このホテルは元々とても素晴らしいホテルだと思います。コンセプトも、またホテル内のレストランやショップの食べ物もとても美味しいし、ホテルサービスは、この規模のホテルとしては、非常に評価されるものと思います。ただ、今回は、この地域が洪水のために被害を受けてしまったため、このホテル内も何かしら、空気が、以前に泊まった時と違うように思えました。洪水でこのホテルも浸かってしまったので、おそらくまだバクテリアやかびが残っているのでしょう。私は大丈夫でしたが、知り合いの２人は、ぜんそく症状が出てしましました。ですが、これはホテルの責任とは言い難いので、時がたち、また以前のように戻る事を期待したいと思います。

ナッシュビルに泊まるならここ！と勧められ宿泊しました。なるほど観光の目玉になっていて、このホテルに宿泊していない人も遊びに来るだけの施設ではあります。ちょうど雨でしたので、暖かな巨大な施設をゆっくりと巡るだけでも、大いに楽しめます。植物園側に部屋を取ると、バルコニーで寛ぎながら人々を見降ろし、植物園を満喫できますが、駐車場側の部屋でも、結局自分で歩いて回るので、そんなに変わらないかもしれません。ホテルは若干老朽化していますが、チェックアウトの時間帯に、一生懸命メンテナンスに励むスタッフが居て、夢を壊さないように工夫している姿が印象的でした。ただ、室内は少し年代を感じます。６階に宿泊しましたが、水圧が少し低かったです。駐車場はバレットにせず、セルフにしましたが、特に不便はありませんでした。バレ […] ットの方が、混雑して大渋滞でした。チェックイン後はホテルの鍵で駐車場を出ますので、磁石付きのお土産などと一緒に持つと、カードが使えなくなるので注意が必要です。 もっと読む

ホテルのショーの開催時間とチャックインが重なり、駐車場の入口が分かりにくい。ホテルへ入る信号から大渋滞。 ホテル内の通路などゴミが、たくさん落ちていた。 部屋のコーヒーメーカーにお水を入れお湯を沸かしたら、ゴミが浮いていた。（もちろんミネラルウォーター使用）テーブルやホテルの案内なども、ホコリが拭き取られてない。 ホテル全体的に、清潔と言えない。 ホテルの規模や施設は、満足できる。 また、雨天を気にしなくて良い。

Very OVERRATED! Carpet filthy, vent covers clogged with dust and grime. Would Not recommend this hotel. It is supposed to be a resort but most of the restaurants were closed. Expensive ones open. Food at the Irish pub bistro very poor. Parking is an extra charge, beware. gardens are lovely though.

Spectacular facility. Multiple atria or glass domes make you feel like you are outside on a nice spring day. Worth staying in just to see facility. Very large with multiple levels that aren't always connected so somewhat challenging for folks with mobility issues. You can walk a long way in this hotel.

Loved the hotel but you have to self park for 20/day or valet for 26/day. The valet took over 45 minutes waiting and they were very rude about it. The valet center gest easily overwhelmed. Hotel was beautiful and very fun but parking was horrible.

The hotel is nice for conventions because of the space. However, food choices were limited during the day because everyone went to lunch at the same time. Lines were backed up so far that people either had to skip lunch or miss an after lunch meeting. It is a wonderful atmosphere, but does not justify the cost of an overnight stay.

This is a must-see hotel and a must-stay hotel. The inside atriums are a treat. Well maintained and very scenic landscaping at every turn. Room was a little too cold and several of the restaurants were closed on Sundays. Those were the only negatives in an otherwise awesome hotel.
