2泊3日で泊まりました。 ロビーもオシャレで素敵でした。 キングの部屋に宿泊しましたがとても綺麗だし、ベッドルーム、バスルーム、リビングと分かれていて使いやすかったです。ソファーベッドもついていたので大人3人と子ども1人で泊まりました。 夕食をホテルのレストランで食べましたが少々高くついたのと、部屋にある水は高かったので持参する事をお勧めします。

建物がミツワマーケットのすぐ裏。部屋もベットとソファーが離れていて、とても広かったです。赤ちゃん連れだったのですが、ベビーベットも頼んだらすぐ持って来てくれて、とっても助かりました。冷蔵庫や電子レンジも付いていたので、飲み物を冷やしたり、離乳食を温めるのに便利でした。

朝食付きのビジネスライクなホテルです。部屋の広さはアメリカの標準的なもので問題ないです。空港からの距離は若干ありますが、シャトルがあるので乗り継ぎ等で泊まるだけならOKです。何日か滞在する場合は車がないと不便です。

"レストラン、空調に問題"
朝食はなぜかレストランは使えず、前日12時までにルームサービスを予約する必要があり、朝からの打ち合わせなどが不便。 夜寒くなって来たので、空調のダイヤルを暖房の最強にしても強い風が出てt来るだけで、暖かくはならなかった。廊下で出会ったホテルの従業員にクレームしたが、OK、OKというだけで、結局滞在中に直らなかった。一室だけの問題ではなく、同時に宿泊した同僚の部屋も同じ状態であったので、ホテル自体の問題のようである。Hotels.com ゲストの適正な口コミ

ジョン・ハンコックビルの隣に位置する。レッドラインの地下鉄シカゴ駅まで、歩いて１０分程度。 ワンフロア12室で１８階のこじんまりとした感じのホテル。 バスタブがなく、シャワーだけの部屋だった点で、全体評価を４とした。 ホテルの入り口の出入りは、かなりしっかりとしたチェックがなされており、防犯上の心配は少ない。 朝食はルームサービスがあるが、６時半から１階ロビーでコーヒーが無料で飲める。 部屋は清潔で、室内の滞在は快適であった。 レストランは１階にイタリアンレストランがあり、天気の良い日は屋外のテーブルで食事ができる。 室内のインターネットは１日１０ドル弱かかるが、１階ロビーで無線ランが無料で使える。 こちらが気持ちよくふるまえば、ホテルの従業員から歓待を受けられる。Hotels.com ゲストの適正な口コミ

The location of the hotel, as well as the door men, valet parking people was great. The room was clean and comfortable, except for the fact of it being extremely warm.
