地下鉄の駅にも近く買い物には大変便利。改装後なので部屋、ロビー共きれい。

ホテルと直結してるので、地下鉄へのアクセスがよくどこへ行くにも便利！！ 夜遅くなった時は、エレベーターが止まりますが一度表に出て路地を曲がるとすぐにエレベーターでフロントへ行けますよ。（泊まったエレベーター上がってもいいですが） 毎年違うホテルにしようかと悩みますがやっぱりここにしてしまいます。

改装中のため、レセプションへの外からのアクセスが悪く、スーツケースを持ってのチェックインから大変でした。 部屋は可もなし不可もなし、香港ならば贅沢は言えません。しかし、こうした状況では従業員のサービスでカバー しなくてはいけないのに、これが横柄でかつ遅い。 次回は利用しません！

エントランスを改装中で10月まで行うとのこと。予約時に知らせてほしかった。エントランスが全て工事中で、荷物の運搬に段差があり不便。作業用のエレベーターを乗り換えて客室に入るのが不便だった。溶剤の匂いがくさい。 部屋は広くてきれいだったが、 １．トイレが壊れていて、水が3分に一度入れ直されて、そのたびに大きな音がして、最初の晩は眠れなかった。最初はエアコンかと思ったが、 ２．2日目の夜に原因がわかり直してもらった。 ３．エアコンが集中制御の送風でも十分寒く、そのため、夜は風邪をひかないか心配であった。部屋にエアコンを切っても、掃除のたびにオンになっていて寒すぎた。フロントに改善を頼むと、暖房をもってきてくれるといってくれたが断った。 ４．朝食は8香港ドルだったが、価格の割にいまひとつの内容で、 […] それからは自分でパンを買ったり、インスタント麺にした。廊下とエレベーターフロアーにとってつけたような朝食会場で客は私以外皆無だった。 もっと読む

８月に宿泊した時にとても便利だったので、今回また宿泊しました。 地下鉄直結で、スーパーも近くに２件、コンビニもすぐ、買いものにもとても便利！お部屋も、香港にしては広いほうだと思います。次回もまたここに宿泊する予定です。

地下鉄のJordan駅にそのまま直結しています。またNathan Rdに面しているので、お買物や散歩など便利です。空港からシティフライヤーバスA21がHK$33（約￥５００、安い！）で利用できますが、このホテルの目の前でおりれます。所要時間約40分～60分です。ちなみに、空港に向かうときは、時間帯によっては向かい側の停留所ではありませんのでご注意を。私は10分ほどバスを待っていたら親切な地元の人が中国語で何か注意してくれたので停留所に英語で書いてある看板を見て理解しました。 ホテルですが、小さいですがフィットネスルームもプールもあって、このロケーションでこの値段であればそれ以上何を望むの？という感じです。そりゃFour Seasonsみたいな一流ホテルではありませんが、仕事出張、一人旅、気 […] 楽な仲間との旅であれば全然オッケーですよ。 夜まで賑わっている男人街へ徒歩5分、ブランドもの沢山のハーバーシティショッピングモールまで10分、ネイサンロードは当然0分。もし香港島へ買物など行くのであれば地下鉄で5分とかで中環（Central)、そしてCausewayのタイムズスクエアであれば10分程度でいけます。香港は地下鉄が乗換えなどわかりやすく、駅の冷房も効いているので東京の地下鉄よりも快適ですごしやすいですよ。　日本人の感覚では、券売機でチケットカード買うときにいつも小銭のおつりを落としてしまいますが．．．まあこれは一度おためしあれ。 もっと読む

Comfortable. Subway, shopping and restaurant are near by..

Having heard of the good reviews of Prudential for years, be it from friends or public feedback, I've decided to give it a try this time. I thought, even if the hotel isn't up to mark, at least the location can be the saving grace. Little did I know, it's true. The hotel lobby is apparently welcoming and well-furnished. First impression is important […] and they have obviously saw this as well. However, when i got into the room, it was a big disappointment. The furniture is old and the wall look dilapidated with cracks and chips. Worse of all, the carpet smelled mouldy and felt damp. I made sure I wore my bedroom slippers whenever I was in the room. I understand that some hotels do not change the bedsheets daily until the guest checks out and I'm totally fine with that. However, besides straightening the comforter, I would appreciate if they dust the sheets to ensure it's clean for the guest's following night's stay. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case for me. There were hair all around on my second night and I hope they were just mine. In terms of service, very basic but not rude. Even though I really do not appreciate the tone of one of the concierge staff who responded with "what do you want?" when I was merely calling to ask about the airport transfer. Hotel space and cleanliness exceeded my expectations, considering how tight space is in Hong Kong generally and previous review comments. The location is great for a short tourist visit. The Prudential is a good value for the money.

Great Hotel, Easy Location. Excellent Service. Only missing free wifi! Everything else was perfect.

Staying in this hotel just for 1 night, however there is no complimentary water in the room. Non smoking room is full of cigarette smell. Price for this hotel is not worth it.

