"Disappointment"
I gave it a low rating because we didn't get the room that I thought we had booked online. We walked into the room and there was no refrigerator or microwave which is what I thought I had booked. I immediately went to the front desk to see if another room was available. I was asked if we had dirtied the room because we would have to be charged for that […] room and the second room! We were switched to a second room which was a smoking room. We barely had the door opened and walked back into the hallway because of the smell. While we were standing in the hallway trying to decide what to do the manager came along and asked what the problem was. We were then changed to another room. Had no idea there was no elevator for my 88 year old mother with ostroporosis and a bad hip !!! That should have been noted somewhere. After a very long day of traveling we were greeted by a very nice young lady by the name of Anna. She was very helpful and kind. She gave us all the necessary info needed for our stay there that night and to enjoy a complimentary breakfast the next morning. "Okay for the price"
Although our stay was acceptable, we stayed two nights and our room was not cleaned on the second day. The first night we only had one bath towel in the bathroom and had to ask for more. The free continental breakfast was good. We did not use the pool.Expedia ゲストの適正な口コミ

"COMFORT INN SOUIX CITY - COMFORT AND CONVIENCE"
THE STAFF WAS GREAT! THE ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE. I SLEPT MUCH BETTER THAN I USUALLY DO WHEN AWAY FROM HOME.THEY ONLY PROBLEMS WERE THE BREAKFAST SELECTION AND ONE OF THE WAFFLE IRONS WAS NOT WORKING. OTHERWISE IT WAS A VERY GOOD PLACE TO STAY.Hotels.com ゲストの適正な口コミ

"would stop there if in the area"
The motel was easy to get to off the highway. When we arrived there were a group of people sitting in front of the door but not blocking it. They were eating and making a mess on the ground. They were there most of the night and left a mess that was still there in the morning. The guest on the second were quite noisy all night. "convenient but needed work"
