ボストン郊外在住ですが、リフレッシュに１週間滞在しました。チャールズリバー沿いにありますが、実際にはチャールズリバーの両側は交通量が多いため、反対側のお部屋で大正解でした。東側を望むお部屋からは、毎朝、最高の夜明けの景色をじっくり楽しみました。セントラルスクエア駅から徒歩で１０分少しですが、十分に便利な立地です。ホールフーズ、トレーダージョーズ、スターバックス、マイクロセンター（IT家電製品）、が歩いてすぐです。お部屋も機能的かつ快適。コインランドリーもあり、これで小さなキッチンがついていたら、ずっと暮らせそうです。

従業員の接客態度は全般的によかった。ホテルは少し古いが滞在中は快適だった。ただ周りについて、近くにショッピングモールがあるが、夜は回りは閑散としているので、ホテル内で購入できる食品や飲料水の種類を増やして欲しい。また夜はバーでしか食事が出来ないが、メニューの品数も工夫の余地あり。

最初、地下の部屋に案内されましたが、この部屋は道路際で人の歩くのを下から見る形であまり快適ではないので、別の部屋を要求したら、旧館の３階に変えてくれました。新しい部屋は古い部屋ですが、ベッド・洗面等も清潔で、窓からは街の中心の広場も見えて快適でした。日本人は文句を言わないので、悪い部屋から使おうとするということがあるので、はっきり好き嫌いを言ったほうがいいです。

ボストンのダウンタウンから離れているがダウンタウン並みに高い。 美術館まで徒歩で行けるのは良い。 但し、Children's Hospitalに隣接しており入院中の子供たちの親が泊まっていると思われる。 何となく気を使ってしまう。 みんな早く元気になってください。

The only negative I have is that our refrigerator had not been cleaned out and at breakfast there were still beer bottles that had not been cleared from the night before. We stayed a Saturday into Sunday. Our room had a separate bedroom which we really enjoy. It also had a balcony off the bedroom. The hotel is near a little shopping plaza which comes in handy if you forgot something or want to grab a bite to eat. Breakfast was AWESOME! Staying at this hotel was the best stay of our week long vacation! The hotel is nice but the staff is AMAZING! Every emplolyee of the hotel was very nice and bent over backwards to make every member of our family feel like they were the most important guest they had. My father is a very picky person and has never spent the money to stay in a place that had more than two stars because he believed that a hotel is "just a place to sleep." As for my family (who stays in hotels frequently), this was our first Embassy stay and the hotel sold us on Embassy for all of our future stays. My 6 yr old was in like for an omlet and giving me orders about wanting ham but not cheese...etc...his order was too demanding and I ordered him something easier to make but the chef had been listening to the conversation (while he was cooking for the person in front of us) and he looked at my son and repeated his demanding omlet order.
