フロリダ在住のものですが、ちょっとマイアミに行く用事が有って、折角だからSawgrass Millsも行きたいので、家族で泊りがけで行くことになった折、その中間点くらいで良さそうなホテルがないか探した結果、見つけたホテルでした。 ホテルの周りがあまりに閑散としすぎていて、ちょっと怖かった(臆病ものなので・・）以外は特に問題はありません。 まあ、朝食は正直満足しきれるものではありませんでしたが。 部屋も家族3人では十分に広く、ソファーベッドもあったので、特に問題なしです。 アウトレットモールとマイアミ市街に用事があるなら十分妥当なホテルだと思います。

マイアミのリゾートエリアの真ん中にあり、道路を挟んでモールがあり、便利です。サービス、部屋の清潔度は問題なくベランダがあるのがgood。プライベートビーチもありジェットスキーを含めて、様々なアクティビティが楽しめます。食事はホテル内でとっていないのでレベルはわかりません。

帰りの飛行機の関係で空港近くのヒルトンにしました。空港まで無料送迎あとありましたので、チェックインの時フロントにお願いし、起きれないとこもるので必ず起こしてねとフロントに頼みましした。とても親切で再度のコールをしていただきました。、送迎のスタッフも親切にきちんと送っていただきました．前日も時間があったのでボーイさんに聞いたところ、親切にいろいろ教えて下さり、また帰りでドルも少なかったのでカードＯＫのタクシーは？と聞いたところ、呼んでもらい、大型のアウトレットモ―ルに行くこともできました。部屋もとても広くきれいで大満足、今度行った時もぜひ泊まろうと思います。

The Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located directly in front of the beach and has a long stretch of walking/running paths. "Enjoyed our stay"
This is an older hotel and as such could use some major renovations. The neighbourhood on Collins Ave. was run down and a bit seedy but we walked it many times with no problems. Location to the beach was great. What made this stay was the hotel staff. I would like to say that the front guest greeter named Micheal was absolutely a nice person. He was very helpful and courteous and made my stay at the hotel pleasant. This hotel it's a hole !! Didn't even spend the nigth there, I check in saw the dirty facilities and left. Lost my money but I rather do that than sleep on a t yellow, stingy ,smelly discussing room. "this is more like cheap motel"
Hotel was dirty and old. Looks like it's was never renovated in past 10-15 years, old TV, furniture, tiny bathroom, and location was nit great too. My stay was horrible. The hotel was old and nasty looking. It was no where near the city life. Parking was horrible because you had to pay meters and the meters began at 8am so I had no choice but to wake up each morning just to feed the meters. The bathroom was old and disgusting. "Break from winter !!"
Overall great vacay. Had a sweet sidewalk bar with outdoor TV's. Being from MN it was the first time I have ever watched the superbowl outdoors and on the ocean !!Had a few minor issues the first few days but the management went way above and beyond to make it good. Even upgraded us to a terrace room. Parking is average for Miami and if you are gone […] having fun during the day you may not have to pay anything for parking.The bar was fun, not too busy and the drinks were pretty much Miami price but deep and well made. The manowar jellys were fresh on the shore and my daughter got her first stings ( we vacay to Miami yearly) and the staff made sure we had what we needed to ease the irritation. Food, grocery and beach shops, liquor, whatever are very convienent as the hotel is right between the Atlantic & Collins ave which has everything !! The building is quite old, and would need some new painting and carpeting. But maybe thanks to the older construction the rooms are very quiet, no sounds coming from neighboring rooms or outdoors or hallway as what happens with newer hotels with thinner walls. We had such a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. When we got to the hotel we realized that the hotel really was right on the beach, so we asked if any beach front rooms were available. The man behind the desk, named Michael, a wonderful, wonderful person to speak with, told us we could have a room if we switched […] from a queen to two doubles, we took it and it was well worth it! The view was wonderful, we woke up early the next morning and watched the sunrise from the comfort of our room. The beach was great, it was so so close and very quiet. This is by far the worst hotel I have stayed in my life. Rooms were unclean. Staff were not friendly. I thought that this hotel was excellent for the rate I paid. The location was excellent, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The front desk manager, Michael, deserves to mentioned because he was really good to me. When I arrived I was chatting with Michael and after learning that I had just driven to […] Miami from Boston, he upgraded me to an ocean front room at no extra change. Michael always greeted me with a smile and always went the extra mile for me when I needed something. This is certainly not a five star luxury hotel.
