Very nice hotel at a great price and very near the DC airport. I had a hard time getting a cab and the person at the front door wasnt helpful.

The hotel was reasonably priced in comparison to the many adjacent hotels. This was one of the few non-smoking rooms I have ever stayed in that actually did not smell like smoke. It was also very clean and tastefully decorated. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel offered any amenity you may need. Clean and inviting. Shuttle transportatio t an from airport and Metro station could have been a little better, but did not hinder activities at all.

The hotel was very nice and located within walking distance of several restaurants but in the future, I'll be looking for hotels closer to the Metro.

Aside from the spa being closed and paying to park and not getting a free breakfast, it was a great hotel. The shuttle service to the metro station was great.

Great service, although not close to downtown DC there's a free shuttle every 20 minutes to and from the Crystal City Metro Station and Ronald Raegan Airport, a very inexpensive starbucks serving cafe. On check-in, when the receptionist heard we were on our honeymoon, she upgraded our room at no extra charge :)

A/C would come on for 5 minutes, turn off. never got cool in the room. We rented two rooms for the night, both rooms had the same problem. Very uncomfortable to sleep in heat.

restaurant was very nice and the service very professional .now the front dest plp need some customer service adjusment not at all professional. from not even knowing there on iteams they have for sale or prices with an attitude that belongs at hotel 6... you ask here it is!!

This hotel is not in the most convient spots because its clustered with other hotels and parking was horrible, but once I got into my room it was very nice, the beds were super soft and my daughter and I slept like a baby.

Could not have been better!!!

For a hotel designed for business travelers, I cannot recommend this Courtyard. The TV service was out during our entire stay and internet access was spotty, it kept going down. We stayed over a weekend and there was a large party taking place on the floor with young adults talking louder than normal until 4:00am. Hotel management chose to ignore complaints. We stayed at other Marriotts before and were very pleased however, we were not pleased with this one, when i booked the rooms i booked them and paid the extra $10.00 for breakfast the next day. when we checked in the receptionist said it did't show us having breakfst, good thing i had my confirmation! when we got in the room it didn't have a refridgerator […] or microwave we had to call the front desk and request them, when they arrived they were so gross i didn't want to use them. are they in the dark ages or what!! on check out they only had one elevator working and it was homecoming wknd!! they had 13fllors and we were on the 4th which meant we had to wait forever to get on the elevator!!! never again!!!! もっと読む

A little tricky to find, but a great location and price nonetheless. Good to visit a very familiar area from years ago to see how it has evolved. Very friendly hotel service staff.

The beds are amazing! The location are great! We have lots of fun! All the staffs are very friendly, room is clean and neat.

Was dissapointed they had pool closed and didnt say anything about this on the site!!!! my kids were not happy. parking at hotel was pricey too

Location is not close to Metro station, but they have a shuttle that takes you back and forth and they also provide transportation to the airport. Great stay! Right around the corner from restaraunts, shopping, and the metro. Friendly staff. the only knock on the hotel was the $16.00 a day parking fee. But, oh well.

What more can I say, the staff was excellent, the room was spotless and the bed was incredible. They have a great cafe area and the food was great... These guys do it right...

Hotel was clean and staff was curtious. Location is convenient to a metro (subway) stop.

Clean hotel; pretty lounge. Friendly staff. Check-in took a while, because the clerk who was handling all guests was also answering phones at the same time. Only major problem was that the beds are quite hard.

While visiting Washington DC we decided to stay in Crystal City, VA and we found Courtyard. The Staff is friendly and helpful. The location is a little far from Crystal City Metro Station if you decide to go walking, but they have a very convenient shuttle to the Metro. The room was excellent: grade "A" linens and pillows. I chose this hotel because it was close to Reagan National Airport and I had to take an early morning flight. Unfortunately the shuttle wasn't available at such an early hour and I had to ask the front desk to call a taxi for me. My rest was disturbed by the noisy people in the room through the connecting door who were still at it when I got up at 3.30 […] a.m. More attention to sound reduction in the hotel is needed. Several great food options walking distance! Positive and hospitable staff, the people sharing the hotel appeared respectable, I wish parking were a bit less but it was definitely reasonable. Overall great experience. I would take my family. Room and bathroom in fabulous condition.

We stayed here during the last Memorial day weekend. Overall our experience was very good. The only inconvenience we had was that every time when our local friends would drop us at the hotel, there was no place to pull up for a second. The driveway was always full and "no standing any time" on the street. This was a great hotel! The rooms we're very clean and so was the entire hotel. The prices at the cafe are reasonable. It is also conveniently located next to the airport and the Metro.
