。ほかのブロックにはもっと眺めのいい部屋があると思う。眺めはさておき、ホテルや部屋は居心地がいい。このホテルは patong beachの片方の端に位置し（きれいで静かな方）、bangla streetまでは歩いて15分、ビーチサイドのレストランへはぶらぶら歩いて10分ほどだ。プールは3種類あるが少々小さい。

Novotel はとても魅力的なホテルだ。とてもフレンドリーで親切な従業員。ロケーションも抜群。繁華街にそんなに近くはないが、十分に楽しめる。装飾や周辺環境は陽気でホテルそのものもゴージャスだ。プーケットに行くなら絶対にPatong Beachだ。

The Taxi service at the front desk couldn't get us a taxi as all the drivers apparently went home because of the rain. Didn't really make a lot of use of the facilities as we were busy doing other things, but enjoyed the breakfast buffet. This could have been a lot better the mainly let down by the poor service and in attentiveness of the staff, who presented a service well below the level expected at this star rating. This was in most part not due to attitude, but I would suggest due to poor training and poor supervision.

The rooms are rather dated and tired looking, and the facilities on-ground is feeling limited, although they have been well kept. Can be a little noisy from the nightlife in the downtown area, but the convenience of location outweighs this disadvantage. Hotel rooms also need updating and the breakfast buffet could have fresher foods. However, the greenery and hills are a delight to be around and the hotel staff was outstanding, very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel shuttle service is a waste of time with it being 'full' all the time. If you are lucky, you may get a seat in 3 hours from requesting one.
