Great service, very pleasant and nice staff. The hotel has a great location, and a free shuttle bus to the Oldtown and the Marina. If you're eating out, Le Deauville in the Marina is a MUST. The Spa on Mövenpick is also a must. Try the Duet pack if you are 2.

This hotel is a very good choice for staying in a very nice city El-Gouna. Stuff are very well trained, great facilities for a huge resort. A lot of heated pools, very nice restaurant with wide variety of excellent food. I am deeply saddened with the treatment mended to me when i landed up at the Hotel Reception with my better half. I had problems with the Front desk Check In as the person attending us was too slow and was not even courteous enough( maybe choosing to go in long weekend was a bad idea). We had requested a King Size bed for us and when we were in the […] room , they were single beds and for them to change that room nearly took 3 hrs after i showed my dissatisfaction with them and it costed me to move from the sea view to the lagoona view on pretext that hotel was fully booked. The hotel property was good but the staff at both the dinning place as well as beach area was not courteous( i guess since i look egyptian so they can treat us like the way they treat the local egyptians) and also they were very insensitive to the guests request and needs. The TV also deserves a mention as they had a Flat Screen with USB Drive but it was only meant for servicing purpose as they had blocked the use of it. I went there for a peaceful time with my wife but the stay at the hotel was far away from peaceful and it gave me a head ache. the only saving grace for this hotel was the SPA they have which was good. the resturant Il limone was a disaster as they food quality was pathetic and the waiters clueless with the food serving. my advice if you can stay else where it would be a very wise decision. もっと読む

Even though the hotel is older it is pretty good maintained. Our room in Cluster 1 was unfortunately old, the bed hard and the air conditioning was soooooo loud. Much too loud. Hotellet er godt og god service, stedvis lidt slidt. Havde bestilt BB, så kan ikke sige noget om allínclusive. Stranden er ikke god hvis man vil dykke/snorkle fra egen strand, der er meget lavvandet 300 meter ud. Nydelig og god frokost som har det meste (bortsett fra grovt brød)! Stilig interiør på rommet. Spaet kan anbefales på det sterkeste, servicen er førsteklasses! Restaurantene er bra, noen er bedre på service enn andre. Ønsker man toppklasse på mat så anbefaler jeg å oppsøke restauranter utenfor resorten (enten ved Marinaen eller Downtown). Stort, fint Resort, vi hade ekonomirum, det var stort och hade en delad terass. Trevlig personal. Vi var nöjda. Mycket bra frukostbuffet! Nära till den lilla staden med lite shopping och restauranger. Lugnt och skönt till skillnad från Hurghada, dit vi åkte en dag.

Det verkar i alla fall vara Mövenpicks koncept. Detta femstjärniga hotell är snarare ett trestjärnigt hotell men tar betalt för allt enligt sex-sjustjärnig pristabell. I ett land där kranvattnet inte går att dricka så "bjuder" de på en ynka flaska vatten under hela vistelsen och sen tar de ockerpriser på vattnet på hotellet. Allt är dyrare än motsvarande […] sak i Sverige och betalar man inte 60€ per dag och person extra för all inclusive så känner man sig mobbad av personalen. Dricksa aldrig! Servicen blir snarare sämre efter dricksen då de verkar förvänta sig ännu mer än att vara glada för det de får. Poolerna är inte uppvärmda så går inte bada i dom på vintern. Hotel Moevenpick je vais depuis quelques années , les chambres sont excellentes la propreté et la vu est a couper le souffle . Отель расположен на побережье Красного моря, пляж песчаный, вход в воду очень пологий - для того, чтобы поплавать, нужно минут десять идти пешком по мелководью. Идеально для купания с маленькими детьми, но до рыбок и кораллов добираться далеко. Питание в ресторанах очень дорогое, поэтому ужинать ездили в даунтаун. Дайв-центр хороший, но существенно […] дороже, чем в Хургаде. Русских практически нет, в-основном европейцы и богатые арабы. Город тоже понравился - чисто как в Европе, местные не пристают. Huoneiden kunto ja ulkoasu eivät vastanneet kuvissa olevia huoneita. Suuri pettymys. Ei missään tapauksessa 5 tähden huoneet. Kuvat ja todellisuus pitäisi vastata toisiaan

Godt hotel, godt værelse med virkelig god seng. Det eneste der manglede på værelset, var et badekar :-) Stor morgenmadsbuffet. God rengøring. Mange aktivitetstilbud.

Godt hotel, venligt personale, rent, gode pools. Stranden er ok.