King size bed was bigger than my std king size bed at home; fits us comfortably: 2 adults & a 4yr-old. Pillows were quite 'flat' though. Great location, walkable distance to Tsim Sha Tsui & just outside/beside Jordan MTR . Diagonally across TST Police station,where Bus 21 @Bus stop goes direct to HKG Airport (HKG$33/pax). Main entrance is located […] @side, rather than the main Nathan Road, & is linked to a mall. super convenient location. close to the subway station, shopping town, and some restaurant. attendant are kind and professional. strongly recommend this hotel. :)

very good location. our 3rd time staying in this hotel due to its convinent location. however, this time, it was not as clean as be4, we found a chockstick by the bedside.We could hear the noise from nx door neighbour. i think it could be better coz it was not cheap.

I am have been in HK many times the last 15 years and tried many hotels. From now on, this will be my new one. Jordan is also nice place to be where you have a lot of things in walking distance.

The Location of hotel is very convenient and easy to access to MTR and all night market and restaurants.

I stay here evry time I'm in Hong Kong. Very convenient from shuttle from airport train station (Kowloon station) and to MTR (right downstairs). Reasonable price, good restaurant, clean rooms.

Hotel location is centrally located and accessible to MTR. Some renovation still ongoing but overall hotel looks neat and classy, with a touch of zen!

I found the hotel to be satisfactory, but not worth what I paid for it. I walked right by the hotel on Nathan Road as it is actually a part of a shopping center and the lobby can be found in a section of it on the second floor. I found it be a convenient location however as it is located on Nathan Road and is accessible from jordon station. You can […] walk to major shopping areas and to the Star Ferry. The gym looked like it was in a converted room, and had only one treadmill, which wasn't working. It had a universal gym. There is an internet charge , but if you can keep it to one hour it's s nominsl rate. I guess to be ffair most HK hotels probably charge for Internet, but for what I paid, it was insult to injury. The remote in my room did not properly work. You had to turn the TV on manually then use the remote. The channels would only advance forward and not backward. The hotel engineer came by and explained how to do it, but I doubt that the engineer put in a ticket to fix it. もっと読む

everything was ok except for the bed bugs. the sheets of the pillows didn't smell like they were dissenfected or cleaned well.

The hotel is overall good except for the internet connection, they are chargeable.

I made my first visit to Hong Kong a few weeks ago. We chose the Prudential Hotel in Kowloon. Staff was helpful. Hotel location was fantastic, easy access to MTR and other means of transportation and also to shops.

I stayed here once a few years ago and given the price, it was satisfactory. I decided to try it again given I was offered about the same rate for a 4 night stay. I was very disappointed and will never stay here again. The bulk of the staff seems very disconnected with the guests, no smiles, no good mornings, etc. There’s a gang of employees at the […] front entrance that I can’t figure out what they do. The worst part was when coming back to the room after being out all day I find a note to call the manager regarding a bed sheet stain. I have no ideal what he’s talking about so I check the sheets to see if anything is there. There is nothing there so I call the front desk and I’m told I will be charged a fee for cleaning the sheet. I ask them to please explain why. About 20 minutes later two people from Housekeeping come to my room and spend about 5 minutes looking over the sheets conversing in Cantonese, which I don't understand, finally pointing to a few tiny pen marks on the lower part of the cheap bed sheet cover. I could only laugh at the idea and furthermore, I really don’t think I could possible have caused them. I travel in Asia a lot and know that to argue this with the manager or anyone would be futile, and it’s only about a small fee, but they have certainly lost me as a customer. Imagine, loose a potentially good customer for a cleaning cost. I’m sure the stain would have come out in a standard washing. I myself worked for Hilton for 10 years,Marriott for 2 yeae they provide,rs and Embassy suite for 7 years. It doesn't matter with the Brand, but the welcome,greetings and service they provide. Prudential hotel hotel made us feel home away from home.

I stayed in the Prudential Hotel one night on business. The good things are (1) bed - really comfortable; (2) internet - very fast IF you use a wired connection; the wireless is not so good; (3) shower - it's not a walk-in, but the water flow and temperature is great, with a high shower head (good for 1.85 M tall people like me). The cleanliness of […] the room was fine, but the hallways and common areas were a little worn with occasional dirt. But the hotel is undergoing a renovation in the common areas (including reception, elevators, hallways, restaurant and bar... the latter is closed), which no doubt contributes to that condition. The location is the best part, very close to the Jordan MTR station, and a short walk from Kowloon Park. We went to this hotel because it had such high reviews. Over all the hotel was ok. Even though the lobby had major construction going on. I was disapointed with the entry staff. The bell man and the congere's were not friendly at all. We walked by these people everyday coming and going. They never once greeted us with any kind of friendly jesters. […] Either in smiling or verberly. The room was nice but if you over 5 ft 10 the bed may feel short to you. great hotel good service ....but the staff of security in the lobby was very bad that he was firing a small boy who is sleeping in the lobby,s sofa

I was especially impressed with the service provided by the staff. We made several enquiries and requests during the stay. The staff attended to all these with a smile and great efficiency each time. Keep up the good work.
