駅から商店街みたいなのを通って直結！パンダ感がすごくあった。部屋もきれいで、バスローブもついめたのでよかった！スリッパがとても気に入って持って帰ってしまいました！笑

香港島やチムサチョイからは電車で４０分くらいかかるので不便ですが安いので個人旅行者にはお薦め。部屋はごく普通ですが逆にマイナスポイントはありませんでした。隣の部屋の音も聞こえませんでした。

バスルームのシャワーカーテンに汚物が付いたままでした。フロントに言うとすぐ取り替えてくれましたが、ひどく気分を害しました。 観光に行くには少し遠い場所にあります。 館内はキレイですが、部屋は少し古いです。 空港までタクシーで行きやすいのは助かりました。 ホテル向かえにスーパーがあるのが便利です。 エグゼクティブに泊まりましたが、シャワーカーテンの件があり、快適さはあまり感じませんでした。

沖縄の友達がツアーでパンダホテルで泊まるので、待ち合わせ場所として、同じパンダホテルに予約して泊まりました。チェックインは３０階の最上階。部屋に入ってすぐ果物サービス。付いてないと思ってた朝食も最上階の小奇麗な部屋で。と、いつもと違うｴｸﾞｾﾞｸﾃｨﾌﾞな対応で、大変満足しました。たまたまホテルの工事で午前１０時から水が出なくなるとの事でしたが、水も止まらず、不便はありませんでした。ホテルの場所も、地下鉄もそんなに遠くなく、TST方面へ無料シャトルバスもあり、ホテルの建物内でレストランや買い物もできる便利な環境でした。また、香港で泊まることがあれば、このホテルを使いたいです。

ホテルの周辺は商店、百貨店、食堂と何でもあり、夜は遅くまでたくさん人が歩いていました。 ホテルのスタッフはきびきび動いて気持ちがよかったです。 フロントはいつも混雑しており、にぎわっていました。 日本人を見かけることはほとんどありません。 部屋は広くて、そこそこきれいでした。 案内には ツェンワン駅からのアクセスが書いてありますが、実際はタイウォホウ駅でもいいと思います。 駅前の青山公路にあるバス停からは空港へもいけます。 椅子の固いMTRより快適で、乗り換えもありません。 香港のバスはほぼ時間通りで、混雑時をさければとてもいいです。 パンダマーク入りのアメニティや ホテルの外壁のパンダの絵も可愛い。 家族連れにお勧めです。

Over all I will not come back stay in this hotel for vacation again. But if you have business need close to this area neighbourhhood is fine.

The hotel has remodle,but overall is not match the price, Hotel locatio is not very good quality osf service is under my expectation .I have request change the room two time and almost is same poor. I will not go back again and I will not

nothing fancy or great, if you are on a budget this is not bad. its kind of far from the city center and the restaurant it not that good. if you are already familiar with hk this place is ok since you can just sleep here and go to other places. but if you are in hk for the first time, i would not recommend this hotel..

Its way out of the centre of Honk Kong, so not convenient if you want to hang around Honk kong island or Kowloon. Its also almost impossible to walk to from the nearest metro station - where the heck is the entrance? Ans. halfway up a multi-storey car park!!! Panda Hotel is an good choice for those willing to stay a bit removed from the Central/Kowloon areas of Hong Kong and an excellent option for those with early flights out of HKG. Clean, tastefully-appointed rooms, and extraordinary service.

We had requested for a king size bed upon booking as we had our son travelling with us. One month before arrival, we called the hotel personally and were being assured that a room with king size bed will definitely be given to us. However upon arrival, we were only given a room with queen bed! Hotel staff was very rude when we clarified with them. We […] were later being told to sign a form to effect the change of room on the next day, that we would just need to submit our key to the reception the next morning and our luggages would be moved to the new room automatically. When we came back to hotel close to midnight the following day, nothing has been done. Room was not changed! After straightening out the issue with the new shift of staff at reception, we had to go back to the initial room to move our own luggages and were given a more rundown and dirty room with super aged room amenities.Found hair and stain on bedsheets and bathroom was not cleaned properly with dirty basin.Yellow corridor light on the stretch where our room was located was also blown and not replaced throughout our 1 week stay even though it made the corridor super dim and eerie. I didn't expect that I'll be staying like in 5 star hotel, our room (Family) was so clean, very comfortable, though the location is quite far from the city but i love their free shuttle from and to tsim tsa tsui! Diffenately I'll be staying again here when i come in HK.

Its pretty convenient to get around and well within reach served by lots of cafes, shops, MTR Malls and City Landmark shopping Centres. We got most of shopping done in that area. Basically, this hotel is worth for what you are paying to stay. The only thing if they can improved in future, that will make things perfect. The hotel should consider a free transfer thru and fro from the airport to the hotel and maybe to provide free WIFI for the hotel guests too. Ok hotel for the price and close to MTR. Tobacco smell in non-smoking room, othervise ok.

Eventhough the hotel location is not in the prime area, the complement shuttle service to Tsim Sha Tsui really helps and work out well. Howeverl, need to book early to avoid dissapointment.

Always found bed is too hard not too comfortable. AC low is like no AC and when it is medium is too cold...blowing right to the head found stain on the bed sheet one day...suprised house keeper didnt not notice that and still give put that sheet on!

Nice and clean hotel room with good service. Stored 4 of my luggages at Panda hotel for 3 days after checking out. Perfect location if you have an early flight the next morning out of the airport. Was an 80 HK dollar taxi ride from the Kowloon ferry and 150 to the airport; about a 25 minute ride. Quaint area for shopping and eating and hotel is actually in a little shopping mall. Very comfy clean reasonably priced room with a huge bed. Highly recommended.

Everything is good except they don't provide free WiFi

hotel is good and comfortable, the room is some kind of small and next door in remodling, no-smoking room is real one.

The hotel room is quite comfortable, The only complain I have is there are insufficient coffee, coffee whiteners etc. in the room, and their fridge needs to be deice, as there is not much room in the freezer box.

My stay with Panda Hotel has been great, hotel room is old but the size is okay in hong kong, the bed are pretty comfortable and there are many good restuarants nearby the area are open 24/7, especially towards Tsuen Wan MTR station, just 10 mins walk straight down to Tsuen Wan market, you can get all sort of local food & souvenir at reasonable price. Great value, excellent service. I would avoid the buffet though, the food was mediocre (considering the price). There are many local restaurants that have much better food at better prices.

Stayed at Panda Executive room for 8 nights and I am satisfied. It is not a new hotel but it is still maintain in reasonable condition. The water temperature for shower could be a little tricky though as the water pressure varied unpredictably. The A/C is not bad considering the age. Although the hotel is not located near Kowloon or Hong Kong Island it is still convenient to get around by MTR (10 min walk thru mostly air-conditioned overpass walkway to Tsuen Wan station or 5 min walk along Castle Peak Road to Tai Wo Hau station) or by transit bus at nearby bus stop. There is a nice shopping mall right downstairs with Wellcome supermarket, Mannings drug store, 7-11 convenience store, KFC, etc so basically you could get almost everything within the same property. Also there is plenty of stores near the hotel such as eatery, bakery, etc. which is pretty convenient. I had breakfast buffet at the Executive Lounge and it is pretty good. There is a recreation room, swimming pool, gym, etc at the 8th floor but I did not use any one of them as I spent most of the time venturing outside. Unfortunately there is no free Wi-Fi Internet access from guest room, the "best" option is I purchased 1 month plan for HK$400 / device. Got bitten daily by insects. The maintenance informed me they applied pest control but to no avail.

overall is very well. this is close to my friends houses.
