行き届いたサービスと部屋、KLCCのショッピングモールに濡れずに行ける便利さ、部屋からの景色も素敵です。ブキッビンタン地区などへのアクセスは少し遠く周辺の物価が少し高めなことはありますが、穏やかに休日を過ごすには快適なホテルです。次回もここへ滞在したいと思います。

ただホテル前の工事がもったいなかったかと・・・ あとは古さも重厚な感じがして私は好きでした ホテルの朝食のステーキですが とても柔らかくて美味しいので 是非試してみてくださいね

ツインタワーの見える部屋にアップグレードしていただきました。 スタッフの方の対応もとても気持ちがよく、立地もいいので、またクアラウンプールに行く機会があれば利用したいと思いました。

立地はとてもよくクアラルンプール シティ センター パークがすぐ真裏なのでジョギングや散歩をしたい人には打って付け。 ホテル内の屋外プールからパークも見下ろせて贅沢の極み。 さらに、ツインタワーに直結しているので雨天時でも濡れずに移動可能。 ショッピングセンターまで徒歩３０秒と大変便利。 ２９階ハイフロアを用意してくれて景色も良かった。 ルームサービスも美味しかった。 強いて言えばマンダリンオリエンタルシンガポールにはウェルカムドリンクといい香りのするおしぼりがチェックイン時に付いてきたので、そういったスペシャルがあれば良かったと思う。

今回は、2泊でした。2か月前、ほかのホテルに宿泊したときに、建設現場が窓いっぱいに見えたので、パークビューをリクエストしました。 アップグレイドしてくれており、二人でしたが、リビングと２ベッドルーム（ひとつはクイーンズサイズ、もう一つの部屋には、ツインが二つ）のアパート型に宿泊できました。 とにかく広いし、眺め葉プールに森が見え、言うことなしでした。 クラッシックなビルは、壮大で、どの従業員も笑顔であいさつしてくれます。朝食は付いていませんでしたが、バラエティーに富み、野菜もたくさんとれてよかった。 ところが、ロビーは喫煙できるので、一人でも吸えば、煙は食堂にまで行き、その臭いが染み付いていて、食事中、とても気になりました。マレーシアではエアコンのビル内では完全喫煙の筈。これには、呆れました […] ！！！！ KLCCが隣なので、地下鉄の利用もでき、セントラルステーションへ行くのも便利。 ただ、フロントで頼むとタクシー代が高いので、通りに出てから、普通の汚いのを拾えばよいです。 夜中のフライトでしたが、３時まで無料で延期してくれました。でも、荷物だけなら預けておくこともできます。 もっと読む

ペトロナスツインタワー近くのホテルということでマンダリンをチョイスし、Club Deluxe City Viewを予約しました。チェックインは誕生日の翌日でしたが、サプライズでホテルからケーキとカードが届いていて、感激しました。サービス、食事、立地などいうことありません。スタッフの方はフレンドリーですがきびきびとリクエストに応じてくれました。プールは小さいですが、景色を十分に堪能できました。このホテルのおかげで、すでにKLが懐かしいです。次回も必ずマンダリンに泊まります。

This hotel is connected to the Petronas Mall and Towers. Can't get any better for a location for food, shopping and entertainment.

SOME REVIEWS SAY THAT THIS HOTEL IS GETTING A LITTLE TIRED. IF YOU ARE A PERFECTIONIST THIS COULD BE TRUE. BUT FOR 99.99% OF GUESTS THEY WOULD FIND THAT THIS HOTEL IS ALLMOST FAULTLESS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.

This hotel is connected to Suria Shopping Centre and the KL Convention Centre. It is ideal for shopping trips and conventions and it is located right in the heart of CBD.

MO is located next to Suria KLCC Mall and connected to KL Convention Centre. Walking distance to Twin Tower (5mins), Pavilion tower and Starhill Gallery (10 mins) - upscale shopping mall. In Jan 2012, there is a skywalk from KL Convention Centre direct to Pavilion tower. There is a LTN (light train) station in Suria mall direct to KLIA (KL Int'l airport […] express), you may check-in there and talk approx. 30 mins ride on KLIA to Int'L airport. the cost for KLIA at 35rig one-way. Besides shopping, there is a lake park in front of the hotel for jogging or you can stay in MO relax yourself visit the Spa & facial treatment, then Salon and workout in gym. After we checked in, we carried our own luggages and found the room on our own. For the one night stay, we only had three conversations with 3 staffs there: 1st for check in, 2nd for check out,3rd for asking direction. The hotel has really unique, nice amenities for guests and wounderful location. Just didn't feel warm welcome by staffs.

I love this hotel and have stayed there many times. But there has been a decline in service at the main restaurant that is disturbing. Lots of people trying to get in and out of the breakfast buffet at the Mosaic restaurant and there staffing to so light that food section go bare and it is tough to get the most simple things in a timely manner. Great luxury hotel, with the best location in Kuala.

