①６連泊したが最終日ホテルに帰ってきたら部屋掃除がされていなかった。 ②ベイ側の寝室は騒音が聞こえないであろうが通路側のソファーベッドで寝たがロビーが上階まで吹き抜けの為夜遅くまで騒ぐ人の声が聞こえ、又早朝から朝食の準備の音が聞こえる。 ③壁が薄いのか隣の声、水道の音が聞こえる ④フロントの対応、空港へのシャトルバスが頻繁にあり良かった。 音にナーバスでない人なら快適に宿泊出来るホテル

ラスベガスからの帰りに一泊して、サンフランシスコを観光する際に一泊しました。 早朝に着いて、すぐシャトルバスをつかまえることができ、荷物を置いてから、観光にでました。20分おきにででるようでした。 ホテルの部屋は広く、快適。 空調の設定は低めで、少し寒かったです。。。 朝食は雰囲気のある、吹き抜けのテラスで食べることができ、おいしかったです！ 土曜泊だったので、朝は混雑してましたが、席ではゆったりと食べれました。 飛行機の離発着が見れるので、家族連れには最適だと思います。

部屋は十分に広い、大人4人で泊まったがクィーンベッド2台と開閉式のソファーベッド1台で楽に眠れた。ただし部屋の古さはやや目立つ。清潔度でいえば目立ったところは問題ないが、海側の窓は汚く汚れたまま、窓枠（内側）もほこりだらけ、開閉式のソファーベッドのシーツはいつ交換したかわからない位くしゃくしゃだった。エアコンも全く効かなくて寒かった。朝食はオムレツがオーダーメイドできておいしかった。

ロケーションと空港/市内への利便性は申し分無し。ファシリティーは年代モノになっているがそれは仕方が無い。従業員のサービスは非常に良いと思うが、フロントデスクの対応は物足りなかった。一時シャワーが出ない時があり、この時のフロントデスクの対応が多くの客には不満足であっただろう。実際フロントでapologizeはいいからお湯出せと詰め寄ってた客（私ではない）がいた。WiFiも有料とはちょっと畏れ入った。今時、ホテルに基本的にあるべきサービスと思うが。またＳＦに行く時には是非利用したいホテルです（喫煙ルームがあるという一点で）。

エアポートホテルとしてはかなり快適です．SFOとの間の無料シャトル有です．Suitesなので２部屋あり，電子レンジも装備されています．朝食付きで，朝食は，オムレツにパンケーキやフレンチトースト，ベーコンやソーセージやポテトを付けることができます．果物もあります．珈琲に新鮮なジュースもあります．どれもなかなか美味しいです．

ここは素晴らしいホテルだった。プールは温かく、プールエリアの装飾も見事。昔のイタリアのアトリウムにいるかのように感じた。朝食エリアには噴水と庭園が有り、まるで屋外にいるかのようだった。素敵な驚きだった！

Was under construction. Pool freezing cold we were advised to go swim at the Hilton. We had two rooms and were excellent only drawback was that one of the rooms thermostat was not working well .All problems completely fixable. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay the suites was pleasant, a calm environment if you're on a business trip. The hotel isn't far from San Francisco and a morning run along the water is fantastic! Although the rooms are clean the one thing that I found very disappointing was the glass doors that go to the balconies, they haven't been cleaned in ages!!! There are water marks and […] dust that don't seem to be recent so it's easy to tell no one every cleans them. If you get a room with a view, you're lucky otherwise the view won't be that great. It's a little overpriced for the outdated furniture and overall look of the inside. If you were to ask me if I'd stay there again I would say, definitely! We stayed here for 2 nights and were pleasantly surprised. We pick this hotel because it is located on the bay and we didn't want to pay the downtown SF parking rates. The staff was wonderful and they more than made up for the fact that there was a bit of construction still going on. construction while we were there but they did try to limit the noise. condition of the room and hall ways was not up to the usual standards we expected from Embassy Suites. Would stay at another Embassy suites probably but more than likely not this property.

The hotel's atrium is undergoing a major renovation and is completely closed off to all hotel guests. The swimming pool is also closed. The hotel did offer free Internet access as compensation for the closed swimming pool. The room was very acceptable and the location is good. Shuttle to airport runs every 35 minutes to airport.

Hotel is undergoing massive renovations so the center of the hotel is off limits. Rooms are large, but dated. Breakfast was just ok

This hotel was great, except we stayed during the atrium renovation so there was plenty of construction going on. We also did not have access to the pool/spa but were allowed to use the pool at the Hilton. The room was great and so was the service. The view from our room was beautiful. My family would definitely return to this hotel again.
