This hotel was amazing. The price was on the cheaper side yet the quality of the room, the location, and the customer service were superb. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. Terrible customer service regarding everything

Great accommodation and service for a 3-Star hotel.

This is an excellent hotel but there are no good restaurants near by. The TGI Fridays near by is not good. Everything else is at least 2 miles away.

I enjoy my stay at the Courtyard Marriott. It's Beautiful experience.

Room was very comfortable. Only king beds were available however. Doubles would have been better for our children, who were sharing a room. Beds were firm but comfortable. Lobby was a little messy and noisy due to lots of college teams that were staying there. Convenient to University of Maryland.

Was pleasantly surprise & worth the money. Will be back again. We only stayed the weekend but had kids & family there. Was centrally located near all of my family member & did not have to go further than one hour to meet any of them which was good. Me and my boyfriend just wanted to get away for the weekend and decided on the Courtyard by Greenbelt and this was a get away I will never forget. The rooms were awesome, clean, comfortable and close to food. The beds were the best part, SO COMFORTABLE!!! this is a great chose

Hotel was very clean, the only problem was that there was no refrigerator in the room. But overall I had a pleasant stay in the hotel.

I was very disappointed in the hotel for the amount of money I spent. The room smelled like an ash tray and it was suppose to be a non smoking room. There was a bug crawling on the floor, reported it to front desk when supervisor came to room and I showed her the bug she told me that those types of bugs a common for the area. ( How comforting!) The […] room had no microwave or refrigerator I was told it had to be requested when booking your room so they didn't have any available. We were told that we didn't have reservation nor the conformation number was not valid. We had to go to the hotel to take our information which was two trips in one night which wasn't good. The employees need to pay more attention to the names and conforamtion number.

Everything was great! The room and atmosphere was fantastic. I would absolutely stay there again if I am ever in the area. -Darren, NJ

Excellent for our needs. Staff friendly, restaurant had adequate breakfast choices, convenient to the Beltway and the Parkway

Even though this was just for one night it was an excellent choice. The room was comfortable in size, the bed was soft, and the amenities were perfect. It was quiet and clean. I didn't hear anyone else on my floor. I have no complaints on this Marriott franchise and will stay here again.

The hotel was an excellent value for the cost. It is in a very easy location, has lots of restaurants in the neighborhood, had an adequate breakfast selection, and a fine swimming pool. We would definitly stay there again.

Each staff member was especially helpful.

Although the reservation was made through Hotels.com, we expected to be treated like every other Marriott Rewards client. We were very surprised to open the door where the refrigerator SHOULD be only to find an empty hole. When asked, their response was that not all of the rooms have refrigerators and they didn't have any to spare. Not the response […] we were looking for considering we were staying three nights. We got past that, but couldn't get past the ants in the room. They were pretty much everywhere, including in the bed. We couldn't bring any food items into the room because we had no place to store them that the ants didn't have access. Needless to say, we were not particularly impressed; especially when considering that we'd just come from a 2-bedroom condo for half the price in historic Virginia. Take home message is prepare to get hosed when visiting the D.C. area. They have a captive audience and they know it. Whatever the market will bear. Ouch! もっと読む

The hotel was easy to find and check in couldnt be easier. The room was very nice and clean, the hotel staff was nice and friendly. My only gripe is that the room had no microwave or mini fridge as you probably would expect to be standard in a Marriot but overall it was fine, would definately stay there again

My stay at the Greenbelt Marriott Courtyard was a very pleasant, relaxing and enjoyable night. The hotel it self was very clean and my room was no exception. The check-in and check-out process was very swift and effortless, and I would definitely stay at the Marriott Greenbelt Courtyard again.

The Courtyard By Marriott, Greenbelt, MD. Room a bit smaller that I am used to in Marriott. No mini fridge. It was clean and convenient wtih pleasant staff.

No on-site dinner restaurant, tho' they did serve breakfast.. Complimentary coffee in the Lobby! TGI Friday's within walking distance.. (across the entrance way)... We had delivery food from a good Pizza place.. Bolli's I believe.. Very happy with our stay.. Definitely stay there again!!

I had stayed at this Greenbelt Courtyard several times over the past few years and had always enjoyed staying there. However, I was dissapointed at the cutbacks this hotel has recently made to "save money." For instance, no coffee is available to guests other than at breakfast---so if you are coming in late, make sure you stop off and get coffee before […] you arrive at the hotel. They also do not provide the warm cookies or fruit basket in the late afternoon / evening. The hotel was fine for the price it was not a fancy hotel but was comfortable. What I did not like is that every other Marriott gives the breakfast they offered for free instead of at the rate of $10.95 per person!
