My stay at Fairfield Inn by Marriott was very comfortable and a good value. We had a great time at this hotel. The only problem we had was that there was no working lock on our bathroom door! They have a wonderful breakfast that satisified us all. I was quite impressed with the variety of items, being vegan (sometimes there is nothing for me to eat).

We were greeted by a friendly staff member named Brenda, she was very nice and made us feel welcomed.

We needed a place that was located near the airport that had transportation there. Though a continental breakfast was provided, we were leaving too early to enjoy it. They were kind enough to give us a breakfast bag to take with us. Everything was great! Thanks!

We stayed here for two nights at the beginning and end of the trip. The room was reasonably priced. The hotel is only about a mile from Ontario airport and the car rental locations there. Excellent location and staff but room was very, very small. Impression was that this was a hotel built for another chain and purchased and remodeled and renamed by Marriott. Not up to the normal, nationwide Fairfield standards. This hotel is our favorite place to stay! It is inexpensive, clean, nice staff!! And it is convenient for whatever we want to do!! Shopping, Improv, Theme Parks not too far!!!

My wife and I booked Fairfield because it was close to the airport. It is very clean and the staff was great especially Brenda. She went out of her way to make our stay the best. Better than the Marriot Bayview we stayed at the previous two days at three times the price. We would recommend. A great place for a quick layover near the Ontario Airport. Especially comfortable beds and soft sheets - affordable with great features for the biz traveller.

Very clean and comfortable. Front desk attendee was excellent (friend and great customer service)

Directly off the 10 freeway next to TGI Fridays, and close to Ontario Mills Mall. Come in, relax, no one bothers you. Its in an office park setting so no noisy neighbors surrounding the complex.

The staff was helpful, the bed was VERY comfortable and the items available at continental breakfast were very nice surpise!!

The room was clean & did not smell of smoke. There was a place to put my leftovers & was able to watch & HBO boxing match on reg TV. Well lit parking area.

This was a very comfortable hotel....we slept well, had a good breakfast and were very close to the airport.......great choice. We thank those who clean the rooms........

Love this hotel, anytime we have to go south of the Cajon, we like staying here. Clean rooms, nice staff and no worries about our vehicle!

Too many noises from foot steps on upper floor and at the same time on the past by hallway.

Front Desk was helpful and friendly. Easy location to get in/out of and close (really close) to airport.

My boyfriend and I have stayed here twice and each experience has been great. The front desk staff is very friendly and we love the free morning continental breakfast.

It was nice that you are able to get room service (not a part of the hotet), because there isn't much near the hotel. Being near the airport was wonderful. best continental breakfast i've ever had. not only do you have the usually bagels and sweet rolls and yogurt, etc, but they also have burritos and jimmy dean sandwiches you can microwave. the staff was excellent although i thought it a little unprofessional when we found the hotel clerk, the maintenance man and another person sitting in the lounge area […] all together. when our toilet clogged, they sent the maintenance man right away to fix it and the clerk also gave us a little goodie bag to compensate for the inconvenience. we were a little concerned the gate to the pool didn't lock. we feel that's a safety hazard for little childen. the carpet was a only and dingy but the beds and room nice and clean. もっと読む

I am writing this review about the hotel. The location and the comfort were fine. It was that the TV in the room the volume only went to 15. And the pool hours were not long enough.

Night desk was so helpful... Will stay here again for sure! Great place even better price...

Friendly staff, nice continental breakfast, clean room but the freeway noise was a little bit of a problem. We didn't know the hotel was right next to the freeway when we booked. But I would stay there again.

Our stay was very pleasent, room was clean and confortable. The staff was friendly, the breakfast could have a little more, it was good enough to get you going. The only bad thing was a little noise, but it is by the airport so totally expected.

The staff was pleasant. The accommodations were sufficient and there was nothing that I saw or experienced that turned my stomach. I felt like I got what I payed for and I would Fairfield Inn by Marriot Ontario again and also recommend it to my amigos.

Overall it was a nice stay.

Room was comfortable - included microwave and fridge which is great when you have small kids like we do. Checked out the pool, but it was a bit too chilly for us to jump in. Breakfast was included in the rate and was acceptable - included make-your-own waffles. Convenient location with some decent restaurants nearby. Front desk staff exceptional.

We came here for the Rose Bowl and stayed 3 nights. The hotel is clean and in a safe area with tons of stores/restaurants nearby including a mall with two theatres. The rooms were small but comfortable and clean. Continental breakfast was better than most. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is some minor highway noise but with our AC/heater running […] we never noticed it. It was perfect for us because it allowed us to stay right next to the airport (ONT is a much better airport than LAX) for a 6AM flight and also to approach the rose bowl from the east as opposed to the south which most of the traffic does so it made our drive there much better. Good rate and the quality was above average for the rate.

We usually stay in Temecula with our son and drive to the airport early the next morning. We are getting up in years and with three kids wanting to ride with us we are rushed in the morning. Decided this time to come and spend the night leisurely bath, nice restful sleep, breakfast and then we are right at the airport. It is what we will do again. Great […] staff. Even the maid we met in the hall was so nice. Breakfast was wonderful and we met some nice people in the breakfast room. When we arrived, there were several teenagers hanging out around the regration counter and in the lobby. When we went to take our bags upstairs, one of the teens got into the elevator with us and wanted our room key to show us that we needed it to enter our floor number into the elevator's key pad. We hadn't been told by the registrar that this was […] necessary, but we weren't able to reach the third floor. Sure enough, when I entered the card into the slot above the elevator's keypad, we were able to go to our floor. The teen then went back down the elevator. At approximately 10:45 pm I heard screaming and arguing downstairs that woke myself and the rest of my party staying at the hotel. Amazing hotel, for a super cheap price. The beds were so comfortable I didn't want to leave the next day. Super clean, staff super friendly. Would love to stay here again.

The staff was extemely kind and accommodating. The continental breakfast was adequate and we found the dining area, lobby and room very clean. The staff makes this hotel. They are terrific.

My kids and I had a really long travel day and stayed at Fairfield. It was within 5 minutes of the airport, but my room was still nice and quiet. It was close enough to see the freeway but far enough we didn't hear all the traffic noise. The room lost a little bit of points because there was a big hole in the carpet next to one of the beds, but otherwise […] it was a really good room.
