Excellent BBQ lunch near by! Would not want to walk outside at night. Saw hookers walking streets.

Great staff, clean room. Overall stay was Amazing. Only complaint was that door to parking garage that was suppose to be locked for security was never locked.

They treated us wonderfully and were very helpful

hotel staff talked openly (lolita) about the custpmers before me - toilet leaked, no remote in the room - coffee machine had no on off button obviously - when I entered the room the coat hangers hit me in the face - horrible, horrible room next to maintenance room OMG restaurant does not open until 5pm

This is a very convenient location, right next to the airport. Unfortunately, it is also very LOUD. There is alot of nearby traffic and jet noise, which was not all that conducive to a good nights sleep. There was also some local folks making alot of noise on the street. I suggest requesting a room that does not face traffic or other shenanigans.

Arriving very early in the morning (2 a.m.) after a botched car reservation left me stranded, the Manager was extremely understanding and accommodating, even upgrading my room and giving me a breakfast voucher. The hotel is bright, clean and the room was comfortable and well appointed - what one expects from the reviotalized Holiday Inn.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar/ restaurant didn't have much ambience, but my light meal was very tasty. Convenience to the airport and 24 hour shuttle was a plus.

Excellent location close to airport. Shuttle runs every 15 min. Dinner is served thru the Bar/lounge. Hotel.com price was reasonable (could have been a little cheaper to make it a good deal).

THE ONLY ISSUE I HAD WITH THE HOTEL IS THE HALL WAY NOISE EVERY TIME SOME ONE WOULD GO IN OR OUT OF THEIR ROOM YOU COULD HEAR THE SHUT. OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS A GREAT STAY.WEALSO USED THEIR PARK & FLY SERVICE WHEN WE RETURNED OUR CAR WAS IN ONE PIECE WILL USE THIS PROPERTY AGAIN

I expect a lot from a hotel. This one delivered. Extremely courteous staff, readily available shuttle driver, and a clean room. If you need to stay near Hobby, look here.

Good hotel, the people behind the counter make the difference. They were outstanding!

Overall the experience was great; however, there was not a refridge or microwave in the room.

But sometimes you have no other choice. This place was a huge pleasant surprise. Shuttle service was above and beyond. Clean and quiet, and fully staffed even at odd hours. Really a great experience.

Hotel is OK for an airport hotel. One night there is just right. More than that I would not recommend. The lounge is very small and there is not restaurant for dinner. Breakfast buffet is a good deal. No restaurants within walking distance so plan to eat at hotel if you do not have a car.

I had a 7 AM flight and chose The Holiday Inn because it was close to the airport and inexpensive. Though the staff was attentive, the food was terrible, the internet didn't work, and the printer in the business center was broken. The Hampton Inn was across the street; I'd stay there next time.

The hotel is nice and clean, the service people are educated and professional, the room was very clean. Unfortunately the A/C window units, even if quite new, do so much noise when they start and work that it was quite difficult to sleep. My brother in law was in the next room, with the same issue. It was convenient to the airport and that was all I was interested in on this trip. Can't say anything about locations of things to do, but will say the hotel and room were very nice and I enjoyed the evening I stayed there.

We did enyoy everything. Wish continental breakfast could have been served. Wish the hot tub near pool was operational. Heater not working.
