ハイアット プレース ツーソン エアポート (Hyatt Place Tucson Airport)格安予約

I travel to Tucson for business and the rooms are perfectly setup for that. It has a seperate living room and bedroom with a desk for your computer and free RELABLIE Internet. The hotel is very clean and the staff is exceptional.

The problem I had with my two night stay was the night-time noise from electrical/fans or something very loud going on and off. I finally had to put on the fan in my room to try to get some "white noise" to drown out the roar. Perhaps it was the 2nd floor location. Very annoying.

Very modern and clean. Staff were nice. Strange reception desk. Felt like I was at a cafe... I enjoyed my stay though...

First off, the Staff here is amazing. Everyone was extremely friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need as a guest. I'm not talking about staff that is just there when you have a question and is willing to help when you come to them. The Staff here took initiative to go above and beyond. For example, I stayed […] on the 1st floor. The ice machines are only located on the 3rd and 5th floor. As I'm standing at the elevator with my ice bucket, one of the staff sees me and says "are you needing ice? Here let me take that so you don't have to go all the way up" The took my bucket and filled it up for me in the kitchen downstairs. The next day, my wife and I are taking advantage of the free breakfast (which had fresh fruit, cereal, toast, donuts, muffins, english muffins, biscuits & gravy, and of course the usual breakfast beverages)...we needed to feed the baby, so I walked into the breakfast area with an empty bottle and one of the staff asked if I needed warm water for the bottle to make formula. The night we checked in, we were of course hungry...they not only gave us suggestions, but when we decided on a place, they printed directions. I know this is standard hospitality practice (at least it should be) but everything was done on their initiative. I didn't have to ask them to do anything..they took initiative to print directions without me having to ask them to do this extra step. This was on a Saturday night and the hotel lobby was busy with guests checking in, asking questions and never once were we rushed. The rooms had everything you need. The TV's were LG HDTVs with a very convenient video console that was built into the TV stand. Every video hookup you can think of...VGA for hooking your laptop to the TV, HDMI for video game consoles, dvd players, blu ray, etc. Component, composite, RCA out and headphone jacks...all in one console panel outside of the TV. The quality of the room and hotel wee excellent. Even the sleeper sofa was very comfortable, which is hard to find. The only thing I would ask to make this stay truly perfect would me a larger variety of breakfast items

are first room carpet was very dirty.changed rooms and carpet and sofa had stains on them. was very disapointed in this hotel. was not hyatt quality.

This is a really nice clean modern hotel. The room was super and the beds and the big flat screen TV were great! Our stay was overall very good. One huge problem was our room on the other side of the elevator. Not sure why they would put anyone in that room frankly. Very noisy until midnight or so. I did let front staff know and they offered another room right away so they were offering to help. Excellent!

We had stayed at other hotels in this area which were ok but this was a step up. The staff was great and went out of their way to help. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We would stay again.

The only drawback to this hotel is the lack of hot tub. They have a fitness room, pool, continental breakfast that is wonderful, the Hotel staff were very helpful with recommending laces to eat, and they also offer 24 hour room service. Hotel is clean and the staff is polite. The breakfast is a bit on the skimpy side, The beds are comforable with lots of great pillows. You would expect to find a nice fluffy towel after your shower but they are more on the rough side.

The hotel was more spacious than expected. Nice beds and furniture as well as the amenities provided. Even though the breakfast wasn't all that great, its a great place to stay.

Excellent staff, with clean rooms at a great price.

Average hotel with the rooms not conveniently designed. Closet is difficult to access, bathroom very small. This is more like a Holiday Inn Express.

great hotel for leaving your car while your away. Very clean and comfortable, staff extreamly helpful. Beds and pillows give you a good nihts sleep.

Little miscommunication with the shuttle and ended up waiting 1/2hr for a pick up. On arrival which was after 10pm there was a funky smell in the lobby apparently from the sewer line located in front of the hotel (suggested some industrial fans pointed out). We stayed at this hotel for 1 night to attend my daughter's graduation from the University of Arizona. It's near the airport and about 20 mins from campus. This was a bit further than I would have liked but we've always enjoyed our stays at Hyatt Place and therefore were willing to make the drive.

The check-in screens at the door were a little bit too much. My debit card didn't work so someone had to help me the old-fashioned way and use the computer behind the desk. Sometimes a person is just needed to check you in otherwise it's way too impersonal

Unbelievable, best night I have ever spent in a hotel ever! The comfort of the bed was amazing the shower was great, the immenities were awesome! Neighborhood is not desirable. This hotel is not close to anything except the airport. My wife and I were stopped in the parking lot by a man asking for money. Several times we were worned by locals to be careful in this neighborhood. This is information that I would have wanted to know prior to booking.

Was there two nights in first week of April - good place to stay at reasonable rates which includes breakfast.

The room was not very clean. There was a hair in the bathtub and also one on the bathroom floor. The room looked like it had seen some wear and tear despite being totally remodeled only a few years ago. Worst of all there was a strange hair stuck to me in the morning that must have come from the sheets which really grossed me out. It was long and black, […] and I have short blond hair! Also, it was very hot in the room for March and so I had the air conditioner on all night. It was a very noisy, inefficient at cooling the room, and kept making weird popping sounds. I ordered a Disney movie, one that has been finished in the theaters for several months now, and was charged an extremely high price on my credit card. My stay at the Hyatt Place was extremly pleasant. The room was big with an oversized sofa.The staff was very professional, caring for my needs as a mother traveling with two kids under 3. I wish we could have stayed longer.

I had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Place. I have stayed at this hotel many times in many different cities and they always hold the highest standards of operation. The hotel is less than a mile from the airport and provides free shuttle service. The rooms keep a good temperature and the staff is always very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is okay, but […] only offers fruit, cereal, and bread products. I judge a good breakfast based on whether or not scrambled eggs are available. They aren't. :( I love the Hyatt Place, its my favorite hotel in this price and quality range. Its trendy and clean and affordable. I hope they keep up this level of service nationwide. Hotel was nice with bar and food available for purchase. Staff very friendly. When we go back this will be the hotel first on our list to book.

This was a beautiful hotel located right next to the Tucson airport, which makes it nice if you are traveling. Kind of far from the other city attractions though. Excellent customer service, extremely friendly front desk. The rooms were huge.. lots of space and SUPER comfortable. We did not want to leave. I used to stay at the Radisson at the Tucson airport and I was repeatedly disappointed with their service and the hotel in general. What a difference to switch to the Hyatt! This hotel was a great value! The only thing we were disappointed with was under ammentities it says microwave and DVD player which we were looking forward to. We were going to snuggle up with some hotchocolate and we rented a movie to enjoy. Hotel had neither of those. So we had to find a movie on TV which is nothing exciting. Overall a wonderful stay. Check in was the quickest I've ever gone through. The free breakfast was perfect but couldn't really find any staff members who were actually covering the area. Turns out the front desk person was covering this as well and couldn't balance both duties. Room was very clean and organized with a great flat screen TV. The Hyatt at the Tucson airport was absolutely the best hotel I have stayed at. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were comforable.
