サン ドメニコ パレス ホテル (San Domenico Palace Hotel)格安予約

カポタオルミーナと並んで、グランブルーの舞台として有名なホテル。 25年以上経った今も、その面影を残し続けているのがこちらのホテル。 カポタオルミーナも景色は素晴らしいが、ホテルがリノベーションされているので、映画の世界観はあまり期待できない。 グランブルーファンでなくとも、サンドメニコはサービス、ホスピタリティ、施設ともに幸せな時間を過ごすことができる。

今回のシシリーで一番よかったホテルです。どうして口コミランキングが１位ではないのか不思議なくらいでした。ホテルのメインレストランのソムリエールも親切でフロントの方もとても親身でした。

This is a 5-star hotel, part of which was once a monastery dating back to the 14th Century. The rooms in the converted old monastery are extremely comfortable, but have not been perfectly maintained. The hotel and staff were outstanding. The building itself, a renovated monastery, is very unique and the staff were very accomodating and helpful. We had a memorable experience.

The service and the hotel was truly 5 stars. A beautiful and magical hotel in a beautiful and magical town. Simply fantastic.

Et fantastisk hotell, med en utrolig atmosfære. Gjennomført smakfult til den minste detalj, og har vært i stand til å ivareta tradisjonene fra klosteret på 15-hundretallet på en fantastisk måte. I og med at rommene er gamle munke-celler, er størrelsen på rommene begrenset, og selv en junior-suite gir ikke det store armslaget. Imidlertid oppveies dette […] av den nevnte atmosfæren, som er unik - og utrolig romantisk! Unngå restauranten på kveldstid selv om man får minus 15 % første kvelden, og restautanten har en (ufortjent) stjerne i Michelin-guiden. Du får mye bedre mat til en vesentlig lavere pris på andre restauranter. Prisen på hotellrommene er svært høy, men skal man først bruke noe ekstra på en unik opplevelse, kan San Domenico være stedet. Excellent hotel in Taormina. We visited end of November (low season) and the hotel as well as the town was not very busy. Weather around 20 degrees was perfect, was a relief that the town wasn't cramped with tourists as it usually is. The back yard is really nice place to relax, pool is closed during the winter season.
