I enjoyed the stay in this comfortable hotel. The staff and hotel were great. The only issue I had was there were no stores nearby. I had to drive a few miles to a walmart to buy food. Other than that it was a great place and I will stay again next time I am in town.

Brand new since Katerina and very comfortable and clean. Because the coast was wiped clean by Katerina, the choice of restaurants is few, but very nice beach access and the pool faces the beach (across the road). Nice relaxing time.

I ENJOYED MY STAY AT THIS HOTEL SIMPLY BECAUSE IT'S INEXPENSIVE , NICE , AND KINDA SECLUDED .... IT'S GREAT FOR COUPLES ON A ROMANTIC ADVENTURE. IT'S RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE BEACH AND 20 MINUTES FROM OUTLETS, SHOPPING CENTERS, AND CASINOS.

The hotel is waterfront property - right across the street from the beach, where there are no buildings for miles. There is a small pool in front of the hotel, which is in excellent condition. The one negative comment I have is that the desk clerk must have been having a bad day. We were looking for an inexpensive hotel on the ocean that was nice for a couple of days during spring break. I was afraid that because this hotel was so inexpensive it would be a hole-in-the wall place. It was very nice, clean and up to date. The free hot breakfast was a bonus too. We would recommend this hotel to all.

I spent 2 days on business at this hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was amazing. Nothing more I can ask for from a hotel for a business trip.

Bed was extremely comfortable! This was a recently built hotel near to a very nice downtown area in Long Beach with great restaurants. Hotel breakfast was o.k. Very clean, family friendly. Near the Bay-Waveland Yacht Club - about a 15 minute lovely drive adjacent to the shore. Not many other hotels nearby, so this one was a golden find!

This hotel is really nice and affordable. The bed is so comfortable! Good, free breakfast. Nice pool. Beach directly across the street. I recommend eating at Shaggys in Pass Christian.

We had a really nice visit at this hotel. The staff was wonderful, friendly, so helpful, and easy to talk to. Just like good old Mississippian's would be! My only complaint would be the train running at night. Be sure to turn on your fan to drown out the noise. Great location, out of the hussle of the tourist places. Newer facility, friendly staff. Rooms needed a little more attention to detail. I will definitely be back on my next trip to the coast.

I go to school in New Orleans and was looking for a place to get away for the weekend. this hotel was only 1.25hrs. from New Orleans, and I got myself a room with a view of the gulf. We chose this hotel because of the price and the close proximity to New Orleans. The breakfast was not a typical free breakfast--pancakes, eggs, bacon/sausage, etc. All very clean, because this hotel is new. Walk out the front door to the beach or pool. Nice staff--this is a great hotel!

Person at the front desk seemed more interested in her phone call than checking us in with a smile. Other than this bad first impression, I liked this hotel. BTW, I gave a "1" (not at all satisfied) rating for 'Comfort of your room' because of the noisy A/C.

Great stay, highly recommended.

We used HIexpress as a base while we explored the area. Our room was very clean room with a nice view of Biloxi beach. The breakfast was awesome and teh kids loved the pool.

This is a new hotel within minutes of Gulfport, MS. The beach is right across the street.

the hotel staff is very friendly. the room was pretty spacious and it is directly across the street from the beach. There is even room for you to park your car at the beach. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Our time at the hotel wa great. the breakfasts were wonderful, we enjoyed the pool. The employees were very very nice and accomadating. We have told people about this Holiday Express in Long Beach. We will definatly stay there should we visit again.

Traveled for business. However, found this is a very nice less crowded beachfront area to get some R&R. A bit humbling as you can still see the devastation from Katrina which leaves you thankful for what you have and prayerful for those that experienced this devastation. The white sandy beach is nice and wide without the crowds. We enjoyed the beachwalks. […] It is approx one hour from New Orleans so you can enjoy a day trip there, as well as very close to Biloxi and Gulfport where you can enjoy more entertainment there. There is a fishing pier nearby if you enjoy fishing. A mall a short distance away and great dining. We will definitely be returning to this area and hotel for longer relaxing stay. もっと読む

My husband and I were looking for a nearby getaway for the weekend. We have a two year old and we brought my husband's little sister along also. This hotel is directly across from the beach and a standard holiday inn express. The pool is nice and cool and the room is like almost any other you'd stay in. Breakfast looked good and I'd happily stay in this hotel again if I was in the area. THe only downside is that it's about 3 miles from restaurants and things of that nature.

The hotel staff was busy at check-in time, but it was right at check-in (3:00). The room was clean and the air was on for us; great for the hot day. It's easy to turn in to the hotel from either direction of travel on Hwy 90. Didn't use the pool, but one has a great view of the water from that whole side of the hotel.
