The room itself was very impressive. Modern design, clean, and well-maintained. The indoor pool is tiny but well-kept. Travel time to historic Gettysburg attractions are all less than 10 minutes. Very satisfied!!!

The room was excellent but I think you need to offer a shuttle to downtown Gettysburg especially as there are no taxi options. Also, you should consider a backup generator. Hotel was vey nice and clean. Loved the breakfasts and the beds where terrific. Weather was an issue but that was beyond anyones control. Will definately keep in mind for our next trip to Gettysburg.

Hotel has been so well maintained that it seems like a new hotel. Front staff was very friendly and pointed out area attractions and restaurants. Just a few miles out of downtown Gettysburg, which is good as there is ample parking and the area around the hotel has name brand stores located nearby.

We spent only one night at this Inn but will definitely return to this Hampton Inn everytime we visit Gettysburg, which we usually do once every year or two. We have always had good experiences with the Hampton Inn Chain.

Great location, but were disappointed in the room. The air conditioner was so loud that we had difficulty sleeping. We reported this, but nothing was done. The hotel was full so we could not change rooms. There was black gunk (mold?) in the hot tub. Again, we reported this and nothing was done. I was in Gettysburg for the Marathon and they started to put breakfast out early for me and they even let me have a later checkout so that I would have time to come back and take a shower before I had to drive back to Virginia. It was greatly appreciated.

I asked why we were downgraded (the room was already paid for and we weren't notified of the change nor comped for it) and the desk clerk said she had no idea.
