便利な位置にあり、環境も良い。朝食レストラン、フロントや部屋清掃サービスも悪くない。強いて難点を言えば、部屋のドアの開け閉めに大きな音がすることと電子キーでのドア開けに時間（回数）がかかったことくらい。

ホテルに近づくと、西教会の塔が近くに見えます。アンネ・フランクハウスまで、歩いて５分。ダム広場へも徒歩３分程度と、観光にはとても便利な場所でした。すべてのトラムは、ダム広場を通るので、トラムを利用しての市内観光には文句なしの立地です。近くに、遅くまで開いているスーパー、アルバートハインもあります。 朝食のレストランは、半地下にありますが、運河が見えます。種類も充実していました。 部屋にはオイルヒーターがあり、洗濯物を乾かすのには便利でした。 バスルームには、バスタブ、備え付けのドライヤーもありました。 各階には、飲み物の自動販売機がありました。ハイネケンが５ユーロほどだったので、安くはありませんが。 Ｗｉ－Ｆｉは、滞在中１回だけ、ログインから３０分間だけ無料で、以後は有料になり、結構割高でし […] た。 ロビーにパソコンが数台置いてあるネットコーナーがありました。 チェックイン時に、デポジットを５０ユーロ要求されました。（こんなに現金を持っていなかったらどうなるのでしょう？）チェックアウト時に、「観光税」（Toeristenbelasting）、一人あたり4.21ユーロを差し引いて返金されました。 歴史ある建物を改修したホテルなので、落ち着いた、重厚な雰囲気です。カードキーでしたし、部屋の調度も古くさくなく、清潔です。ダム広場には近いものの、運河をひとつ渡った場所にあり、静かな環境でいい雰囲気を味わえると思います。 もっと読む

We had a great time in Amsterdam. The hotel rooms were small but the service was very good. The breakfast was not the best.

Room was comfertable, clean and had enough space. Beds were comfertable too. No noise.

Right in the middle of the centre of Amsterdam. Nice location. Small but clean rooms. A bit noisy from other guests in the hallways, slamming of doors. Didn't like that breakfast was not included. Breakfast service was good. They do offer service to store your luggage in a safe place. There are 2 computers that you can use for a fee.

Ok, ended up with a family room not a double as booked. Shower head was broken, I had to do a temporary fix. No parking facilities nearby. Great location, ok for a low price, but don't pay too much.

There is very little to recommend this hotel, other than its being in Amsterdam. I thought a great deal of money for modest accommodation.

Many thanks to Van, Erik and Jillian and the rest of the staff for making our stay so very nice. Everyone was so very helpful. A great location for seeing everything, close walking distance to attractions. Thank you again

Hotel well situated close to the city center but rooms look old fashion. Staff not really nice and not helpfull. Bad first impression on arrival day.

There is no subject to stay at Rembrandt hotel. This is boring, not atmospheric, not interesting hotel with not friendly staff. Not impressed about this hotel at all. Please do not stay here in case you want to feel the spirit of Amsterdam.

Lovely hotel in a great location!

Beware that you can save a lot of money by booking it direct with the hotel, we ended up paying almost double using hotels.com. We had a reservation well in advance which didn't help with the location of our room, we had a lot of luggage and they put us as far away as you can be with many stairs in between. Location of the hotel was good.

The hotel is a short walk from Dam Square but far enough away to be in a very quiet area. An equal distance from the Jordaan district and Anne Frank house. The hotel itself is well kept and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Really convenient location. Reception staff helpful in getting us a canal view room when they heard we were celebrating my mother's 80th birthday. Gave us extra pillows and duvets when requested. Noticed that area around lift not vacuumed quickly when dirty, or trays removed quickly enough. Didn't eat in basement restaurant as wanted to eat in gorgeous […] bakery chain 5 minute tram ride away. Excellent location near Anne Frank Huis. Area around hotel is lovely amd easy to walk every where. Easy to Dam Square, bike rental, canal out front, and tram one block away Hotel rooms are ok, nothing special.

smelly rooms (a combination of old sweat and marijuana), incredibly hot despite opening windows, constant airconditioner humming in the background, impossible to switch off.

The location of the hotel was excellent. Just a few minutes walk from the Dam square. The staff at the reception seemed to be a bit lost. It has very good location beside on of the biggest cannal. You can walk or bike to some attractions around. Hotel room is very clean but old equipment. Hot water system doesnt work well. Staffs are not so friendly but helpful. I recommend this hotel for budget travellers of course.

