"Clean rooms, great price"
Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Nice clean rooms, friendly staff and nice pool area. The noise from the hall was a little loud in our room. We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions. Although it is not within walking distance to shops and "nightlife," it is only a short ten-minute drive to reach these Duluth attractions. This motel is new, clean, and modern. Everything works and is in spectacular shape. Even though a number of families with little kids were in attendance, the place is quiet and restful.
