4号線すぐという事で利用しました。 シテ島に行くには便利ですが、ルーブル方面 に行くには時間がかかり過ぎます。 もっと便利なホテルがありそう。

良いところ ー最寄駅からとても近く、出口からすぐなので迷わない ーモンパルナス駅から近く、TGVなどを利用する場合便利 ーレセプションの人は丁寧に受け答えしてくれる ーCDG空港から電車でのアクセスは、乗り換え一回 悪いところ ー部屋を２部屋使用したが、１部屋のカーペットが汚かった。 ーエレベータはがたがた揺れて怖い ーシャワーの温度の設定が難しい

メトロ4号線の終点、駅の階段を上った目の前に位置するホテルです。 ぎりぎりパリ市内に位置しているのでどこに行くにも地下鉄に乗る必要がありますが、4号線は乗り換えも便利なので特に問題はありませんでした。 CDGからはRERからメトロ4号線、もしくはトラム3号線に1回乗り換えなので行きも帰りもスムーズでした。 ちなみにRERとの乗り換えは北駅でなければそんなに危険ではありません。 パリの南部は治安も悪くないので夜の一人歩きも危険を感じず、トラム3号線も安全でした。 ホテルは値段のワリに決して綺麗とは言えませんがパリの物価から考えると許容範囲でしょうか。部屋のカーペットが汚れていたり洗面所に前に泊まっていたであろう人の髪の毛が落ちていたりしますので神経質な方にはお勧めしません。 が、それがパリらし […] いといえばパリらしいですよね。 唯一不便だったのがシャワースペース。一般的なものより狭い上にガラス（プラスチック？）の引き戸ではなくシャワーカーテンなので洗面所が水浸しになるかと思いました。 ドライヤー、固形石鹸、シャンプー（ボディーシャンプー）が備え付けられていますが髪がギシギシになりそうだったので私は自分で持っていったシャンプーなどを使いました。 スタッフはみなさん親切であらゆる質問にも笑顔で対応してくれました。 朝食はパンが4種類に飲み物、チーズ、卵、ドライフルーツという少ないメニューですが、パンがとにかく美味しかった！ ホテルから歩いて1、2分のところにスーパーが二件ありますし、そこで食事を調達しても良いかも知れません。 もっと読む

ホントにメトロの階段上がったら目の前にホテルがあって、感激しました。向かいにはトラム、裏には北駅行きのバスの始発点。公共交通を利用する人には申し分ない場所だと思いました。隣にはベーカリー、スーパーも近くにあったので、これで部屋に湯沸かし器と、電子レンジがあればいうことなしだったんですが、、、。 北駅、東駅よりは治安もいいと思います。

朝食もおいしかったです。チョコのジャムが気に入りました。エレベータが狭かったのがびっくりでした！シーツもきれいに洗濯されて（当たり前だと思うが）よく眠れました。

利用時期：2011年9月 宿泊数：9泊 目的：夫婦で観光 立地と利便性： ぎりぎりパリ市内という立地であるが、地下鉄駅出てすぐということ、トラムやバスなどの複数の交通機関が使えること、地下鉄でルーブルまで30分、北駅まで40分見ておけば十分ということを考慮すれば十分便利である。また、空港からは国鉄B線と地下鉄の乗り継ぎ、あるいはタクシーでも1時間程度である。ちなみにタクシーだと70ユーロ程度かかるが、重たい荷物を持って電車を乗り継ぐことは推奨しない。 特筆すべきはホテルの直ぐそばに「G20」という比較的大きなスーパーがあることである。節約旅行の向きには大いに役立つだろう。 設備とサービス： 一般的な部屋に宿泊した。部屋の広さはまあまあ、バスはシャワーのみ。特筆すべきはベッドで思いのほかふ […] かふかの心地良いベッドがうれしかった。 通信環境は整っておりLANやWi-Fi完備。さらにフロント横に自由に使えるPCもあったため、ネット環境には不満はない。 サービスは値段なり。部屋の電球が切れていたり（指摘したらすぐに替えの電球をもらえたので多分見ていないだけ）、ルームメイクが雑だったりする。フロント係りは毎日交代するが基本的に英語OKであるため意思疎通には困らない。 朝食は13ユーロを払う価値はないが、はじめからルーム料金に含まれているプランならば不満はない程度の内容。温かいものはゆで卵、スクランブルエッグ（すぐ無くなるけど）、コヒー類しかない。パンの種類は豊富。その他はシリアルやヨーグルト、フルーツポンチといった感じ。 近隣の環境： 地下鉄終着駅のバスターミナル前という立地であり、幹線道路沿いでもあるため、お世辞にも閑静とは言いがたいが、夜眠れないというほどではない。むしろ、郊外の工場勤務と思しき方たち（その多くは移民）がたくさんいるため、「花の都パリ」のイメージをもってくるとがっかりする事のほうが問題かもしれない。治安の良さは感じないものの、スラムや歓楽街というわけではないため、大通りを歩く分には大丈夫そうだが、あくまでも印象である。 全体の評価： 値段なりの設備やサービスであるが、その立地には特筆すべきものがある。特にビジネスユースであれば推奨できる。 観光の場合、「花の都パリ」を大切にしたいのであればより中心地のホテルを探すべきであるが、価格や部屋の広さ等を重視する方ならば推奨できる水準にある。 もっと読む

