everything is ok for the price. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. I'm surprised there's microwave and frig. The only thing we hate the most is the noise of the AC unit at night which made us hard to sleep. I think they should consider changing the AC unit. The room condition was pathetic. The AC wasnt working, the fridge had been out for a while and the hotel staff was not very helpful. They wanted to charge us the hotel deposit by cash instead of using my card, to save on the transaction fee. Also, when the hotel staff took down the credit card number on a piece of paper, I had to ask her to erase it […] or dull it. The hotel itself was fine, the service was abysmal. Upon arriving it took several minutes to find someone. He then told me he didn't see my reservation and that I should call hotels.com and cancel, which I though was odd. I called the number on my conformation email and an actual person answered an offered to call the hotel to check on the reservation. […] I was in the lobby so I could hear the phone ring and the man at the desk ignored it, when I mentioned the phone was ringing he ignored me. At that point I told the person at hotels.com to just talk to the front desk person on my cell. Then as if by magic the hotel found my reservation. "Good enough if you are on a budget."
Arrived and the receptionist seemed unhappy about being disturbed from her exercise bike in the back room but did agree to change room to one facing away from the road. Room was fine and clean enough- though bed spread seemed to need a wash (Sheets and pillow cases fine). This facility would not honor the Hotels.com reservation commitment, even after a telephonic confirmation between the hotel and the broker. Both parties confirmed that it was the other party's fault, but were more than happy to take my money.
