You would think with this being Hyatt prop that it would be decent. but not this one. The elevator was broken i know that happens but last time i stayed they a month ago it was broke. the mgmt of this hotel is broken....oh the coffee pots always empty

I really like this hotel chain. The size of the rooms and comfort of the rooms are very good values for the money. The included breakfast buffet is continental although you can order hot foods. The shuttle was a little slow (25 minutes after calling for a 2 mile drive) at 1:00 a.m.

Unfortunately, there was a storm associated power outage which lasted longer than expected. When the power did come back on, the heating system chirped intermittently, the tv, phone and internet remained down and we were unable to get room keys until much later at 10 PM ish. The girls that work the front desk are fantastic and extremely nice. Housekeeping on the other hand was awful. I checked in on Sunday and they never cleaned my room once, and I checked out on Friday. I had to call down to the front desk for towels and had to talk to the manager about them cleaning my room. I had left and came back around 3 and my room […] wasn't cleaned. I stripped my bed before I left and had the sheets and wet towels on the floor in the middle of my room. I had to go down to the main floor and speak to the manager and he made sure my bedding was changed and I had new towels for the next day, but after your gone all day who wants to have housekeeping come in at 3 and clean your room. You want that done while your out all day so when your in for the evening you can shower and relax, no such luck at this hotel. I was very disappointed this time. I have stayed here before and didn't have one problem that is why I wanted to stay here again. The room is nice and spacious especially since it has a divided sitting room and sleep area. もっと読む

It was very easy to call the hotel from BWI Airport and they sent the shuttle immediately. I don't think I even waited 5 minutes. Quick ride to the hotel. The only thing that surprised me was the lack of a real foyer/check-in area. It was so tiny though clean, pretty and efficient. I was a little disappointed that there was no real bar area. Very nice

Hotel rooms were large and comfortable so for those of us on business trips, it is easy to stay in the room and work. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great breakfast buffet included.

It is time for them to upgrade some of there furniture

I was disappointed in the breakfast, I was expecting a hot breakfast instead it was a continental breakfast they should state that when booking the room. Also the sheets were very scratchy & my room was not that clean There were urine stains under the toilet seat & a lot of hairs in the bath tub, very disgusting. Very convenient to BWI and a central place to meet folks either traveling into or coming from the surrounding area.

We were shocked at the amazing use of space and lay-out. Our room had a private bed area plus a living space with a wet-bar, including fridge. The TV is the biggest in any hotel I've stayed in (50") and we could jack our computers, DVD player or iPod directly in. Flat screen, HD, and swivels so you can watch from bed on one side of the divider or the […] couch on the other. The woods, cabinetry, and linens speak of the most up-to-date fashions, functionality and comfort. The only place the room showed it's "real age" was in the bathroom, which wasn't updated like the rest of the room was. The wall-paper and fixtures in the tub/toilet area scream old hotel, with black stains in the silicone, but it wasn't enough to give this hotel anything but very high marks when taken in with the overall room. The hotel service was great. The room was large and the only thing I'd say it was lacking was a microwave. It is very close to the airport, movies and a few restaurants. My only thing was I felt the closet was small, towels were a tad rough and the water should come with a warning as it gets extremely hot. Other than that two thumbs up!

The room is good sized but the sectionals need to be updated. And the bathroom design takes a little time to get used to since the sink is seperate from the shower and there is a wet bar in the room but why would you use it? There a Ruby Tuesday across the parking lot that has excellent service and food too.

Hyatt Place has the feel of a boutique hotel. Well appointed rooms, extra space, free wifi, delightful lobby bar, good quality free breakfast. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The one shuttle operates from the hotel every half hour.Great place to stay on an affordable rate. Only took less than 10 minutes to get to the Harbor.

The hotel is beautiful! The room was extremely nice! I have no complaints! Absolutely fantastic! The only minor issue I had was there needed to be some hard boiled ggs on the breakfast buffet.

Call the hotel when you arrive so the driver will be looking for you, but if you arrive at the airport and have just […] missed his round, you may be waiting a while. The drivers are very helpful with transportation advice. The airport shuttle will also drop you at the Amtrak station for quick access to DC ( approx. $27, 25 minutes, call Amtrak for schedule and to reserve) or to Baltimore. For a cheaper alternative to DC, they'll drop you at the B30 bus stop, which connects to the Greenbelt station at the end of the DC Metro line. (approx. $10, 45 minutes, check bus schedule). HOWEVER, be aware that on weekends, the bus does not start running til 9:30am. Light rail is the inexpensive way to get into Baltimore, again, as long as you do not need to travel early on the weekends. もっと読む

Great place to stay on a budget. Staff was friendly and room was clean and comfortable. Only took less than 10 minutes to get to the Harbor.

