NOISY on first floor. Our room was next to the conference room that had functions in both the evening and morning. Breakfast was very crowded with nowhere to sit. Functions should have a separate buffet.

The hotel staff was very friendly and efficient. The only slight problem we had was our door to the room sometimes would get stuck and would require several passes with the key and a little muscle to open the door. I thought the hotel and my room was very nice until I got to the shower. Mold was noticeable present in the shower/tub area and the water was luke warm at best the night I arrived and did not heat up by morning. I called the front desk when it became apparent the water temp was too low.

had to stay in Burlington NC and this hotel was great. Great staff, clean, new and good price.

well they dont have no more spa tube and sauna

Good value close to restaurants, and shopping and new Tanger Discount Stores

The Comfort Inn in Burlington has small rooms with tiny bathrooms. Our stay was okay, but at about 11 pm the whole room smelled smokey, even though it was a non-smoking floor. At this point in the trip, I was too tired to call downstairs. The next morning, the four of us woke up with a headache from the smoke. The room was clean and comfortable. The woman on duty at check in was rude and unhelpful. the address for your gps is also wrong so it was difficult to find. Breakfast was good.

The handle of the outside door came off in my hands when we walked in. That was our first impression. Also, two people used a key and walked in our hotel room without knocking. They ran out when they saw we were in there. I was traveling with my two teenage daughters so that made me uncomfortable. I called the front desk to let them know, they said […] it was probably housekeeping, but they did not identify themselves. Good hotel to bring kids--clean and nice. Friendly employees. Right off the highway, so very convenient. (but not so close to the highway that you heard the traffic)

There was a 25% discount which made an already great hotel even better. The hotel staff were very congenial and seemed to really enjoy their jobs. That makes a stay so much better.

Solid hotel with a decent if unspectacular breakfast and rooms.
