Nice large facility, clean & airy modern entrance but the hall way was very dark, was given a horrible room choice (window even with & in front of roof HVAC vents) considering the hotel was not full. Needs some updating of room amenities, but was clean and neat.

Hotel property was slightly above average. Dbl Qn room was spacious with microwave and mini fridge and very long sink.makeup vanity. Disappointed that connected restaurant and room service were not available until late afternoon.

Old tv. Non-smoking room that smelled like smoke. Sports bar closed way too early on a Saturday night. Friendly workers though and a nice breakfast.

Very nice! This is the third time I have stayed and always has been perfect!

I booked this room due to the fact that it had a gym. The gym was a disapointment. It had 3 pieces of equipment, non of which was a tread mill. It is also located off the main lobby so all the guest checking in , have to walk past your work out. /akward.

This became my default place to stay every time I go to Crater Lake national park.

I took my children to Klamath Falls for my daughters orientation to OIT. The staff was efficient and kind. The breakfast was worth the trip downstairs. The pool/hot tub was clean and conviently open 24/7. The only complaint I have is that my 14 year old son wanted to watch the UFC pay per view. None of the restaurants/pubs were showing it so we thought […] we could connect the xbox up and stream it in through that way but the TV's in the rooms did not have RCA plugs. We spoke with the staff about using the TV in the lobby at no cost to them of course but the staff was less than enthusiatic to help. Lovely place to stay

We had a nice king suite (sleeping area separated from living area). Same size room with two queens lacks the separation feature. Bar area with sink, microvave, coffee service, and small refrigerator is convenient and welcome. Desk area and free internet access is a definite plus. it was close to the college we were visiting...the pool and hot tub was nice, it was 24 hr which i liked.

This is a very nice hotel which I have stayed at several times. The rates are good and the property is very nice. The indoor pool, sauna and steam room are fun for kids and adults. Outstanding!

This was a great motel, convenient to the highway, close to restaurants, clean & spacious rooms. Great free breakfast included with a good variety. Nice pool and hot tub. Reasonably priced. Would stay here again if in the area.

Great location, our rooms (we had 2 connecting rooms because of our family size) were very spacious and comfortable, the hotel was great inside, great indoor pool, def. will stay here again.

The only negative thing I can say about the Shilo is that it is in need of some updates. The TV is an old 22 inch CRT and the picture quality was sub par. Having a 24 hour pool and spa is a nice touch that is rarely seen in other hotels. Sadly there were so maintentance issues with the sauna when I went to use it, as it was only about 95 degrees.

The Shilo Inn is the best place to stay in Klamath Falls!! Great service!! We will be back!

I needed to head to Klamath Falls for work at the last minute and I've stayed here before. Nice hotel chain. Never had a bad stay here or any other.

Clean room, friendly staff. Enjoyed the pool and breakfast bar. Close to restaraunts. Great stay.

The pool and hot tub were open 24 hours! That was a nice surprise since we got in late and had to leave early the next morning!!

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed, especially for the price.

Nice large clean room - decent price - food in restaurant was very good. Try the clam chowder - you won't be disappointed. Dog friendly too!!! (important for our family).

I would recommend the Shilo to anyone planning a trip to Klamath Falls, OR. The staff was friendly and accomidated a move from the 1st floor to the 4th for us due to loud children above us. Highly recommend! :)

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. This location is near the highway and so it was very convienent and is also right down the road from OIT.

Shilo Klamath Falls is a very nice, very reasonable hotel but it is somewhat removed from downtown area. Stay was very nice, room had comfortable beds, microwave & fridge. the shuttle service was great. the only down fall is that you have to find a phone to call. especially if you dont have a cell phone that works in this country. I wa lucky and the ticket agent let me used their phone. otherwise the service was great.

Large ,clean, quiet room food and fuel near by.

Had everything we needed. Most of the staff was polite & helpful. Room was clean & so it ended up being a good option! Also we enjoyed breakfast :) It was filling and tasty!

This hotel is Okay for the location, but it is in need of updating. The room was comfortable, but nothing special.

Great room, thanks to the front desk giving me a quiet location. Everyone was smiling and helpful.
