とにかく隣や上の足音や物音が筒抜け。静かな環境は期待できないです。。あまりにうるさくて夜中に部屋の変更をお願いしました。。それから部屋はかなり狭いです。。落ち着けませんでしたね。

初めての海外旅行で、英語が堪能でない私たち家族にも、受付の方たちが親切にしてくださいました。ホテルを出入りするときも笑顔で挨拶してくれてうれしかったです。とても快適に過ごすことができました。地下鉄や郵便局も目の前にあり、10分ほど歩くと自然史博物館があったりと、立地条件もばっちりでした。

母と２人で４泊滞在しました。部屋はスタンダードツインでした。リノベーションされており、とても清潔で快適でした。広くはありませんが、十分な広さでした。（１人用のお部屋は狭いのかもしれません） バスタブもあり、お湯などもきちんと出て、水回りはまったく問題ありませんでした。朝食はホテル内レストランが７月４日からリノベーション後にオープンした為、ホテル内でゆっくり食べることができました。 日本のテレビ番組は見られませんでした。 ホテルの壁は薄いようで、上の階からの足音がかなり響いてました。スタッフは全員が愛想がよくて親切！！とは言い切れませんが、十分に満足できました。 立地としては、駅から徒歩１～２分と大変近く、どこに行くのも便利でした。ＬＨＲ空港までも１本なので、大変便利でした。駅にエスカレーター […] は無いので、スーツケースを運ぶのだけ我慢すれば問題ありません。ハイドパークへも徒歩１０分ほどで、朝の散歩も楽しめました。駅の周りには、スーパーやコンビニのようなもの、スタバ、ＰＡＵLなどがあり、便利でした。騒がしくもなく、快適でした。 大型ホテルでは無いため、チェックインに待たされることもなく、静かにロンドン滞在を楽しみたい方にはおすすめです。 もっと読む

全館改装工事をほぼ終えたところらしく、お部屋はピカピカで清潔です。 ただ、どのお部屋も若干狭く、使い勝手がいいとは言えないです。 ロケーションは抜群によく、静かで地下鉄の駅も至近。 バスの便もよいので、おすすめです。

シングルルームに泊まりました。部屋は、かなり狭いですが、寝るだけなので気になりません。部屋は、改装されたばかりで、清潔で、気持ちよく過ごせました。 ただし、シングルルームだけだと思いますが、問題点が1点あります。シャワールームのドアとの関係で、洗面台の奥行きが短くなっています。洗面台の上部30センチくらいのところに、棚もあるので、洗顔がうまくできません。タオルを濡らして顔を拭いていました。 ホテルは、グロスター・ロード駅から徒歩で1～2分のところにあります。グロスター・ロード駅は、ロンドン市内の観光名所へのアクセスに便利な位置にあると思います。自然史博物館、ヴィクトリア＆アルバート博物館には、徒歩で行けます。また、駅近くにスーパーが2店あります。

ホテルのロケーションには本当に感動した。部屋は狭かったけれど、ロンドンでは当たり前だし、汚れも無くて美しい家具が備え付けられていた。ホテルで食事しなかったけど、近くのたくさんの食堂で美味しい朝食を食べられた。ホテルも周辺も素敵で、それだけの価値があり、またここに泊まると思う。

Rydgesで素晴らしい滞在が出来た。Kensington Suiteを予約して、広さ、清潔さ(部屋は真新しく感じた)、アメニティ(2台の液晶テレビ、セパレートのシャワーとバスタブなど)に興奮した。ソファベッドは最も快適とは言えないマットレスだったけど、余分にベッドがあったことは良かった。ホテルのスタッフは極めてフレンドリーで親切だった。ホテルが改修中のため、私たちの部屋には少し厄介なことがあって、エレベーターが正しく動作していなかった。私たちは2階の部屋だったけれど、部屋へ行くのに階段を上り下りしなければいけないのは、特に荷物がある時に困った。このことは改修が終われば解決すると思う。

素晴らしいホテルでとても快適。ちょうど通りの向かいのGloucester Road駅を使えば、ロンドン中心部のどのアトラクションへも近い。料金を支払うだけの値打ちがある。

ホテルは清潔で、地下鉄の駅まで徒歩1分以内で、すぐ隣にバス停があるという極めて良い場所にあった。サービスも極めて良かった。でも、かなりの高所得者向けの地域にあったにしても、部屋は料金の割には信じられないくらい狭かった。

I would stay at this hotel again. The hotel was clean, service was good and efficient and location was great - 50 metres from tube station. It was convieniently located. The rooms are small but they are adequately furnished so even this was not really a negative. The bathroom was a good size give the overall size of the room. My room accomodated myself and my two daughters one of whom slept in a rollaway cot. It was a bit tight but certainly manageable. Cleanliness is more important to me than having more space. I don't normally write reviews, but felt I should as my stay was excellent. The hotels location is brilliant, less than a 2 minute walk from Gloucester Road Tube Station. The hotel is modern, very clean and had everything I needed and more. Would 100% stay here again.

First-class room and loads of places to eat nearby. I had one problem with the room, but the General Manager personally phoned me (brownie points for that) to sort it out. Much better than typical London hotels.

I t was my first time staying at this hotel.It is a pleasant location and I couldn't fault the room. The hotel is a good base but not the sort of lace one would want to spend anytime in. The bar is small and basic as is the reception area.
