Payed in advance on hotels.com they charged my card when I got there. The manager said he refunded my money but it didn't go back into my account until a week later. Stained sheets with cigarette burns. Checked out early, would not stay there again.

Great stay. Enjoyed the free breakfast, surprised at how much it included. Very clean very nice and close to every casino in the area. Would def. stay there again next trip to the casino's.

We stayed one night. The room smelled moldy, I fixed the toilet so it would flush, the hair dryer did not work. The manager brought me a hair dryer and told me about the reset. I knew about the reset and that was not the problem. He just walks in with my wife in the shower and finally agrees that the hair dryer does not work. Seven hours after check […] out the hotel calls and accuses me of stealing the hair dryer and they charged my card $25. I raised a little hell with them and they still charged my card. About 10 minutes after that they called back saying maintenance found the hair dryer hidden behind the end table by the housekeeping crew. Overpriced not what I'm used to from a Comfort Inn. It was run down and there appeared to be come stains on the ottoman.

Very quick and easy process. Love hotels.com and the Comfort Inn Bossier City. Each made my stay convenient.

Clean room, king sized bed, had a crib available for the baby which was excellent. The crib looked new. Larger sized dorm freezer which helped keep our baby food frozen. Overall excellent experience.

Check out the family run barbecue place across the street!

This hotel is within spitting distance of I-20. The traffic noise couldn't be stopped with ear plugs. the hotel might be acceptable if you were on the side opposite the freeway. It is not a 2 star hotel...one star is even a stretch. Not recommended.

Bathrooms are real small, and the neighborhood is nothing to special, but for the price and its convenient location its hardto pass up

when we checked in the lady at front desk was great..made us feel at home and gave us turn by turn directions to the steak house we ask for. we felt safe at this hotel.

Bad neighborhood; not as nice as it appears in the pictures on line.

All hotels in the area are pretty pricey and this one was convenient for our business meeting. The food was plentiful, but the eggs were dry and all tiny little balls. Friendly staff and we were helped with directions to every place we asked about. The neighborhood is a bit run down and we had to stay in a smoking room to be on the first floor with […] a king even though we checked in early in the day. I got a headache from the smell in the room. If you want a non-smoking on the first floor, you had better call ahead to get it. My husband has trouble climbing the stairs and we had no choice. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Close to all casinos.

Its very close and convenient to the cassino's and riverwalk. It was clean and comfy. I was expecting it to be a little more up-scale for the cost.

Although the location seemed strange as we drove up, it turned out to be very comfortable and the room with refrig and micro wave proved to be very quiet and comfortable.

It is very close to Horseshoe and another casino..right off the highway, convenient. noise wasnt a problem because we were there to gamble.

We reserved this hotel because it was in between downtown & Bossier. The place we usually stay was booked. It was very clean & staff was nice & helpful. Room was clean & nicely done. Bed was wonderful & I am very picky about beds! However, the neighborhood isn't that great even though only a block from the Horseshoe Casino. This is overall a good value. Checkin was quick and easy. The room was in good shape and was very clean. All the usual amenities were present and all electronics were in working order. i was not too happy to be charged by the hotel after booking with hotels,com I had to dispute the charges made by the comfort inn for billing me for the room i had already paid for !!!

The bed was comfortable with plenty of nice soft pillows. The carpet needed cleaning, so the room was left with a musty smell that was notifeable as soon as we entered the room. The young lady who checked us in was very helpful and kind.The room was clean a very convenient to where we needed to go.

No shuttlle (my bad, expected one from prior trips to area when staying at Holiday Inn). Not Bad, Not Great. Crash pad......does the job.

very easy to access the freeway and get anywhere, if you gamble, we don't but if you do there is casinos in walking distance.we had a enjoyable stay and the breakfast was fresh and ready to eat and well stocked.

Great location, 5 to 10 minutes to all the casinos. Clean, comfortable. The location is quiet. In and out with out fighting traffic.

Was not allowed to check in before 3 p.m. (got there at 2:15 and not allowed to check-in) staff seemed annoyed to have to check us in. Continental breakfast was horrible, everything was stale and not edible. Room was adequate. Was disappointed with my stay as I felt that I should have paid half the money for that type of hotel.

Freeway noise very loud. Not in good neighborhood. Bathtub had hair and soap in it so it was obviously not cleaned. Outside entry rooms a minus as well.

Room was clean, staff was polite, bed was awesome. They called my room after about 10 minutes to make sure everything was ok. They were a little skimpy on towels and washcloths, but I could have easily asked for more.

I was quite pleasantly surprised, not having visited the hotel before. Everything was clean and nice, our room especially. Comfortable and spacious room. I cannot emphasize how great it was to find a nice, CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN hotel room! Not too noisy even though close to the freeway. The hotel was clean and everyone was polite. I went there for a girl's weekend. We spent our time at the Horseshoe, which is very close. I would highly recommend this budget friendly option.

Location was good but nothing special about the hotel. It said there was a deal to get a discount at a local gym but the woman at the desk said her boss never told her about that. Very clean, excellent stay.

There was only 1 face cloth, they did bring more. Picture on wall was stolen and they demanded a charge card in case we stole things. Not a safe neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay, and the staff at the hotel were very nice. We liked the fact that there was easy access to the freeway. We found that finding places to dine and doing some exploring of the city from the hotel's location was also a plus.

stayed there all week. room was kept up and fresh linens daily. it was quiet also

The Pool was 100 degree's but other than that it was a very pleasant stay. The beds were super comfortable.
