"Clean and comfy"
Had a great stay and a restful sleep. The hotel, room and pool were very clean. The room was spacious, comfortable, and was stocked with plenty of blankets, pillows and extras. Just what I needed for a 1-night stay. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfy, and I liked having the added "suite" area with the couch and coffee table. Lovely room, I am very fussy on clean, the remote was iffy and the phone was also. The staff was really wonderful, concerned and warm. I have a beef with Expedia the booker in this case. I was not asked if I had any discount cards. When I asked the clerk at the desk of the hotel , they informed me the discounts would not apply. The hotel room was great, with the sofa and two beds. Perfect for our family of 4. The fridge was great, being we traveled 400 miles and had a cooler with us. "Comfort Suites in Stevens Point, WI ~ Excellent"
We will be staying there again when we go to visit our Grandson!! The room was amazing! It was clean, large, and had everything we could possibly want in a hotel room. Stay was ok except for hall carpets old and buckled. Not sure how well staff actually clean room since we found vitamin pills under side table. Have stayed at other Comfort Suites that were FANTASTIC. This one more run down. Old clunky TV's in rooms. Not much of views from rooms. For location prices should have been lower. Stayed in beautiful resort […] area further north and price was the same but offered alot more and all updated.
