Dirty shower. Nice beds, but small, hard, uncomfortable pillows.

Room was not all that clean. Found two filthy socks in one of the two less than full-sized beds. Hair on blanket of one of the less than full-sized beds. Suspicious brown spot on back of bathroom door.

The staff were very courteous and went out of their way to get us to the airport and back. They have a shuttle but it wasn't running when we needed to leave for our flight and they paid for us a cab to and from the airport. They were very friendly when they answered the phone and helpful. The rooms were clean and nice. Great value.

THE HOTEL HAS NO ELEVATORS. THE FRONT DESK STAFF WAS VERY ACCOMODATING ALTHOUGH THE MAID SERVICE WAS LACKING. THE HOTEL IS RIGHT IN THE FLIGHT PATH OF ARRIVING AIRCRAFT AND RIGHT BESIDE THE INTERSTATE. THIS IS NOT A QUIET HOTEL! Our room was very clean, but the hallways were a mess. Though it is very close to the airport, there was little noise from the planes at night. The neighborhood was questionable, and we heard the hotel clerk tell the two truckers who checked in ahead of us that their trucks could be broken into at night. We chose Sleep Inn because it was close to the airport. However, our experience was not good. The hotel including our room was smelling bad like everybody there smoke cigarrettes. In addition, the housekeeping people did not clean our room the first day.

This hotel, was very clean and the staff friendly and ready to assist with whatever help we needed!

Housekeeping was friendly and very accomodating. The pool was PERFECT (especially the warm temperature). I was worried that our room (and/or sheets) would smell like smoke since we had a non smoking room in a hotel that allows smoking. Not the case. This was a great place to stay overnight. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was friendly. I will definitely stay here again!