シャルルドゴール空港から乗り換え一回で、かつ路線の最終駅の階段上って目の前と言う立地なので初めてでも迷わずにたどり着けました。 早朝にフランスに着いてしまいましたが、荷物預け入れ専用の部屋があるのでチェックイン時間前でも手ぶらで市内観光に行けます。 ホテルは部屋が小さいですが、清潔にしてあり、朝食もまぁあぁです。値段を考えると満足いく滞在でした。ただしエスカレーターは一人しか乗れないほどの広さですので、スーツケース担いで階段の上り下りするのはちょいとしんどいかも。

パリの中心からは少し離れているが、メトロ4号線の終点駅の出口から徒歩10秒の所にホテルの入口があり、トラムの停車場もすぐ近くにある。ホテルの入口の両側はブラッサリーだし、100mも歩けばG20というスーパーマーケットがある。という訳で、移動と食事に関してはとても便利だった。 朝食も温かい調理済み食品はスクランブルセルエッグとゆで卵だけだったが、パン、シリアル、ヨーグルト、チーズ、フルーツポンチ、ジュースなどがあって、十分だった。牛乳は温かい物と冷たい物の両方が用意されていて、カフェオレを自分好みの温度と配分で作れて良かった。 残念だったのは部屋にポットが無かったため、コーヒーや紅茶を部屋で入れられなかった事位。

メトロ4番線の終着駅の入口が目の前にあるので非常に便利です。（ただ、パリの中心までは乗り換えを入れると30分程度かかります）治安も比較的良い地域だと思います。CDD空港からタクシーで６５ユーロかかりました。フロントの対応はまあまあです。WIFIが無料で使えるし、部屋には有線LANが使えます。パリは比較的ホテルが高いので、このホテルはリーズナブルで良いと思われます。ただ、セキュリティボックスは1日5ユ―ロ取られますし、受取るときに身分証明書の提示もなしなので（誰でも受け取れる）、逆に不安になります。

4番線の最終駅ですが、パリの中心まで行くのに乗り換えも入れて30分程度で行けます。ホテルの前は大通りに面していますがわりと静かで、周りの環境もよく治安もいい。英語が通じる薬局もあります。（日中交通整理のポリスマン達がいます）受付のスタッフの方々も愛想が良くていい。朝ごはんはスクランブルエッグ、ゆで卵、チーズ、フルーツポンチっぽいもの、クロワッサン、パン各種、シリアル、ドリンクはコーヒー、紅茶、牛乳、オレンジジュース、エスプレッソマシーンもあります。肉類はなし、場所は1Ｆで、きれいな環境です。自由に使えるパソコン3台置いております。安いプランでしたが部屋も広くて、ベッドもダブルサイズで枕もふんわりしていて寝心地良かった。エレベータはかなり小さいものが1つのみ。基本一人か二人しか乗れない。ホテル […] の周辺はレストランもあるし、スーパーもあるし（水とかお菓子安いです！！）不便なことはないです。予約時に現地で支払いとされていた地方税市税はかかりませんでした。ミニバーの利用もしていなかったのでチェックアウト時は何にも払わなくてOK!! もっと読む

