Stayed at the Hyatt for one night because of a football camp at the University of Miami. Drove from Tampa to Miami so we were pretty tired after the 4+ hour drive. We called the hotel to see if they would allow us to come in before the regular check in time and they were very accommodating by allowing us to check in around 1pm. The hotel room is pretty […] nice with lots of space though the bathroom is REALLY tiny. The separate living room was great and the room allowed 5 people to fit there comfortably. The pool was nice and clean. The hotel provided a nice continental breakfast with pastries, cereal, fresh fruit, biscuits and gravy, juice and coffee. The seating area is nice and open and the staff come around to clear the tables as you are finished eating. The only negative thing I have to say is that the air conditioning didn't work as it should and even though the temperature was set at 68 degrees, it still remained a little uncomfortable in the room. We're planning a trip back to Miami to do all the touristy things (and hit all the malls!) and we wouldn't mind going back to the hotel (just as long as they fix the air conditioning!). もっと読む

I have stayed at many Hyatt Places around the country but this one did not live up to expectations. This one needed repairs in the bathroom and could use some customer service training. The overall condition was bad. The bathroom had the shower rod pulled off once, the bathtub had rust and the toliet leaked all the time. The hotel staff were very […] cold and didn't seem like they cared. They were more interested in talking on their mobile phones. The morning free breakfast was great at serving cold coffee and pulling the pots for the day when there are still customers waiting to get a cup. The pool was always covered with a film. I never saw anyone cleaning it. After staying at the Doral for a week, I would have been glad to leave after the first night. Hotel is located just west of MIA less than 5 minutes from the FBO on the north side of the airport. Several restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. 42" HDTV is plus! Very comfortable beds. Highly recommended!

I travel extensively for business. This was undoubtedly the loudest window heater I have ever experienced. It kept both of us awake. The bed is positioned right in front of it. I really enjoyed this hotel for the price that I paid... It was clean, comfortable, well located, and had a very nice TV/Bed/Desk combination. Good stuff.

the room had a little smell but i think it was the cleaning products used. We opened the window for a couple of hours and it was fine after. The breakfast is not an exceptional breakfast more bagels, juice, toast and fruit...but the rooms are HUGE almost like a suite. the bathroom is quite small becareful of hurting yourself if sitting on the toilet […] and closing the door. the staff is friendly. there is food to buy on location 24/7 so that was helpful. The location is good if you know miami and you intend to drive. If not, stay elsewhere. The beds are comfortable and so is the couch. Large tv screens and many channels to choose from. overall i liked this hotel alot and would recommend you staying there provided you can drive/ have a car and know the area. This hotel was a great deal since we got the third night free. It was located close to restaurants and in a nice area but you would need a car to move around. Just found a few problems but nothing to make us avoid this hotel in the future: mold in one section of the ceiling presumably due to a leak from above, the bathroom was very dark and the door […] was too close to the toilet, the ice machine in our floor was out of order, the carpet seemed wet hopefully due to recent cleaning. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle arrived in about 5 minutes of us calling and requesting a pick-up. The layout of the room is great. My wife, I + 17 month old daughter slept wonderfully. Wireless internet is complimentary which is a great plus. We were on the third floor and the wireless internet signal was strong. Room very spacious and clean, and ready at the time when we checked in...pool nice and clean, and the breakfast area well organized and clean, and of course the continental breakfast is good!..Great location, enough parking. In summary, my weekend stay with family at this hotel was a nice, relaxing, comfortable experience.

This is a great location for those visiting the Miami area. It's very close to the airport and just a 20 minute drive to South Beach. For the price, you can't beat the cleanliness of the hotel and its location.
