"overpriced but ok"

"Huge room, awesome breakfast"

The room was crowded. I had no internet access. Since the parking lot was within 2 feet of the door to my room, It was very loud throughout the night. The fan (for temperature control in the room) was extremely loud. When I checked out in the morning, the person at the desk refused to give me a receipt for my stay. Found this hotel as it was close to Trinity/Fly Park ballfields for ball tournament. It was a great buy for the money. We found it to be very clean, comfortable, quiet and less than 3 miles from the ballfield while also being close to many restaurants and the Cools Springs Mall area.
