good breakfast and great service

Shuttle to airport was the major reason we booked our room here. Shuttle is available 24 hours a day.

We checked in very late at night, and our room smelled like mold the minute we opened the door. We couldn't walk in the room. We went back and were switched to the only other available room, which was better, but we had to ask for new sheets - ours were sticky/damp feeling. I've never given a bad review of a hotel before, but I thought it was worth […] reporting. I wouldn't recommend it. They were doing construction on some of the rooms though, when we were there, and I'm hopeful that the overall condition of the hotel will improve when this is finished. もっと読む

The hotel is close to the airport and there are several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The room was pretty basic, but comfortable so I can say everything went well.

THIS HOTEL WAS SMALL BUT VERY CLEAN AND NICE. GOOD FREE BREAKFAST AND FRIENDLY STAFF. WOULD HAVE LIKED TO HAVE FRIDGE IN ROOM - NICE WHEN TRAVELING WITH KIDS. OVERALL GOOD VALUE!

Room was a little musty with slight odor. Daily newspaper delivery only came on one day out of three day stay.

Upon arrival front desk personnel was very unfriendly. Checked me in and upon arriving at my room went in to find someone was already occupying the room. Staff didn't seem to care about the inconvience.

this is our second time we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Harlingen and we have nothing but good things to say. People were extremely friendly. The rooms are comfortable and I recommend it to anyone. We travel to the valley every summer and we used to stay at another hotel near by and hands off, Holiday Inn Express is much better.

This hotel should not be a Holiday Inn Express. Rather, it would be more fitting to called it motel 6. The hotel secured door to the ouside was broken, leaving easy free entry for anyone. The hotel states that it has a smoke free policy, guests, cigarette butts, and smoke abound thoughout the hotel. Parties of more than 20 people remained at the pool […] area past midnight despite posted warning that closing was 10pm (hotel staff didn't do anything about it). Guest were setting off fireworks during the July 4th at 2am. Again, the staff ignored repeated requests and hotel policy enforcement. This hotel and staff is out of control, Please stay away from this hotel. I had to check out the 2nd night despite already paying for it, and checked-in at the Marriott across the street (100% better). Heed my warning, stay at Holiday Inn Harlingen at your own risk. もっと読む

WE LOVED OUR STAY THERE FOR SIX DAYS. SHOPPING CENTERS VERY CLOSE AND A LOT OF PLACES TO EAT. THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE FOOD WAS GREAT.
