ダーリンハーバー、スターシティカジノ、シドニー水族館は、徒歩圏内。シドニータワー、ロックス、サーキュラーキーも、私は歩いて行きました。立地は最高で次もここに泊まります。 ベッドは日本人向けなのか、他の海外ホテルと比べると細いです。

良い所：立地がいい。 （英語しか話せないけど）コンシェルジュが優しい。 部屋が清潔 パスポートを見て日本人と分かったら、日本語で書いた近隣の地図と、部屋のアメニティなどの説明書きの紙をくれた。 悪い所：基本的にサービスは言わないと受けれない。 （日本語スタッフ・アメニティ（スリッパ・バスローブ・歯ブラシ）） こちらが聞かない事は言わない。（館内設備などの説明）

歩いてＱＶＣにもカジノにもダーリングハーバーにもいかれるのでとても便利。買い物も「しやすい。設備も整っていてスタッフもやさしい。部屋も普通に安心して使える。 海側ではなかったが静かでよかった。買い物できるはずのホテル内の商店街が閉まっていたのは残念だったが。ダーリングハーバーで買い物が21時までできるので問題ない。コンビニもホテル内と対面に２軒あるので快適。シドニー観光するならこのホテルはとても良い。

ダーリングハーバー隣にあり、シドニー観光にとても便利な場所にあります。 部屋は大きく、スタッフの対応も気持ちよく、豪華な朝食バイキングにも大満足でした。 また、ハーバー向きの部屋からの夜景はすばらしかったです。 是非また利用したいと思うホテルでした。

(2011年8月28日～31日滞在）二度目のシドニーでここにしました。夫婦二人の旅で、前回はカジノを楽しみたくスターシティにしましたが、景色が悪く今回はここを選びました。 予想通り景色は最高でホテルの設備もも良く満足しました。ダーリングハーバーの主要なスポット（勿論カジノも）に歩いて行けるのが我々にとって一番満足したところでした。 難を言うと、シティその他の場所に出かける電車の駅が若干遠いかなといった所くらいです。（でもフェリーの発着口が近く海を楽しみたい人はそちらのルートをお勧めします） 今回はホテルのすぐ近くから出るホゥェールウォッチングに出かけ船のすぐ横に来てくれたクジラに出会え最高でした。

ダーリンハーバーが見渡せるハーバービューの部屋に宿泊しました。夜景だけでなく朝の景色も良かったです。 また、埠頭に近いので毎日朝食に出掛けました。 部屋の温度調節が簡単に出来ないという点以外、ホテルのサービスにも満足できました。

ダーリングハーバーのすぐ傍で、ｻｰｷｭﾗｰｷｰにも歩いていけるし、とても便利な場所でした。 ただ、他の部屋のシャワーの音が聞こえてくるので、音に敏感な人にはお勧めできないかもしれません。

とても清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。 ホテルに備え付けのアメニティも良い香りがして 使いやすかったです。 スタッフの対応や言葉遣いも非常に良く 細やかな対応をして頂きました。

今回の滞在はビジネスで利用し5泊しました。 お会いしたスタッフの方々が皆フレンドリーでかつ親切でした。特にコンシェルジェの方々には大変お世話になり、希望に合ったレストランを教えて頂いたり、空港までの車の予約をして下さったりと毎日のように色々とお願いしましたが、サービスの質は素晴らしいの一言でした。 ホテルの建物は新しくはありませんが、部屋は広く綺麗に掃除されているので快適に過ごすことができます。足らないものがあれば、電話をすればすぐに持ってきてくれます。 立地は街の中心にあるので、市内に出かけるのには便利です。また静かで安全な場所にあります。

