インディアナポリスの中心地に近いし、周りにも数軒レストランがあり立地はなかなか良い。 朝食はアメリカでは標準的、少なくなると直ぐに補充してくれる。 部屋の広さやアメニティーも標準。 家族にも好評でした、値段も手頃なので又利用したい感じでした。

ホテルはとても綺麗で快適でした。だだショッピングモールまで歩いて4~5分は寒くなったこの時期はちょっと遠く感じました。それ以外はお勧めいたします。

古いドアだったので、鍵をかけるのにコツがいるらしく、ホテルの人に説明してもらったけど、結局分からなかった。 でも、ホテルの人が毎回親切に鍵をかけてくれたので、問題無しです。 朝食がおいしかったし、雰囲気がよかったので、総評で満足です。

"In Need of Remodel"
Our room was in need of maintenance and repair. Light fixture with the socket barely connected, burned out light bulb, too low a light at the entry. Mildew in the bathroom, loose tile in floor, water swollen/peeling wall paper, spray on ceiling falling down. The other party traveling with us did not get the requested wakeup call for our morning flight. "Old but cheap"
Our first room had a non-functional air conditioner. All the outlets for electrical power in the room were old and worn out. Phone and ipad chargers had to be held just so in the outlet for power to be drawn. The second room had a working air conditioner. The outlets were the same story. It was handy for the airport. "Shuttle"
We stayed at the hotel one night to utilize the park and fly shuttle option. The hotel itself was fine. Breakfast was good. However when we arrived to the airport after our vacation we called the hotel phone to request a shuttle pickup and the phone was out of service. We called several times with the same results. Eventually a shuttle from another […] hotel was able to drop us off. This driver said the phones being out at the ramada was a pretty common occurrence. Since this is the only issue mentioned, you must have had a pleasant stay otherwise. We do hope to see you again in the future.
Staff very unfriendly. We were told there would be a shuttle available to the racetrack and there wasn't. Tvs didn't work. Maintenance left to get us a new remote for the tv and never did return. Our staff normally gets complimented on their service and friendliness. I am also sorry you were misinformed about the shuttle to the race track. During special events this service is only allowed to shuttles and bus companies that have agreements with the track for special access. Any time you have an issue at any hotel, feel free to call and speak with a manager so this can be corrected while you are still at the hotel. I am happy to hear you enjoyed the breakfast and had a comfortable night sleep.

"fair stay"

"Noisy Room"
Not sure why we were placed in a room next to the stair case with a very loud door while it seemed the hotel had very few guests. Early in the evening the elevator, also 1 door away, went out which meant loud talking guests went by our door, through the staircase door which slammed shut and feet and luggage banging on steps that connected to the headboard […] of my bed, kept me awake until around 2 am. At 3 am one loud slam of the door woke me up and I was unable to go back to sleep. A VERY restless night for me in what would have otherwise been a very comfortable room in another part of the building I'm sure. I was really upset that breakfast stopped at 9am. We didn't even get up until 9:30. Every hotel I have ever stayed at breakfast is til at least 10. They never told us that breakfast ended at 9. I purposely stayed here for the convenience of the breakfast and then didn't get it.Hotels.com ゲストの適正な口コミ

I am sorry though, that both luggage carts were in use when you needed them. Guests do take them into rooms at times and don't put them in the hallway so we can retrieve them. "Leaves a lot to be desired."
When I arrived to my room, there was a ring left on the counter of the bathroom from some cleaning liquid. During the 4 nights that I was staying there, they rarely replaced my towels. I went from having 4 on the first night to having only 2 on my last night. They only half made my bed the last two days, leaving the fancy material meant for the foot […] of the bed fallen on the floor where it had fallen during the night and left the pillows on the chair next to the bed. I dropped off my work clothes for laundry on one day at 5a (4 hours prior to the 9a cutoff) and they never sent them to the cleaners--I needed these clothes for the next day. They offered to take me to a laundrymat to do the laundry myself. OMG! They did get the laundry to the cleaners the next day. When I went to checkout for a 6a flight, I had to take the 4a shuttle, but they couldn't check me out. They were running their nightly audit and couldn't check anyone out. What? "Convenient to airport"

"Basically, I got what I expected, a little less..."
Mid afternoon checkin took about half an hour while waiting for staff to assist prior arriver. Back door to access the hotel was never locked that I could see. Normally the front desk person could have called one of the management staff to assist. We did have an issue with a lock and have had the company out to make repairs. The warning signs mentioned are actually pretty standard in most hotels. We do not have an issue here with break-ins, but are required to have this type of posting. I hope you do return in the future!
