会社の友人と４人でカナダ旅行を計画しました。 男性４名の為、２人部屋を２部屋とった方が断然お得だったので、ベッドが２つの部屋を２部屋予約しました。 しかし当日行ってみると、２つベッドがある部屋は空いてないといわれ、キングサイズのベッドが１つの部屋を２部屋割り当てられました。 つたない英語ながらも、２つベッドが無いと困ると伝えましたが、１人はソファーで寝てくれと言われてしまい、仕方なくソファーを利用しました。 せっかくの旅行、歩いてクタクタのところ、ソファーで寝るのはちょっと辛かったです。 また、ホテル側も特に申し訳なさそうなそぶりを見せるでもなく、当たり前のような対応でした。 もしかすると予約の際『ご希望のベッドタイプ』の箇所に『２台』と入力しましたが、それはあくまでも希望であって、確定では […] なかったのでしょうか。 だとしても、それが明確にわかり易かったかと言えば、そうではありませんでした。 せっかくの旅行だったのでそれが私にとっては少し残念でした・・・ もっと読む

Ideally situated, close to theatre, pubs, restaurants. Would recommend.

Extremely amazing access to all that is downtown Toronto. (Eaton Centre, theatres, Yonge-Dundas Square, variety of restaurants, etc.) The hotel and staff are at the top of places I would recommend to native Canadians and out-of-country visitors. I booked this hotel for a girls weekend and it turned out to be just what we were looking for. The location of the hotel was perfect. We were centrally located to many of the Toronto attractions and were able to walk everywhere. We were able to park right in the hotel's gated parking garage. This was great since we wanted to leave our vehicle there […] the whole weekend while we walked to our destinations. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our group did not know much about downtown Toronto so we asked the staff for recommendations on dining and nightlife. Not only did they give us many options to choose from, but they also mapped out directions for us. Everyone there was extremely friendly and greeted us whenever we walked by. The customer service that we received was top notch and we definitely appreciated the friendliness. I honestly cannot say anything but nice things about the staff and how accommodating they were. Our room that we shared was very nice. The mattresses and bedding were comfortable and the room was clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and enjoyed my stay there. もっと読む

We were very pleased with our room i.e. location, room, pool, jacuzzi.

Hotel staff were extremely helpful. Let us check in at 10am which was great. Doorman also was friendly and helpful. Beds were extremely comfortable and I liked the bed coverings and pillows, they are better than your usual hotel fare. The location can't be beat for shopping and shows. Asked for two double beds didi not get them had to make do with a pull out couch.

The hotel was close to many attractions. Despite being right in the heart of things the hotel was very quiet. Work was reportedly being done on the exterior of the building but we never were inconvenienced by this in any way. 'Front desk staff and housekeeping staff were all very polite and responsive.

Our stay was great. Friendly staff to greet you on booking in and had no problem accomodating us when we arrived early. We had our bikes with us and that was no problem. This was just an all around good experience.

All levels of staff associated to the hotel where extremely helpful. Checking in and out fast and efficient. Location of hotel walking distance to all of Toronto’s must see locations. Looking forward to returning.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Great location, lovely room. Only problem, parking garage was full the whole length of our stay.

predictable 4 star accomodation, clean, nothing fancy, good central location - if you like shopping, nice lobby and bar area, would stay again - not on the direct route of the airport express

My wife & I enjoyed our stay. The hotel was close to amenities. We found the hotel staff very friendly and our room was first class.

No free internet and valet parking is expensive. Your spending around $50/day for internet and valet parking. There's no convenient parking near the hotel either. Internet isn't always working either.

great for shopping at the eaton centre we were able to go back and forth with out taking our coats! A real bonus in the crazy crowded days after christmas! My family and I had a really enjoyed our stay at Marriott!

There were 5 of us and we all enjoyed our stay. The proximity to Eaton's center was great asset. We enjoyed the lobby bar-great snacks. Very nice buffet breakfast. The registratiin staff very helpful--provided a pair of scissors and a bandaid when we needed them. Thanks again--J. C.

Hotel was clean tidy & neat. While not brand spanking new, it still was well done and rooms were quiet. It was a good value compared with other Hotels in the surrounding area. Staff were very friendly, and resourceful. We spent the weekend in Toronto and found our hotel to be in a very central location. We also found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was very good. Can't think of a thing that they could have done to improve our experience.

I did not realize this hotel was right next to the City Hall and was pleasantly surprised. We were in Toronto for TIFF and this hotel was within 5 min walking distance to our theaters, and about 20 min walk to the TIFF main building. Great hotel, clean, well furnished, well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent the weekend at this Marriott and had some frustrating moments: hairs in the bathtub, no wifi in the room unless you pay up another $19, which seems incredible in this day and age. Mainly, we just found ourselves in a rather dingy neighborhood - totally safe, but absolutely surrounded by the same old stores in a gigantic mall.

This is a great location for shopping at the Eaton Centre and getting to the theatres and shops and restaurants on Yonge St. The reception at check-in was a bit "snooty" and off-putting. Otherwise had a great time and good value for the money.

A Great location to the hustle and bustle of the city; Dundas Square, Eaton Centre, Restaurants, China Town, Kensington market, Yonge Street and not far from theatre district and waterfront.... No disappointment possible here !! Thank you...

The double bed room that I was promissed was a king bed room and a pull out sofa. No room at all when the sofa bed was opened. The room was not clean.Cereals and plastic rappping on the sofa bed, hair on the pillow case. Not enough towels. The image on plasma screen TV blurry. The electrician came and fixed it. Only spent one night there, but was impressed by the cleanliness of the place. My wife loved the shampoo and decided to order some from the Marriott website. Location was great, right in the heart of the city. Parking was great. However I kinda wanted to have a view of the financial district.

Great location, nice room, would stay here again