I checked for my hotel on many different sites for this trip and found the rate at Hotels.com to be the best value for this hotel. I liked it because of the location on the canal, but easy walking to the city center as well as the Jordaan area. Many restaurants and a grocery are just two blocks away, and a 15 minute walk to the Leidseplein area. Dam […] square just 5 minutes. The staff were helpful upon check-in even though I had a very early arrival and they were busy with check-outs. I was able to store my bag and be off to breakfast and touring the city. My room was great in size for the price, a small desk and double bed, but a full bath with a tub! The heat in the room was great, if not too much, but you can open the window for fresh air. The hot water in the bathroom is VERY hot, so be careful! During my stay I had a situation where I needed the services of a dentist, Awona at the front desk, was very helpful, not only to find a dentist, but she booked the appointment for me, as well as helped with directions on how to get there (Many thanks Awona!). I got a good price on hotels.com, booked for a week. Very convenient location, the facilities are getting tired.

A very comfortable room with large bed. Unfortunately fireplace was not working. Bathroom in everage form with "falling" shower tap. Hotel itself interesting in Dutch style with Rembrandt reproductions. Location of the hotel is almost in city centre, close to main streets.

ı came in amsterdam early morning but the receptionist help me and make early check in for me.

Nice little hotel in a very convenient location; has a small menu for room service which turned out to be incredibly convenient for me, not much to choose from, but it did the job. Hi, Checked in here, staff were very pleasant, Room was very small but decent, Windows were very lose and a strong cold wind kept the room cool, but the hotel staff brought up a portable heater which made it fine. Out the window you could see other hotel guests smoking marijuana 24/7, and despite the 100Euro penalty and it being against the Law in the […] Netherlands to smoke in a Hotel they hotel looked the other way and basically did nothing. The room doors slam very loudly, so when a neighbor leaves or enters their room, there is always a loud 'bang.' Stay away from the breakfast. The eggs they said were from a can and were runny like soup and tasted like preservatives and not like eggs. The bacon was about 95% fat with a tiny bit of meat and other than that they had salami and cheese and yogurt. The eggs were honestly one of the worst things I've ever tasted in my life (even worse than that bitter stuff in pecans.) It seems cheap at 8.50Euro but it's no bargain and will likely leave you sick from the runny uncooked egg product and the fat bacon. The hotel was close to the Damrak and therefore never needed a tram card and even at 4am in the morning I felt very safe walking around. The staff were nice, and the room was small but nice, and the location was great, so despite the dreadful breakfast, I still recommend Rembrand Classic Hotel to others. Location - ok. Price ok. Breakfast - not good. Room standard - used but in an ok condition. All in all a good hotel.

Hotel was good, room was good, plenty hot water, towels changed daily, soap replaced but I smelt cannabis in the corridor, despite there being a notice in the room warning of a 100 Euro fine for smoking. Reception staff occasionally unhelpful - printers not working on PCs and warned that they'd possible be "too busy" to help. Asked for extra pillow […] which never arrived. Keys stopped working on morning of departure, also maid wanted in at 8.30. Remember to put sign on door at all times! This hotel is in a great location, close to everything yet on a quiet canalside location. The hotel is reasonably well decorated but in much need of an upgrade or refurbishment. The hotel is in a fantastic spot but it feels old and tired. There is no free Wifi which is a very backwards way to run a hotel these days. I would not have paid full price for this hotel and only booked to to ok reviews and the fact they had a deal on. Location wise it's perfect though. Rembrandt Classic Hotel is in very central Amsterdam, easy to do sightseeing. The hotel is in ok condition, however the room had a strange smell in it when we entered.

The staff was very nice and gave me some extras! They were a foreign staff - no Dutch, but very helpful.

I had an amazing time in Amsterdam. The hotel made by stay in the city great because it was within walking distance from a lot of great places. Even if you didn't go that far the canals close by were gorgeous. Staff was nice, make sure to get them to show you all the great places on the map to go.

This hotel is conveniently located near the Central Square, restaurants and transportation. Trams within one block and main railway station is an easy 15 to 20 minute walk. Staff were very friendly and spoke perfect English.

I was very pleased with my stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was a good size and clean. It also had a great view over the canal. The location of this hotel is excellent. You can walk or bike from here to all the major sightseeing places of the city. I would stay here again.

This was the worst hotel experience for my husband and I of our entire 2 month European vacation. We stayed in about 20 hotels in the 2-4 star range over the course of out trip and never ran into this lack of customer service or quality. The location is perfect BUT this is not a 3 star hotel. The sheets were changed once during our 5 night stay (which […] I had to request) and when we returned the sheets were covered in long black hair (we are both blonde). I complained only to be ignored and then to have a maid come in, remove a single strand of hair, say "there I don't see anything" and walk out. On the last night I requested again that the sheets be changed because I couldn't take it anymore. I had to call twice and then had a manager come to the room, berate me and (I kid you not) roll her eyes and cross her arms. She ended up handing me a set of sheets so I could put them on myself. This hotel was quite small but had all the modern conveniences. My room was slightly larger than a room on a cruse ship. However it was clean, modern and comfortable just small on size.
