The office staff was very nice and funny. My only issue is that there was no iron or ironing board. And I paid for the deluxe room and they gave me the regular king room that didn't have the fridge and microwave so I couldn't store my diabetic shots.

This is a nice, relatively new property. Light on the extras (e.g., breakfast,iron,etc.). Uneven service, e.g.,housekeeping forgot to clean my room, the TV remote didn't work and the wifi service was unreliable. Price was competitive, though.

But what ruined my experience was about 5 am another guest had apparently been assigned to my room, given a key and tried to enter. I had a ground level room and other people staying there hung out in the parking lot and talked all night outside my room. I got ZERO SLEEP. I called the front desk and they did nothing about it. I should ask for a refund. It was the most horrible night ever at red roof inn.

My husband & I were heading home from my fathers funeral. We decided to stop to try & get some rest this place was so clean it was great for an OCD person + the staff very understanding & compassionate under the circumstances over all I was very very pleased.

I loved this hotel, I have stayed in several High Dollar 5 Star hotels in Downtown Atlanta but this by far was so much better and comfortable. The free parking and Wi-Fi were also a plus. The staff was very friendly and I loved the room.

My family's overall stay was great! Great location, very close to restaurants and Downtown Atlanta. The room was clean and neat. I did not particularly like the smell of the room because it smelled of smoke.Other than that, the stay was awesome and we will definitely be staying at Red Roof Inn-Buckehead again!

it was a means to an end. What I mean about that is that if I were staying more than 1 night I would stay at another hotel. Please do not miss or take what I am saying out of context. The room was clean, although the bed could have been a little neater and tighter; and the staff were all curteous.

The hotel is clean, but it is old. It's actually a motel (with the doors on the outside) I was downstairs in room 128. There were people sitting in their cars in the parking lot when we arrived sunday evening. There was no hair dryer, no ironing board and not enough wall outlets available to run my laptop and charge my phone conveniently in one place. […] The internet connection was very weak (I had trouble pulling up google maps) There were large gaps in the weatherstripping under the door, large enough for a small rodent to enter the room. The room has a large bathroom, and a refrigerator and a microwave which is very useful. Also, the TV was a new flat-screen tv. The bedding smelled fresh and I had adequate pillows and towels. The heater and AC worked well. The staff were very nice, there is a vending machine on the property and a CVS across the street to get refreshments. Dressing up a room does not make for a decent hotel. This is a motel, not a hotel. Rooms were cheaply converted, everything exterior is in poor shape. Felt disgusted, I checked into a different hotel. Did not even bother to ask for a refund. Just wanted out.
