ホテルの受付の方がとても親切でした。インターネットの無線LANも繋がりがとてもよかったです。水周りもヨーロッパにしては良いと思います。駅まですごく近いわけではないですが2路線使えて便利でした。

初めてのパリ滞在、仕事で３泊。北駅まで徒歩15分、メトロの駅まで7－8分という立地だったが、パリの路地は地図でもわかりにくく、滞在中何度も迷った。初めてのパリ訪問であれば、北駅からタクシー使用をお勧め。メトロは階段しかないので、旅行ケースを持ってのメトロ使用はきつい。 オペラ周辺など観光地からは離れているので、夜間は人気がなく少し寂しい感じで、慣れてなければ女性の一人歩きはどうかな、と感じた。 宿泊した部屋は予想よりかなり狭かった。ダブルベットがひとつ真ん中にあり、サイドには十分な余裕がなくスーツケースを広げる余裕はなかった。部屋は清潔でしたが、エアコンのリモコン電池切れ（すぐに電池を換えてもらった）、シャワールームの電球切れ（そのまま使用）あり。 朝食は1回だけホテル内で食べたが、パン、ゆ […] で卵、トマト、チーズ、とごく簡単なビュッフェで18ユーロは高いと感じる。近くにカフェやパン屋、スーパーはあるので利用可能。 もっと読む

The staff was super helpful, had a warm and cosy atmosphere in a great area.

This hotel was well located for all the sights in Paris. Lots of places to eat nearby and a carpark with 50% discount. The staff were all very friendly, the room we had was big, very clean and the hotel in general ticked all the boxes. Not very pleased with it. The room was OK but the staff were a bit useless.

Location was ok, a little off the beaten path but the price was good. Nice on the outside and in. Clean. Room safe. Front desk staff wasn't overly helpful with dinner suggestions but not rude.

Rooms were a little small and air conditioning did not work in room. However, location was good. We were within walking distance to most attractions. There is also a metro close by. Hotel desk staff very friendly and willing to help in anyway. Location of hotel could be closer to "touristy" sites. But if you are looking for a unique experience in a quiet part of town, it is the perfect hotel. We just had to take cabs everywhere because it was not within walking distance to sites.

This quaint hotel is simple, beautiful and clean. Our room was quiet and comfortable, with large rooms and doors/windows that opened over the street below. Parents walked their children to/from school twice a day. The local cafes were an easy walk from the lobby, as were the Metro stations.

This hotel was a gem! Despite a little hard to find, coming from Gare du Nord. Staff were actually super friendly and nice to me; communicated very well in English and were actually willing to help me as a tourist (something I did not experience in other hotels while in France). Directed me correctly around the city and I would certainly stay here again. The […] 1 problem I had and I am not happy with is their "shuttle" service. What a horrible experience! We had a pick up booked for Charles De Gaulle at 7:00am and didn't get picked up until after 7:35am!! Then when we did, we were jam packed in a van with other people headed to the Airport! The driver had no clue where to drop us off or where our airline was located within the airport for that matter. Unfortunately the great hotel service was out-shadowed by the very poor "shuttle" service they contract out, otherwise this would have been a great overall Paris experience. The hotel is in a great location, bars, clubs, museums and shops are only a short walk away. The rooms are small but the beds are very comfortable, thoug it could do with some renovation as the deco it's far too old. Some stuff during breakfast time can be quite rude and unhelpful even if you speak French fluently. Good quality hotel, I got a low room rate for a 3 star hotel. The room was reasonably spacious and well equipped, although bathroom was a little on the small side (not unusual for Paris). Internet access was a bit 'hit and miss' (but usuable). Location was slightly off the main track, but easily located and not too far from local metro stations..

I staid with my girl friend for 2 nights. We did the whole touristy Paris stuff, so walking everywhere and eating out a lot. When we came to the hotel at night, we had no trouble getting in after midnight. The room is tiny, and I mean this. We staid in a room with a single double bed. The room fit the bed and not much else, which was ok for us, but […] something to be aware of. The bed was comfortable and the sheets looked clean. The bathroom had some shower scum on the tiles but overall was fairly clean as well. The only real complaint I have is about the breakfast. For 15 euros a person, I expected more then squeezing my own orange juice with pre-historic machinery. The cereal selection was a single one and coffee came from a thermos. Great Hotel in Very good location, we had the triple room and it had a queen bed and a single bed instead of three separate bed. Wifi a little ramdom but that would be the only downside for a terrific hotel. We could easily walk to Notre Dam, Louvre and Sacre Cour In Montematre area

Nice homely hotel _ very close to the Paris Opera from you could connect to any part of the city very easily. Also walking distance to a metro stop made it very convenient to commute. Nice friendly Service !

