My room was spacious with the kind size bed room and amazing view of the Lincolne center. I chose this hotel because of the location and the price. The hotel kindly complied with my requests. I'm very satisfied with the hotel over all!!

リンカーンセンターのすぐ前のホテルです。4月上旬はまだ寒かったので観劇後に交通の心配もなくすぐホテルに戻れて大変便利でした。

セントラルパークの近辺で地下鉄の近くで非常に便利です。 地下鉄の駅は幾つかの線が交差する駅なので何処に移動するにも便利です。 近くにスーパーの様なコンビニも有り、日常の買い物には不便はありません。 部屋なども古さは感じますが、清潔に保たれています。 日本語の話せるスタッフは居ませんでした。 シャワーの切り替えレバーが壊れていたのですが、すぐに修理してくれました。 単語を並べただけの会話でも通じました。 シャワーのみでバスタブはありません。 お湯を沸かすポットがなかったので少し不便を感じました。

セントラルパーク、メトロポリタン歌劇場のすぐ近くにあり場所は最高、ロビーも雰囲気があり、フロントの対応も良かった。しかし、部屋は狭く、トランク2個が広げられない。バスタブは無くシャワールームは狭く、水は、外にこぼれるは、で最悪だった。この値段を出すなら他にも良いホテルがあったと思う。喜ぶのは、ゴッシップガール、ファンだけ。

リンカーンセンターの目の前に立地しているため、演奏会やバレエ鑑賞、オペラ鑑賞を目的としている人には便利です。またセントラルパークにも、散歩に行ける距離なのも気に入りました。買い物もコロンバスサークルまで徒歩五分程度なので、便利です。ただし、ホテルの部屋のエアコンの音がうるさいため、消さないと眠れない状態でしたし、シャワールームの仕切りが悪いため、飛沫が飛び散り洗面所の床がびしょぬれになるのが、難点。ホテル二階のレストランは美味しくて、お薦めです。

リンカーンセンターにもっとも近いホテル。オペラ鑑賞にはベストの位置。ただし、シャワーの操作法などわかりにくく、日本人にはあまり受けないかも。

私の泊った部屋は最上階の11階だった。4連泊したが、後半の2泊は金曜、土曜のせいもあるのか、ディスコの音響に悩まされた。チェックアウト時にそれを言うとフロント係は「上階ほど音がうるさい、次回は下層階の部屋を割り当てます」とのたまった。全て承知の上のことだったのだ。 2002年夏にここに泊ったことがあり、Upper West Side　に住む友人訪問の旅だったので、地の利も考え、再びここを選んだ。しかし、2002年とは、大きく様変わりしていた。改装間もないのか、内装はきれいだが、シャワールームの排水が悪く、スノコの下から虫の死骸が浮き上がって来た。アメニティ類も備えつけはシャンプー・リンス ・シャワージェル・石鹸のみ、シャワーキャップすらない。そして狭い部屋の中には有料の品々が山ほど用意されて […] いた。入口を入ると狭いロビーはすぐバーになっており 、観光旅行で使うホテルには不向き。再びここに宿泊することは決してない。 もっと読む

NYのホテルはとにかく高くて、「え、この部屋であんなに高いの?」と感じる事が多いです。 今回初めて利用しましたが、今までの中で一番コストパフォーマンスが良かった気がします。 設備も綺麗ですし、清掃も行き届いてしまいた。 ドアの方、フロントの方みなさん感じが良かったです。 クローゼットやバスルームの棚がやたらと高い位置にあるので、背の低い女性にはちょっと使いづらいかもしれませんね。 バスタブが無いですが私は特に気になりませんでした。 i-podのスピーカーがあったのはとても重宝しました。 次回もまた利用したいです。

リンカーンセンターのすぐそばというローケーションは終了時間が遅いオペラ鑑賞が目的であれば最高です。スタッフもカジュアルですがやるべきことはやってくれます。ただし、私が泊った部屋の側は空調の音かかなり外の音がうるさく窓の防音効果は悪いようです。また、最近改装したとのことですが、シャワーや洗面台の水回りにトラブルがありました。

I really wanted to stay at Empire hotel, because the location was perfect for me. But I was worried about the bad review, so decided to book for a king room, which was a bit expensive. However, my original flight got canceled because of the heavy snow, and I had to cancel the appointment and had to make another reservation. Then, the only choice left […] for me was the single queen room, with no light and the most worst bathroom ever...... Like eveyone else is saying, the showerroom was alful, and the floor was always wet like a fluid, even though i'm only like 5'2". And since the only window was faced on the back side of the hotel, there was no light even during the daytime. It was sooo stressful to stay in a dark room in a daytime. You can definetely find a more better room than this when you are paying this amount. So I will never recommed this hotel. ここはTimes Squareの近くよりも静かなエリアだったと思います。通りを挟んで Lincoln Centerのすぐ前なので、噴水に座って人々を眺めるにはとても良い所です。部屋は良いです。隣の部屋で煙草を吸うのと、（全室禁煙のはず） うるさい音楽がドア越しにもっとうるさく聞こえるので、室内にある隣の部屋との仕切りのドアはお勧めしません。次の朝にはスタッフが解決してくれて、それ以降は静かで良かったです。屋上にとても小さなプールがあり、そこには踊り場を挟んで2つの階段を上って行きます。暖かい夜には劇場からの帰りは楽に歩け、２，３ブロックで地下鉄があります。

