Great room, service, and indoor pool. I will stay here whenever I visit Indianapolis.

I really don't know how the sheets made it this far..... The thinnest sheets we've ever experienced on a bed. The TV left something to be desired as well. An old tube type that should have been replaced years ago. It did work though. Perhaps if they took about 3 nights lodging they would have enough to replace it with a flat screen. The stay was adversely effected by my final dealings with an employee while trying to get a cup of coffee before I left to catch my flight. I didn't appreciate waiting for coffee nor the tone of being told by the breakfast lady to wait while she cleans instead of filling the coffee. After all, I am the one that is paying for the service. Booked the room through hotels.com over the phone to make sure it was clear that we wanted the park and fly option (website indicated that the service was offered but it wasn't clear if the online rate included it). After booking we were of the understanding that the rate we were paying included shuttle to and from airport as well as leaving the car […] parked at the hotel during our trip. Thought that it was clear that the room rate did include shuttle service, but upon check-in was informed by the hotel staff that the rate we were being charged did not include the airport shuttle. The hotel wanted $37 more for the shuttle service. Opted to just drive ourselves to the airport and pay the economy parking rate as it wasn't that much more money and was more convenient. hotel is only so-so, nearby restaurant is bad, a dive in fact. we used as a park and fly for 7 days and the shuttle service was very good, although looks a little shady when you first start.

All the Hotel Staff were Amazing and the Owner was SUPER nice !

Overall the hotel was fine. Close to the airport and right off 465. A little tough to find at first. Thank God for gps. It hides behind the Sleep Inn. But the most bizarre part was the fact that I believe this hotel is haunted. I woke up at 6:55am to the sound of hissing. The sink and the shower were both running full blast cold water. I can't explain […] it. The heat was on high yet I was freezing. The temperature in the room was warm but I felt very cold and not alone. When I asked if anyone was there I heard a tapping sound as if someone was tapping on the heater. I didn't feel endangered or anything but I could not explain the water running on its own. overall great stay!!!!!

didnt spend much time at the hotel. the location is good, plenty of restaurants and shopping down the road. the room seemed clean enough, the tv a little outdated. I'd probably stay again.

Comfortable, clean, and helpful staff. Breakfast was sufficient wtih a variety of items. Good, free parking. TV needs updating. Football Bowl games were not enjoyed fully because the TV is out of date--fuzzy, unclear! Despite the disappointmennt of not watching "clear" TV, will return to hotel.

Just fine, but treadmill broken

Very Clean, and everything works well. It was difficult to find at night.

Everything was fine except for the pillows. They were not what I would call pillows, more like balloons with air in them and not even that hard, if you know what I mean. Normally I would have never been able to sleep with pillows this thin or light but I was exhausted is the only reason I got any sleep. Our room faced the highway so the noise was pretty loud and to top it off the curtain had two broken rings so they wouldn't close all the way. All night I was seeing car lights through the curtains. There was a huge patch of trim missing in the bathroom, hardly any light above the sink to do hair and apply make up

We only stayed one night but the hotel was clean and comfortable. The location was easy to find even with all the construction going on in Indy. Would use again if need to stay in Indy overnight.

Tho this hotel is an older building, it is very well kept and remodeling is shown everywhere. We picked it for the indoor pool. The pool is an older pool, but the water was beautiful. Not too chlorine smelling and not too warm and not too hot, just very comfortable. Area surrounded by shopping and restaurants and still quiet. We had a nice stay here. Overall everything was good. Only downside was we had a accessible room and really could have used a refrigerator or microwave but was told none of the accessible rooms had them. Would have been nice.

This Comfort Inn was conveniently located next to the highway we drove in on. It was a very short and easy drive to downtown Indianapolis. There are restaurants and stores on the same street in both directions. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The air conditioner in my room was inoperative, leaving the room too hot. I did not get much sleep tht night. Additionally, the hotel was further away from the airport than I was led to believe.

I just had to stay one night and the hotel did well the job. Clean and quite, I slept like a baby. Took a good shower in a decent bathroom and even had a breakfast that saved me a stop elsewhere. Did not try the pool but it look good with lots of chairs around for parents I would go back again

If you don't mind arriving at your hotel to find that your magnetic card doesn't unlock the door, there is no shampoo in your shower nor is there tissue in the dispenser at the vanity. I was not pleased with the upkeep up the room...nor the fact that the desk clerk hung up on a guest that was on the phone because, 'she was asking too many questions'. […] The pool door was rigged with packing tape....the hotel could use a face lift and better staff. もっと読む

Pool is gross. Employees argued in front of customers. Rooms were outdated. Ladies and front desk were great but you could tell they have bad Managment.

Let me share a short story. Stayed at the Comfort Inn last year. Had car trouble leaving town after checkout and sent the wife and kids back to the hotel via cab as we all couldn't fit in the tow truck. Didn't want the family to have to hang out at the repiar shop. Long story short, the staff at the Comfort Inn welcomed them to hang out there, fed the […] girls supper and took care of them until I got the repairs made. The staff was very nice and helpfull. Our room was clean with plenty of room. The shower was great and the beds very comfortable. The pool with whirlpool area was enjoyable and relaxing. hotel was fine and the shuttle service from the hotel was great, but the "whirlpool" is not a hot tub, it's the same temp. as the pool, and designed that way. So don't get fooled like me.

After checking out, we experienced car trouble on the interstate. I had a taxi take the wife and kids back to the hotel to wait on me to get the car repaired. The hotel staff let my girls swim while waiting and even fed my wife and kids from refreshments thay had set up in the lobby for another event.
