Nice hotel, furnishings not luxurious but very very nice. Breakfast is excellent. Short walk to many of the great neighborhoods throughout Santiago. I rank it 7 out of 10 on the luxury scale.

great for the price breakfast buffet included - excellent food convenient location - metro stop 2 blocks away very, very, very courteous and helpful staff free wi fi in every room lots of good restaurants within walking distance overall, a very pleasant and positive experience

I can't say enough good things about this stay. The staff is speedy, efficient, friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and comfortable. Room service bent over backwards to please us and the bar and restaurant downstairs had a wide selection of fantastic food. The neighborhood is clean, safe and has lots of food choices a block away. It is very close […] to the subway line as well as a stop for the hop-on hop-off city tour. I would absolutely stay here again. Excellent choice! the staff was very attentive, the room was great. Location is also very good. All in all a 5 Star hotel at a great price.

We were very impressed with the location and also the services the hotel offered. We had room service several times and it always was very prompt and the food was delicious and hot. Also, the breakfast (included in price) was great! Lots of choices and we enjoyed the friendly service. Our room was very spacious and as we had a corner room it was quiet […] and had 2 large windows with view of the city and mountains. Frontdesk was always helpful. Also, they provide free internet access in rooms as well as on the computers they provide. The stop for the hop on/hop off bas is close as well. I cannot say too many nice things about our experience at this lovely hotel. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful in all ways and I loved having the business center with free internet services. We were there 2 nights and would definitely stay again if we were in Santiago.

Great Service and Food. Hotel Restaurant is excellent.

No air condition ! It was 32c=95f so hot but no air condition was working in my room. Also taxis were waiting outside hotel charged us more than the hotel clark told us.

Everything and more than you would want in a hotel. I called the laundry service to get shirt pressed and it was returned perfectly done in 30 mins. The lunch was fantastic in the resturant. The Happy Hour in the main bar is exactyl what you need after a hard day's work.

Very nice beds. Location is so so. Breakfast was included and it was very good.

O hotel é muito bom. O pessoal presta um serviço maravilhoso. Instalações maravilhosas, muito melhor que a nota que atribuiram. Vale a pena.

Es un muy lindo hotel con una calidad de servico destacada, es una pena la cantidad de obras publicas y privadas que se estan desarrollando en el la zona lo que entorpece la circulacion, de todos modos vale elegir este hotel. Recomiendo visitar el restaurant del Radisson preparan comida muy sabrosa

Fiquei muito satisfeito com o hotel em questão! Hotel bem conservado, quartos limpos e confortáveis, funcionários atenciosos (destaque para camareira Olga que nos atendeu muito bem), café da manhã muito bom, excelente localização (próximo ao metrô, inclusive), enfim, recomendaria fortemente a qualquer pessoa.

Passei 5 dias em Santiago, adoramos a estadia no hotel, bem localizado, pessoas atenciosas, limpeza excelente ,quarto limpos e confortáveis,localizado próximo de tudo que é bom. Recomendo a todos que querem ir conhecer essa cidade maravilhosa que é Santiago.

Otimo hotel, bem localizado e muito organizado. Possui funcionarios preparados para tirar duvidas e auxilia-lo a suas demandas externas. O front desk poderia ser um pouco mais cordial, mas nada que venha a lhe incomodar a sua estada.

El hotel me ha dejado totalmente satisfecho, permitiendome disfrutar todo lo que pude. El personal muy amable, atento. Es la cuarta vez que visito Chile y la verdad que estan cada vez mejor. Los felicito.

O hotel em si é lindo. Imponente, extremamente bem localizado - perto da estação de metro Tobalaba. O atendimento é cortês, e o staff é muito bem preparado.
