廊下ですれ違う従業員も愛想が良く、快適に過ごせました。

数回泊まっていて久しぶりの滞在でしたが満足でした。必ずいく、ファッションショーモールは遠いですが歩いてみたら、約40分程でしかもお店がたくさんなので飽きずに歩けました。今回は家族旅行なので子供が楽しめるようにここにしました。ホテル内には結構大きめのゲームセンターがありますし、斜め前にはエクスカリバー。前にはコカコーラとM＆Mのショップと、徒歩圏内で遊べます。 ホテル内のレストランも、高級なものから、ホットドックスタンドやスタバもり不自由しません。ただ、１Fのレストラン＜チンチン＞の朝食ブッフェは今ひとつです。（種類が無い）隣のイタリアンかアメリカ料理のレストランの方がお勧めです。

ストリップ沿いのホテルにしては部屋のアメニティはイマイチかな？というカンジでした。部屋の中は三ツ星程度のモーテルと変わりないような…。もっと高い部屋だったら良かったのかもしれませんが… 寝るだけでしたので特に問題はなかったです。 一番良かったのは、駐車場からフロントや部屋までが近いということです。 ベラージオの辺りまでも歩ける距離だし、M & M's やコカコーラとか色々なお土産やさんも近くて便利でした。このホテルでのショー、ズマニティはとても良かったです！ ジェットコースターは値段の割りに面白くなさそうだったので乗りませんでした。

スイートをとりました。他にも3カ所のホテルで2泊ずつスイートをとったのですが、ここの部屋が一番広くてインテリアもオシャレでジャグジーも良かったです。部屋は30数会中18階でしたが部屋からの眺めは良かったです！プールはとてもこじんまりしていてほとんど家族連れで静かで落ち着いた感じでした。レストラン街はバッフェはなかったけれど、ニューヨークの町並みみたいな作りで雰囲気が良く写真スポットいっぱいでした。外歩きの立地もここが一番良かったです。

The hotel itself would normally be 3 star, but finding bloody sheets in a made bed is hard to overlook. In addition, the misleading "amenities" don't exist. A fitness center that closes at 7pm, is essentially non-existent for any one that has to work. Lovely big room, we had a complimentary upgrade. On the back of the hotel but on floor 14 so still a good view from the window. Resort fee was a compulsory extra but included free WiFi and free check in/boarding pass for the flight next day. Instant check out via the TV in the room...so no queing at the front desk next day. excellent hotel. we had a great time and plan to use the same hotel next year. the casino is like a nightclub in itself on the weekends with karaokee, djs, live entertainment and more.

Only had a 2 queen room instead of a king, pool was not available at all due to maintenance, getting a free drink while gambling was nearly impossible.

The hotel was fine, and the location on The Strip was close to lots of activity. Room was ready at check in. Two problems that I think were poorly addressed - in room safe was not operational. While they offered to fix it, I would have to wait around on security to accomplish this. Not my idea of fun hanging in the room in Vegas. Secondly - the pool […] was closed, and this was not disclosed on hotels.com website. While they offered us access to pool at MGM or Monte Carlo, I don't feel like trudging 1/2 mile (literally) to the pool. Still charged me the "resort fee" which I thought was ridiculous. Ate at Nine Fine Irishmen onsite and the credit card machine was unavailable, so had to pay cash. Seriously?!? Overall - hotel room was fine, but there were several "fails" by the hotel. I enjoyed my stay at New York New York. The location is good, the room was adequate, friendly hotel staff, but I thought the prices were very steep for what it was, a hotel casino. I also think that some restaraunts in the hotel should be open later. I was tired of eating at the American cafe after getting back late each night. The hotel is very nice and the room was nice. We ordered breakfast on one of the mornings they said it would be about 45 min but breakfast was delivered within 20 min. The only downside was that the pool was being worked on and that wasn't mentioned when i bought the tickets for the room. it was just ok not as clean as the other hotels

It took over 3 hours to check in with 3 room changes before we settled in. Also there were issues with noise through the inter joining room door as well as roller coaster ride and general traffic noise. Wifi is extreemly slow as well. I will not be staying here again. Better off staying further up the strip.

Other than the bathtub being clogged, it is an overall nice hotel. It is located in the heart of the strip yet is it's own city inside. Zumanity is a must see show located in the hotel; for those above 18 yrs.

The room is quite comfortable, but the rooms don't have mini-friges or coffee machines. I understand that they want you outside of your room so that you can spend money at their many amenities and stores, but it is a bit ridiculous that they can't have a coffee machine and a mini-fridge.

the man who helped us at the front desk was great. answered all are questions with a smile and was very helpful and friendly. no pool was a big let down, wish we would have been informed when booking room.

The hotel was nice, I'm just really disappointed thr hotels.com did not inform me that the pool was out of service.

We were dissappointed with our stay because the room needed to work. The location was good.

The check in was quick and painless, the room was easy to get in and out of. The bed was so comfy and the set up of the room was very simple yet felt very luxurious.

We were disappointed with the hotel having no pool (being renovated). We were told we could use a couple other affiliated pools, but all of them were very far away and it was awkward carrying all our pool supplies into different hotels/casinos just to use the pool

Really good, would use again

We were very pleased with New York New York for the price we paid, it was a great location to walk up the strip, the show was amazing and we enjoyed the casino and eateries, only bad point was the pool was closed, we were able to use others but not as convenient.

Great other than they didn't have the king bed I ordered

We're not aware of pool closure,was noton Internet when we booked march 04/12. Would have been nice to have a fridge and small coffee maker in room

Hotel was awesome. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Only problem is there is no pool. They didn't mention that on the web or at check in. You can use other properties but it was an inconvienced.

I liked the location of the hotel. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. One little thing I should mention, if you get early check-in and want to take a nap (or change clothes) make sure you put the sign out saying "do not disturb" and use the deadbolt. We had a maid knock and enter within 1 second of knocking! I think her goal was to […] do a quick check of the room before someone checked in.