人それぞれですから，以下の内容は全ての人に当てはまりませんが，個人的には， ・メトロ4番線の最終駅(port ed'Orléans)駅にあるので，終点で降りれば良いので楽，帰りも座れる． ・ホテルはBoulevard Jourdanに面しているので簡単に見つかります． ・WIFIが無料で使用できます． ・ちょっと歩くと小さな個人商店があるので，スーパーがお休みの日曜日でも簡単な買い物ができます．

We stayed at this hotel for a week in April. The good thing about the hotel was the location (the subway entrance is literally right outside the door). Unfortunately, there were numerous problems we encountered during our stay. First, our room (107) was *so* dark! I mean, two tiny lights above the bed, and a desk lamp in the corner. With a tiny window […] and very little sunlight, you could barely see anything in the room. They really should add another floor lamp to the room. It's hard to comment on the cleanliness of the room, because we honestly couldn't see anything! I commented to the front desk but all they could say was "isn't the room beautiful?". Second, our room should be avoided if you want to have a peaceful night's sleep. The problem is that on one side of the room is the stairwell going down and the other side is the breakfast room. So each morning around 6:00am you start hearing hotel workers (and other guests) walking around and people getting the breakfast ready. It's extremely loud and will definitely wake you up. Also, even though we had a non-smoking room, it seems like smoke smell seeps into the room somehow. We ended up stuffing a towel at the bottom of our door to help reduce the smell. The hotel staff mostly seemed nice, although the guy who helped check us in was rather rude. The others seemed pretty friendly. The elevator was broke during my trip (5 nights). I ask hotel staff to help me carry baggage, they said no one can help and just say sorry without do anything! So I need to carry 3 heavy baggage(60KG) by myself and walk to the 7th floor when check in & check out, it`s so TIRED! The hotel is located a bit far from the city but it is conveniently located directly next to a Metro endstation. The room we got was NOT one of the ones they show on the webpage because it has not been refurbished. Excellent location. Metro station is at doorstep. Rooms are small but clean. Very tiny elevator so a room issued on the first floor is a bonus. Hotel staff are very helpful and are bilingual. We got to Paris before check in time and, as someone mentioned, the luggage storage room is unlocked and seems to be unmonitored. Front desk staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the elevator was broken. 7 floors was quite a hike. The room was clean. Bed very comfortable!

The hotel was fine, but was not nearly as nice as the pictures indicated!

the problem we had with the hotel was that it was noisy. the other guests were noisy and also in the morning there would be lots of banging against the wall. I guess they were going through construction. also we were two people and should have been on a single queen bed but were put into a 3 twin beds room. Perfect Location just a foot step from Metro and Tram. Friendly people and clean rooms. The only negative the small elevator that was used only twice.

Perfect location to visit the trade fairs and thanks to miss Tatev at the front desk for a pleasant stay.

The hotel was very close to the tunnel trains and the buses. So, you can easily get to where you want to go even though it was farther away from the touristy locations. There was some very good restaurants in the area. The bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was good.

I was unlucky since the furnace broke down the day I came, meaning there was no heat in the room and no hot water. That was not the hotel's fault, but they may have done more to ensure that clients had a nicer stay, by offering extra blankets, advise/warning about cold water perhaps even suggestions to where you could have a warm bath or even in an […] extreme case a discount. The hotel is located in the southern part of the city and does not seem very touristy. My wife, adn two children ( 18 and 15) found this place on line. We read the reviews and they were satisfactory. This place is mych better than satisfactory. The elevator was out of order during my visit so I had to use the stairs instead. This disadvantage (not a big problem for me) was balanced by the very helpful and nice personell and a optimized high quality breakfast.

The hotel was clean and confortable. Unfortunately, only people next door were a bit noisy. However, it was a good experience.

If you're looking for a boutique hotel, this is not one. The lobby is nice, but the rooms quite outdated for the label. Never mind, the beds were comfy, the wifi was free and the location next to a metro station is good. When I arrived, before check in time, I asked if I could check my luggage until check in. They pointed to the 2nd floor , 1st floor in Paris, and told me that I could put me bags in the firts room on the left.The room was not looked nor attended.