到着したとき、プールが閉まっていた－開いているはずだったのでこれは良くない。中の家族部屋はとても暗くて物が見えなかった。氷は自由にとれるのではなく、態度が悪いスタッフもいた。New yorkに行くのは3度目で、サービスは悪く、顧客サービスもお粗末だ。2度と泊まらない。

The Empireでの宿泊はとても気に入りました。部屋は15階にあり、Lincoln Centerを見下ろせました。唯一の苦情は、部屋が暑すぎたことです。エアコンがあまり効かず、窓を開けなければいけなくて、騒音がしました。到着した時にプールが開いておらず、がっかりしました。それ以外はすべて良かったです。

このホテルはとても便利で、the Lincoln Centerにとても近いです。だからここを選びました。　シャワーのコントロールは高いところにあって手が届かず、コートを掛ける棚は高いので服を掛けることができませんでした。ここは身長が5フィート8インチ以上の人にはいいです。わたしは５フィート1インチです。　背の低い友達には勧めません。

私達は2回目の結婚記念日を祝っていて、ホテルがペットOKだったのでヨークシャテリアを2匹買いました。夫のDanは数日前にコンシェルジュに電話をし、私へのちょっとしたサプライズとしてシャンパンと部屋に花を頼みましたが、後から知った事ですが、電話の一本も返ってきませんでした。私達は「Cozy」と評されるクィーンサイズの部屋に入り、荷物を開け、夕食に出掛けました。数時間後に戻った時、「あなたの犬は一晩中吠えていました。」と書かれたメモがあり、ホテル側が私達が自分の部屋に入れないようにしておいたのでびっくりしました。下のフロントに降り、Justinaという女性と話すと、彼女はかなり不快な態度で、他の宿泊客から私達の犬が吠えていた事について苦情があったので、彼女自身が犬を落ち着かせる為に私達の部屋（プライバシーカードを掛けてあった）に入る事にした、と説明しました。本当に？知らない人が許可も取らずに他人の部屋に、他人の犬を落ち着かせるために入る？ちょっと信じられません。そして彼女は私に、犬をコントロールしなければならない、だから部屋に入れないようにした、と言いました。（小さな5ポンドのヨークシャテリアをコントロールする？）そして彼女はとても感じが悪く、失礼でした。自分の犬の事は分かっています。最初はほんの少しの間吠えて、それからあきらめて大人しくなります。でももし、見知らぬ誰かが部屋に勝手に入って来たと思ったなら、当然彼らは大騒ぎして吠えます。総支配人と話したいと言うと、彼は月曜日まで帰って来ないと言いました。次の日、他のマネージャーと話しをして部屋を変えられるかどうか聞く為、下に降りました。そうすれば苦情を言った人にもあまり迷惑がかからないかも知れません。角の部屋はどうだろうと言うと、もし角の部屋に変えたいのなら追加の料金がかかると言われました。 […] どのようにして解決すればいいのか彼に何度も聞きましたが、ずっと部屋で犬と一緒にいる事を勧められました。私がホテルを出て戻る度にドアにはメモが残されていました。これは嫌がらせです！ ! もっと読む

Paid for an "upgraded room" and low and behold the room was on the 3rd floor and I looked out to the roof of the lobby area. Even better, I saw three large HVAC units out my window and got to listen to them running all night long and did not have a complete night sleep. Probably was woken up 5-6 times by the noise.

Great location, friendly staff, nice lobby , room is small , but comfortable . Shower did not have a door ( design idea or missing/broke???) , water was splashing everywhere...Convenient location , next to Subway station, across the Lincoln Centre , steps away from Colombus Circle Shopping Center.

Excellent! We were greeted at the front cordially, we were told of the perks, the room is lovely, roomy, clean, comfortable, and quiet. When we asked fora little refrigerator it was delivered within a half hour. The location is the best!

Pros: Great location, fun roof top bar and pool. Cons: small room, which was to be expected. Weird bathroom with shower that I could not figure out. Overall we were happy with our choice, and the price was right.

At first we thought the room small, but turned out to be perfectly adequate as we weren't in the hotel that much, but out and about. Bed was very comfortable and robes supplied - nice touch. Problem with the sink blocked on arrival, but fixed straight away. Staff and concierge more than helpful throughout.

Nice funky little hotel in a GREAT spot right across the street from Lincoln Center. The room was small but lovely and had a retro feel to it that was fun. Definitely will stay there again. Also, the bar/lounge on the first level was a nice spot for an after-theatre drink.

We loved our stay at the Empire. The location is simply the best in NYC for the price. The staff was courteous, friendly, and the service was exceptional. We dealt with the check in staff, concierge, doormen, and facilities (to request more towels) and everyone was fantastic. The room was small, but this is to be expected in Manhattan! They should have mentioned when I checked in that the room w/ a view would also result in extreme construction noise from the street. The construction noise (jackhammers, etc.) started in the early AM & woke me up. I never would have stayed in the room if I had known that.

Very pleasant after first night, which was in a room on the first floor that was totally unacceptable, VERY small, no place to set open suitcase, inadequate lighting and other shortcomings, such as slow drain in bathroom sink, the window facing an small interior light shaft with a view of rusting machinery and other decaying unidentifiable objects. […] Definitely not what is posted on the web site as being the standard for this hotel.