Close to trains and sights within walking distance

Had no problems at all. The twin room had lots of room to move around for 2 people, the bathroom was well equiped with a decent hair dryer. We thought the buffet breakfast was great, but really a bit over priced. All in all we enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Altho in close proximity to Darling Harbour it is a couple of blocks to main shopping (QVB etc). But easy enough to find. The entry area would be so much more welcoming with a glassed over roof covering entire car parking u shaped area. The Porter outside was freezing poor chap! Windy as. Get a room on the Darling Harbour side for view, bit of afternoon […] sun, and the activities. this hotel was very clean and comfortable...excellent location...good amenities...and we would definitely stay here again. We could walk out the door and in under 5 min be right in the bay of Darling Harbour with its many shops and wonderful restaurants and bars...lots of fun. would highly recommend it to others

has a perfect location

Tooth brushes and tooth paste should be provided in the bathroom. Bathroom facilities are not complete compared to other hotels. Poor lighting system in the room. Not enough light at night time causing difficulty in packing things. No on-site hotel owned free car parking

My husband and I had the most wonderful time in Sydney and just loved out hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was spacey, comfortable and clean with a beautiful view over Darling Harbour. We absolutely loved every aspect of staying at the Four Points by Sheraton and the location of the hotel is unbeatable. First of all , the rooms were not good , we got 2 single beds intead of 1 double.. Room view was not very good..

Overall lovely hotel - all staff from car attendant to reception were extremely helpful and courteous. Would not hesitate in staying again

The hotel was lovely, the location brilliant, the staff were excellent, the bar was good and the breakfast very tasty. I can't praise the place enough. The only downside was that we expected a harbour view as that's what it said in the hotels.com details. What we actually had was a partial view of Cockle Bay and hardly any view of Darling Harbour, with […] a full view of the aquarium roof. I thought we'd paid for a room with a view, but it turned out that only a few higher up rooms have a full view so either the hotel or hotels.com need to make it very clear to clients what they are getting. Excellent hotel in an exciting and convenient location

this hotel is excellently situated next to darling harbour with easy access to all the attractions. we enjoyed our 6 night stay there and can highly recommend it.the staff were effiecient, friendly and helpful.

Stayed at the Sheraton during a trade fair. Would probably choose hotel closer to the convention centre next time. Even though its location is good, didnt need the extra walking after each day lapping the show grounds and convention centre. Entrance is lovely and staff quick to offer assistance. however for a 4 star rooms seemed a bit tired.

The hotel is in a good location and with a decent look. You should be able to get a comfortable stay with good services. But with this price, I was expecting things to be of 4.5-5star quality. It's a good hotel in general but nothing luxurious/glamourous. I think you can have better choices in Sydney with such amount of money :)

The hotel is convieniently located, very close to Darling Harbour, local bars and resturants, most rooms have a great outlook over the Darling Harbour water way.

The hotel was located in a great spot, there was a walk way from the hotel which would take you into Darling Harbour by the Sydney Aquarium. The service was excellent in the hotel they would wait on you hand and foot, breakfast was included in the hotel price which was a buffet with a choice of hot breakfast or fruit. The only thing I would say about the room there was no sofa just a chair instead, so if you wanted to sit down it would have to be on the bed. Overall the hotel was great and also the lobby downstairs had a little bar which was open til late, and just outside the hotel there was a little tavern pub with seating outside - great spot if you didn't wander out too far. My husband and I spent 3 nights at the Four Points to attend our daughters "moving" ceremony at the Magistrates Court. At first we thought the location was to far from Darling Harbour but once there is was just a stones throw away. Pity we didn't have harbour views but the hotel was lovely. A great choice for visiting Sydney. Right by Darling Harbour, so within easy walk of a lot of bars and restaurants and an easy walk to the major sites and the CBD. Spacious room, quiet and with everything you need. Friendly, helpful staff and a great breakfast. Really can't fault it and would definitely stay here again.

Priced on the high end. Room pretty good, facilities excellent, staff excellent, location excellent. A touch noisy from sirens etc as expected in the city. Great location, will stay again when prices are a little more reasonable. Car parking very expensive.

This hotel is outstanding by it's extremely high quality standards and service provided by all it's staff. Nothing was left wanting.
