１点だけ残念なのがシャワーの出が悪かった。冷水と熱湯の両極端で広い浴室内で寒い思いをした。バスタブは心地よかった。

カーメルへの到着が夕方になり、残念ながら海岸で夕日を眺めることは出来ませんでしたが、それを帳消しにしてくれる位印象深いホテルでした。暖炉があるリビング付き、オーシャンビューが開けたバルコニー付きのキングサイズベッドルームに家族3人で宿泊しましたが、広さは十分、バスルームもきれいにメンテナンスされており快適に過ごせました。翌朝も朝8時にはチェックアウトしましたが、それまでの間もだんだん明るくなる太平洋を眺めながら短いながらもとてもリラックスした時間が流れました。この次もカーメルに来たらここに泊まりたいと思います。

The inn is located close to middle of the town and also we could access to the beach easily. The rooms are quite old, hard to open and close the door, but is kept very clean. The every staff is friendly and kind. Very nice to stay!

When we drove up, I was a little disappointed with the outside of the hotel (plain vanilla) but when we saw our room, I was delighted. Room was spacious enough with 2 young children. The fireplace was a nice touch and the rooms and bed were clean and good. Staff was friendly at check in/ out. "Golf tournament"
The saff was very accomodating and friendly. The location was perfect for our stay. The room was comfortable and very clean. the robes were a nice touch. This is our 20th year returning to The Mariposa. You would think they would know better than to give us the worst room in the hotel. We could hear everything!!! We chose the hotel based on the pictures, which looked very promising! It appears that the hotel went under renovation some years ago, but showed lots of wear and tear.
