Our King size bed and room layout was very inviting after a long week. The bed was SUPER comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom were spotless. We both enjoyed that the room and halls DID NOT smell like cigarettes. The whirlpool tub was our favorite part of the evening. I enjoyed the desk area set up for my laptop and appreciated the simplicity and speed […] of the internet access. We did however notice ants in that area. The hotel is clean and nice and easy to find at the crossroads of 93 and 89. We stopped on our way to Hanover - the young man working at reception gave us convenient directions to several local restaurants. Breakfast the next morning was very good. I'd recommend it.

Great Hotel at a great place. I highly recommend the Chinese restaurant across the street.

bath room tub not very clean, needs a good bleaching

I was attending a seminar at the Grappone Center and found this hotel just a few miles away. Convenient Chinese restaurant across the street, quick dry cleaning same day service, and most importantly when I told them that my flight had been delayed so I wouldn't be able to leave for the airport until 2:20 PM they said it was fine and did NOT charge me extra!! I would most definitely stay here again!

This was a wonderful place to stay with a great hot breakfast buffet every morning. Our room was large with a sofabed included. We had 2 minor problems with the room. A slow drain in the bathroom sink and the heater was loud, but it could be that we were not used to that because we are from FL. But all in all a very good choice.

It is everything I expected from a hotel. We did 2 connecting rooms since there were 5 of us. The rooms were clean, breakfast was hot and fresh, and the staff was friendly. The pool was heated and indoor. Everything we expected. I just with rooms had a kitchenette, but we knew it didn't when we reserved.

The hotel is very convenient for Pat's Peak and also for Concord. They had cookies upon arrival and a great breakfast spread that included warm food (western omelet, turkey sausage, potatoes) that is included with your hotel stay. Great value, One of the best continental breakfasts we have had. Not too close to the city or restaurants, but fine if you are pulling off the road for a quiet night's sleepn

Staff very friendly. Love the soup in the afternoon when we come back from skiing. We have a great time and we will come back probably several times during the ski season.

The hotel was convenient to Concord and strategic to major highways. We stayed four nights, one of which was not pleasant due to the guests in the adjacent room. It was a holiday weekend and they were loud. The manager spoke to them and they quieted down. We requested another room the next morning and they were able to accommodate us. Staff service was a five star! Every one was very nice and 5 night stay was satisfying. Only disappointment was that the desk was placed right in front of the air conditioner. Great accomodations and loved the room. The breakfast had great "fresh" choices and very good. The evening desk clerk was less than professional... We had just arrived after a full day of loading our household contents and moving...not dressed in our usual attire. The clerk was very friendly and accomodating to the 2 businessmen in fromt of us... but […] when my husband requested the same item she had offered to the gentlemen she displayed an attitude. This hotel is fairly new and the rooms are very spacious, we had a room with a king size bed, very comfortable. Really would recommend this to any one

Had a wedding to go to that day asked if we could check in a little early was told no way. That did not make us happy as when we left on Sunday some of the rooms had already been cleaned by 11:10 a.m. It would have been nice to have been able to change befor ewe went to the wedding.

Stayed here several times. Stay at quite a few Hamptons and this one is ok. Did not eat the breakfast as in the past it was dismal - cannot comment on current state. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and quiet. Convenient location for where we were going.

Great location right off the highway. As I entered the foyer there were cookies to greet a tired traveler (awesome too). Great night sleep and as a added bonus there was a travel lunch bag for those in a hurry to get to the next meeting or destination. I would stay again in a heart beat.

We were traveling from northern NH to RI and wanted to stop for the night. But I don't think there is a lot to do in the area. I bet it would be a great hotel for a New England Fall Foliage trip. The jacuzzi tub didn't hold water so I wouldn't pay the extra price for that next time. Also, I've stayed at Hampton Inn's in other areas and the rooms seemed more spacious. Hampton Inn & Suites has become the favorite of my wife and I when we are off on one of our many trips. The Hampton Inn-Concord/Bow was no exception. The staff was excellent and friendly, the room was great, the bed comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful. You just can't go wrong with Hampton and Hotel.com. I stay there again in a minute.

Beds dont have blankets, just a sheet and the comforter. Pillows were uncomfortable. However very clean hotel and great breakfast.

we stayed one night.it was a bit far from everything. the room was clean except the toilet,that was a bit disgusting.it was also a bit noisy trying to get to sleep.

Great hotel at a great price, very convenient located. Very nice breakfast.

Quiet area. Not too much to do. Hot breakfast. Nice indoor pool. Would stay again.

I was given a clean, quiet and up to date room. I was told at check-in, that my hotels.com receipt would be emailed to me. That was fine until I returned to the room after having my breakfast. I was locked out and had to return to the front door to be re-keyed. It was not a big problem but an extra step none the less.
