had no hot water in the first room they put us in, they told us to run the water for 10 minutes and it should come on.....ran it for 20 and had no luck. They moved us to another room on the 6th floor and had same issue!! Eventually got a room on the 1st floor that was an actual suite and had HOT water!!!! The hotel was very nice and clean. The room was comfortable and clean. However, we did have difficulty getting a picture on the LG TV. We were advised that we could change rooms or someone would come check out the TV. Instead we just wiggled the cable cord. Despite the TV issue, we would visit again. The front desk reps were very welcoming.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent location. Usually do not stay at less than 3* hotels but would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay.Our only isue was when we checked in the room I booked with over the phone was not available.I spoke with a 3rd party company,but I specificly asked if we would get the room I was booking and he tod me yes.My Mom ended up paying for an xtra room to fit everybody.Other than that we had a good exp.

This was a great hotel to stay at. The staff was the most accommodating and helpful of any hotel I have stayed in. I would definitely reccommend this hotel!

Elevator did not operate. I had to use stairs to the 4th floor. I should have received additional discount. But did not receive anything. Overall, it's 5 out of 10.

Hotel staff was great! Places to eat with in walking distance. Pool looked clean. Room was great!

I selected the Hampton for its location and price when I was in Atlanta this past weekend to attend the Georgia Tech Presidents's Dinner. I really enjoy staying at the Hampton Inn in Duluth, GA. The staff are very courteous, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is good as well. Everytime that we are out in the Atlanta area we stay at this particular Hampton. I recommend staying there to anyone.

The ONLY negative to this trip was there was a bus load of teens who ran through the halls as late as 11:30 that night.

Very nice hotel, Staff very friendly, Room nice and beds very comfortable.

First time at this hotel in Northwest Atlanta. Was near the interstate, but set back so you don't hear the traffic. Matter of fact, it was quiet in the hotel during our entire 3 day weekend stay. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as shopping. Will definitely stay again on our next visit to Atlanta.

This hotel was fine for one or two night's stay - it was clean and comfortable and I appreciated the modern bathroom and strong shower. The only negative would be the outdated TV and lack of channels to watch (not a big issue unless I was staying longer). OK, this Hampton Inn was fine and what I expect from a Hampton. However, these days...I feel there are two things that should be MANDATORY: 1.) Wireless Internet that actually has a signal above poor...there is NO excuse not to have a decent signal at the desk!!! 2.) A decent TV. All I have to stay is Great Stay for A Great price>!!!!!!!!!!

My family and i had a blast at the Hampton Inn and Suites. For the price we paid for the room ,it was well worth it. It meet all of my family needs.

I was so happey with my stay at this wonderful hotel. From the view to the food was great. They us feel right at home. My wife and I really can not wait to vist another Hampton Inn & Suites. One Happy wife and husband.

We stayed here for Valentine's Day and it was great. The room was very clean and the bed was OUT OF THIS WORLD with comfort! I plan to visit again soon.
