The rooms were large, the staff was very helpful in locating an address I needed to be at. They printed me a map and was extremely helpful. My family commented on how clean and appealing the hotel was. We will definitely stay again.

the room was clean and the decor was great. big comfy bed, super nice customer service, and lots of good places to eat in easy walking distance. My husband and I will stay here again.

A comfortable and convenient place to stay after a day on the I5. If the number and softness of pillows is used to measure the comfort of a hotel then this one is right up there. Perhaps the bathrooms could do with a little remodeling and the air-conditioner sounded like it was made by Pratt & Whitney..

Stayed for extended time. Room was lovely & clean. My only complaint is the air conditioning unit was extremely loud and annoying during the night. Breakfast was included only if booked with your room some confusion from other guests was an issue during my ordering of food from the menu at the restraunt. Beautiful courtyard!

I found this hotel to be quite satisfactory. The rooms have been redecorated and have an Asian feel. They were quite nice. My only complaints are the ice machine was too far away and the jacuzzi not hot enough.

Overall the hotel was great only two small criticisms This hotel needs to improve it's pool service. The whole 1st floor smelled of chlorine, to the extent that it didn't seem healthy to swim in a pool with that much chlorine in it. Clean, and friendly staff!

We came for our daughters graduation from U of O. Excellent Marriott - all staff were friendly and helpful. Lobby was stocked with computers that worked, coffee, and seating. Rooms were very clean, odor-free, and quiet. Would have like to see free light snacks for breakfast - all food is for sale at the lobby cafe. Great location to stay if you're traveling on the I-5 or don't want to stay downtown Eugene. Loved the large TV screen with weather and traffic updates in the lobby sitting area, such a great idea! The Lobby was beyond my expectations, very modern and well maintained. Indoor pool was the perfect temperature and the hot tub had a nice view onto the […] courtyard. Television was awkwardly placed in the room, in terms of the bed, but large none the less. Wine glasses at bar had smudges. Breakfast sausage was very overcooked, possibly left under a heat lamp for an extended period of time. Otherwise it was nice to have options for breakfast, which was included. This was our best stay of 6 different stays. Nice pool/spa, rooms spacious, beds wonderful, and breakfast well worth picking up for.

We enjoyed our stay at this motel very much. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The room was comfortable, clean and far above-average. The location was convenient for us and easy to locate. If all accommodations were of this caliber, we would be thrilled.

The hotel and staff were excellent, but other guests of the hotel were very loud in the hallway (children and running feet) and very loud in the other rooms (knocking on doors and loud conversations late at night). Don't travelers know how to behave during a hotel visit?

The price I paid on hotels.com was great! However, the walls were VERY thin and you could hear what was going on in each room around you! It also would've been nice to have a free breakfast, but they wanted you to pay $8.95 for their buffet. Also, the front of the hotel is being remolded, so you could hear some noise from that. Hotel was clean and spacious. We got a whirlpool room and enjoyed it. There was a lot of food and the mall nearby. We were just passing through so it was perfect for us.

Room very clean, employess friendly, helpful and courteous. Area very quiet. Excellent breakfast.

The beds were very comfortable which is a plus when traveling. The hotel was quiet and offerer an indoor pool and exercise room. The staff was friendly and accomodating. We needed a guest laundry which they had and they supplied complimentary soap and fabric softener.