We chose aida opera on our recent europe trip because of the best western reputation for quality and value. As expected, the room was large than enough to fit only a bed and nighttable and the french staff's courteousness was terse and abrupt. However, our bathroom was also unusable, as the light was not working thus making it unaccessable at night- […] the only time we actually were in the hotel. Despite notifying the front desk about this issue immediately, it was not taken care of. Also our television did not turn on and our air conditioner did not turn off. Sleeping soundly was also an issue because, aside from the voices coming from the hallway and the adjacent rooms, there was a drainpipe running over our bed ( yes, a drainpipe) which woke us up in middle of a 2 am rainshower. We recently stayed at the Hotel aida Opera in Paris and had an excellent experience. Although the rooms are small, they were very clean. Appreciated the bilingual staff who could help us with directions, etc. Very good cafes within walking distance. The only downside was it was difficult finding the hotel. I would recommend using a shuttle, bus, or […] taxi rather than the train if you have a lot of luggage. The train station has a lot of stairs which made it difficult moving luggage up and down. Hotel is close to all the tourist location and to the train station. The hotel has some shops/rest. around which add tot he convenience. But the hotel look and feel was not very nice. The tiles were broken in the bathroom, the room looked like it hasn't be repaired for ages. The hotel staff was not very friendly. There were four of us (two teenaged girls, mom, and dad. We were all across Europe for the past three weeks and this was our favorite hotel among all the rest. The clerk that checked us in was very friendly, the room was actually bigger than we expected. We had a double bed and a foldout sofa that was made before we arrived and the girls seemed to think […] was ok - comfort-wise. The bathroom is large (with an actual tub and shower). Huge towels. A 10 minute walk from Gare du Nord. A five minute walk from Hard Rock Cafe. They let us store our luggage free of charge since our train did not leave until 9 PM. We were only able to get the internet working on one laptop at a time but we might have been able to get more access if we had asked. I don't think that there was A/C in the room but it was plenty cool. There were two free-standing fans in the room that helped cool things down after a long day of walking about. The rooms clean and quiet. To far from the metro

Was very pleased with my stay at this hotel and would certainly stay there again. Staff was friendly and spoke English. Room had a good size and was very clean. Free Wifi on every floor and kettle for tea/coffee in the room. Good windows that keep the noise out and aircon. This was a very short easy walk from the central and Est train stations. The neborhood feels empty at night but we loved the area out side of normal tourist hot spots, so food and drinks were much cheeper but we still felt safe and only a few blocks from 2 main metro lines.

I was expecting a little more from the hotel based on the various pictures that I had saw of the 3-star hotel, and had expected more from a Best Western chain, although I really haven't stayed at many Best Westerns. Hotel was alright overall - probably 2.5 stars and not 3 in my book. We had booked a triple, and what we got was a double room along with a sofa-bed for a single. Room size was okay, but with 3 people, not necessarily spacious. I was travelling with my 2 adult daughters. Our overall experience was good and would recommend it to others. The only issue was the price of the continental breakfast which was not included in the price of the room -- 13 Euros per person. We chose not to breakfast at the hotel. Had a great stay! The hotel was lovely. The room was very small. I think we were given the smallest room on the floor. Very conveniently located and clean. Breakfast was not included in the price, and the additional cost for breakfast was extortionate. Perhaps that's just Paris for you?

Very clean, fan was hot and blew very well , shower closer to luxury than you would expect, linen crispy and towels soft. Room slightly on a small side but they space is at a premium in Paris. 3-4 Metro stations around. We found the most convenient Grand Boulevards as we used this line most. I DEFINITELY recommend this hotel. This hotel has Best Western title and I think they deserve to have it. It is walking distance to Gare du Nord( Paris north station). Our hotel stay was very comfortable. It was our last leg of our journey and since we have been in Paris 2 weeks before and had already seen the sights, it was more of a free and relaxing two days for us. i was extremely happy with my stay. the room was small, but adequate. the neighborhood is filled with great little bistros, and is close to shopping and metro stops. it was a great escape after a day of seeing sights. if i'm in paris again, i would not hesitate to stay here!
