We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and we needed to catch an early flight in the morning. Also because it was a Hampton Inn. The staff was very friendly and were helpful. The rooms very a bit worn and carpeting looked old. There was no toilet paper in the room so they need to work on their maid service! The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the a/c was good. Our stay here was short and sweet. The hotel made for a great launchpad, as our flight was at 6am the next day. The room was clean and, and the bed was comfortable - just what we needed. There was not much in the surrounding neighborhood, but that's to be expected when you fly in and out of Hobby.

I had a great stay the shuttle driver was great and the service was great. I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton. The only thing was I stayed on the 5th floor and it seems like the air conditioning for the hotel didnt work that well but when I got into my room the air was just fine.

enjoyed my stay, hotel personel pleasant. Room was small, yet we get what we paid for. The visit was great for the money spent.

Great location. Hotel is dated with no flat screen TV, old equipment in work out room. Room generally clean, however the bedspread had a odor of stale human sweat.

The neighborhood wasn't the best, but the hotel was safe and it suited our needs. The shuttle picked us up at the airport promptly and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Alley, the desk clerk, was great. We got extra towels when we needed them, a tasty breakfast and even a free shuttle ride anywhere within a three-mile radius. This was a very clean and reasonable hotel with great access to Houston Hobby Airport.

The web access was free and wireless, but very slow. Everything else was just fine!

I used hotels.com to reserve my room to include 2 double beds. When I arrived, the receptionist stopped talking on the phone (making a personal call based upon the discussion taking place) and checked me into my room. I failed to confirm that I was receiving a room with 2 beds (my fault) so when I arrived at my room on the 3rd floor, I was disappointed […] to find a room with a single bed. After returning to the receptionist (again on the phone with her friend), she proceeded to tell me that all of the rooms with double beds were occupied and there wasn't anything she could do. I protested and she did some computer magic and "found" a room available. I'm not sure if hotels.com only gets to have a select number of rooms to choose from or what the story was in reality, but I will always confirm the type of room I am receiving upon check-in. The breakfast service was decent with the make-your-own waffle station as well as some choices of cereal and fruit. The location is slightly undesirable as it is located on the side of the road headed away from the airport so you need to make a U-turn to head toward the airport to catch your flight. もっと読む

Great Hotel, Staff was very accommodating, clost to hotel airport. Wish we could have stayed longer....

The room I originally checked into had this load hum that I could not locate or understand where it could possibly be coming from. They got me into another room right away.

WE HAD 4 ROOMS BOOKED IN ALL. ONE OF THEM DID NOT HAVE THE MICROWAVE AND REFRIGERATOR, BUT ALL WERE COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN. BEDS ARE VERY NICE! LOVE THE DOWN COMFORTER

Loved the hotel. Excellent hot tub. Breakfast could be better. We were at the end of the hallway so room service didnt get to us till after 1pm. But overall, very clean and pleasant staff. Good coffee and tea available 24/7 with a microwave available in the lobby. Enjoyed our stay.