I go to Baltimore about once a month and have stayed at this hotel several times. Although it is a little more money than several of the other hotels in the area, the staff service and the services provided are excellent and the location is perfect. We stayed one night, prior to our honeymoon cruise. Would have no problem with a longer stay. Very comfortable sitting area, great TV which could be seen from both sitting area and bed. The food availability is a nice touch. There is also a Ruby Tuesday next door, Go ahead and book!

Property was clean and attractive. Staff was attentive. Room was comfortable. Price was extremely attractive. Easy access to route 95.

I loved my stay at the Hyatt Place. the rooms are very big and the price for the room,well I didn't expect to get such a nice, big room. The host was very friendly and made everything easy. I would reccommend that hotel to anyone.

This Hyatt Place was as exceptional as every other Hyatt Place that I stated. There was an issue in the lobby that required fans to dry out some areas, I think a storm came thru the night before we arrived. The room was clean and comfortable as we have come to expect. It wasn't in the heart of city but it was a just a hop and skip from the Baltimore Inner Harbor, and across from the hotel, there was a movie theater!!! Also a restaurant Ruby Tuesday was sharing the hotel parking lot. The room was very chic and casual. Tastfull room. There was a good size sectional to lay down or sit down besides the bed.

During 10 days of travel with the family this was the best stay we had. The room was beyond what I was expecting. The room was large and comfortable for the 5 of us. I have joined the Hyatt club and will be staying at the Hyatts during all of my business travel.

The Hyatt Place hotel was in very good condition. Everything, from the lobby and bar to the rooms themselves, looked like it had been recently updated. The decor was very pleasing and relaxing. The bed was quite comfortable. I would have liked if they had included firmer pillows like some other chains in this price range do, but I'd bet they would have […] brought me one if I had called the front desk (I happened to have my own pillow from home this trip, so I didn't call). The shower was clean and had good water pressure. The TV was probably 47" or larger (HD with HD channels) and rotated so you could see it well from either the couch or the bed. Free internet was nice, especially considering that many comparable hotel chains charge an extra fee for the wireless in the rooms. The shuttle to/from the airport was right on time. If you're flying in, just give them a call and they'll have it meet you right outside the baggage claim. I also utilized the shuttle to get to the BWI Amtrack/MARC station for a quick visit to DC--only 40 minutes to Union Station; less to downtown Baltimore--very convenient. It's not a resort hotel, so you won't find a fancy on-site restaurant or many tourist activities right near by, but if you're stopping through the Baltimore area on a road trip, have an overnight layover at BWI (me), or are looking for a convienient location from which to explore both Baltimore and DC, you'll enjoy your time at this hotel. I have stayed in several hyatt place hotels, this is the first time I wasn't fully satisfied with the room. The room needed a new safety lock on the door, the door in the bathroom needed replacing and this room didn't have the same new feeling that I usually get when I stay in the hyatt place. Bedding was super comfortable which was much needed after standing in a wedding all day and then walking around downtown Baltimore all night. Felt well rested for the trip home the next morning. We arrived very late after 2am after a 7 hour drive. It took the desk clerk over 30 minutes to check me in. We got off the elevator on to a floor that was thick with cigarette smoke (non-smoking hotel) We went to the room opened the door and woke the guest that that was already in there. Quickly we closed the door and went back to the desk. the Clerk […] took another 15 minutes to find another room she called the room and a guest answered at this point the desk clerk has successfully awoken 2 guests that they apparently did not know were in these rooms. Eventually the clerk put us in a room that was not the type I reserved and my niece had to sleep on a sofa bed with just a light blanket there were no sheets in the room for the sofa bed but since it was now after 3 am we just crashed. First thing next morning they knocked on the do not disturb marked door asking us to vacate the room right away because they needed that space. We really liked this hotel. It was so clean and the room was big enough for two people. The bed was so comfortable. I kept saying to myself " wow this is such a wonderful hotel!" I'll definitely stay here again.

The customer service wasn't exactly the greatest and our room was not freshened the entire time we were there! We loved the layout of the suite and the room and hotel itself were nice. We would consider staying here again in the future.

I was very pleased with my experience at Hyatt Place. It was clean, the bed was very comfortable, nicely decorated, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Considering the prices of other local hotels, I would most definitely recommend the Hyatt Place for your stay.

We had a suite and the mirrors were everywhere on our side of the suite, no privacy basically, everything you did on one side of the room could be seen in sitting area as well. all clothes changing and etc had to be done in a bathroom, five people in one room using same bathroom took a while.