Hotel is well located and has a good mix on restuarants and bars on site so if you are just using KL as a spot over this hotel is ideal.The lesiure facilities are very good with one of the best hotel gym's i have seen. Again had the pleasure of staying at the Mandarin Oriental. Location is top. Breakfast at the hotel is among the best of the best. However a meal in the 24 hour restaurant after midnight took quite some time of waiting even if there were no other guests.

We chose to stay at this hotel for all the right reasons. It ticks all the boxes; close to the CBD, shopping, it's extremely comfortable, the staff are courteous and helpful and it's reasonably priced.

good hotel. service and staff as you expect from a hotel of this kategory. exept that they charge extra for internet wich is also quiet expensive. in my opinion this should be included at a five star hotel.

Everything about the hotel itself was 5 star. Our only grip is the noise by the beautiful pool area due to new construction during the day so a peaceful swim, enjoyment is not possible. The hot tub was not working either for the 2 days we stayed. Another construction is on the other side of the hotel so you couldn't get away from the horrible foot detours […] which were dangerous at times. What can one say but that the hotel provides all the luxuries you could possibly ask for at a hotel. The food, the ammenities and the rooms with their fantastic views are absolutely amazing.

The hotel was situated in a great location, right next to the petronas towers, and walking distance to the pavilion (although kuala lumpur is not set up as a walking city). But there is construction going on there right now (April 2011). The hotel would have been comfortable enough if we hadn't paid what we paid, which was in excess six hundred fifty […] malaysian ringgits. You certainly don't get what you pay for. First, the toilet seats would not stay up, so if you are a man trying to take a leak, you have to keep on holding onto the toilet seat to not get it wet. Second, you have to go around to all the lights indivdually to turn them off before going off to bed. (Suppose this is because it is an old hotel). Third, the bathroom door 'creeked' open and 'creeked' closed. An annoyance. Fourth, the lobby receptionist showed me to our room, but she sent to the wrong room, trying to open another persons room. Staff was obviously new. I don't want to nag on the Oriental as they generally tend to have nice rooms in Hong Kong, but they seriously need to maintain this hotel if they want to maintain their reputation, although I suspect they will continue to charge higher than market rates due to their location. もっと読む

The hotel was nothing but relaxing and peaceful. The staff were extremely helpful with everything from taxis, sightseeing, to room service. When we arrived (before check-in) our room wasn't ready. Everything about this hotel is superb, from the check in done in our room by a very polite and pleasant member of staff to the position right next to Petronas Towers and with a view of the park. The KLLSuria shopping centre is right next door so very easy to go find a variety of restaurants and coffee shops if you want a change form the hotel. The room was beautiful and had everything I could wish for. The rest of the hotel is stunning. Service was exceptional- nothing was too much trouble. Loved the little touches like bringing me a cup of tea while I checked in. The spa is very nice and the pool area is lovely. Location (right next to Suria KL shopping centre) was great too. Everywhere […] in central KL is a long way from the airport, but it was 45 mins in a cab and not too pricey. I had breakfast room service which was excellent value for money and delicious. It was reaslly good value for money compared with similar hotels in other cities. I just wished I could have stayed longer! We stayed at the Mandarin Oriental for 4 nights and found it to be a 5-star experience. Staff are very attentive, polite, and knowledgeable. Our room was gorgeous, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Very nice hotel and I will stay there again. The rooms were fantastic and the staff friendly.

Everything about my stay here was just perfect. The room was huge, brilliant views, fabulous bathroom, which even had a speaker in it for the tv, so you could languish in the bath and watch the huge tv through the open double doors and hear it perfectly. The location was great, next to the petronas, brilliant shops, restaurants and subway, and gardens. […] The very best thing about the hotel however was the staff, nothing was too much trouble, they clean the room twice a day,The different fruit in the room every day was also a nice touch. I was brought iced water with lemon and a dish of iced grapes by the pool, without asking for them. They even got me complimentary tickets for the petronas sky tower, saving me having to queue from 6.45am to get some. Hands down the best hotel experience I've ever had, from arrival to departure and beyond. They were kind enough to let me in the spa TWICE after checking out, once to change after my conference and once to shower before my red-eye flight home. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience here!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a great pool that overlooks a large park and the city skyline. In addition to the park the hotel is also located near great retaurants and a very nice shopping mall. Would certainly stay here again.

Очень хороший отель ( лучший в КЛ) много ресторанов очень адекватный персонал только расположен только очень близко в башням Петронас по этому вид из окна не самый поражающий

유명하고 기풍있지만, 가격대비 오래된 객실의 불편함과 서비스등은 최상급은 아닙니다. 인근 g-tower등의 새로지은 호텔이 더 나은듯 합니다.

Hotell Mandarin Oriental i Kuala Lumpur. Valgte Club type rom. Flott hotell med utrolig god service. Svært hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Da vi kom frem, viste det seg at lunsj hørte med i prisen i tillegg til tea time og cocktail time. Hver person kunne få vasket fem plagg pr dag gratis!!!
