Convenient and pleasant. NIce to have trees and grass around. Roomy eating area - and waffles! Parking convenient. Friendly staff.

While this is not the worst hotel in the world, we certainly won't be staying there again. The staff was friendly, so there's a plus, and a free breakfast is always a bonus. Our room was like something out of the 70's, and […] it had a not-so-fresh smell to it. The bed was rickety and we thought we would fall over. I literally slept in a hoodie and sweatpants as it was itchy and seemed dirty. The phone didn't work at all, and should you be lucky enough to have a room right off of the street, be prepared to hear traffic at all hours of the night. Yes, the windows are that thin. Made the reservation with the hotel through Hotels.com about 3 hours before arriving for a night as we were passing through. The front deck lady failed to put in our reservation and blamed Hotels.com. When we called Hotels.com about it they called the front desk and she put them on hold for a half hour while taking other guests in front of us. Finally […] she answered the call and they faxed over the reservation again. A new hotel worker showed up went to the fax and produced two copies of it, the one recently faxed and the one faxed now 4 hours prior. When they started to put in the information, she said she just booked the last room of our type (King Suite with fold out couch) to one of the guests she took instead of answering Hotels.com's phone call. She said she could put us in a regular King but it did not have the sofa pull out for our 6 yr old son. When we asked about a roll away bed, she said they she didn't know where it was and didn't want to find it. The new hotel worker told her where it was and she huffed and puffed and finally went to go get it. After 2 hours in the middle of the night with a very tired 6yr old sitting in the lobby the whole time we finally got up to our room. The room wasn't bad, as expected. However when we woke up to leave for another full day of driving the hot water was gone (8am) and the tub didn't drain. Room was nice and clean. Great price and hotel stay.

Hotel was exactly what I wanted while attending a trade show at the Convention Center. Hotel was clean, the breakfast adequate and the neighborhood was fine. Plenty of fast food & sit down restaurants & other shopping close by.

Me and a friend stay at this hotel quite often. We have stayed at several of the other hotels around this area in the same price range but we keep coming back to comfort inn. Stayed the night before my big test, nice room, staff was nice, good breakfast!

While the hotel is not fancy, our room was VERY clean. We stay in hotels fairly often and most are not this clean. It was conveniently located near our daughter's college and many restuarants and shops. Would reccommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Breakfast could have been better.

Friendly staff, clean hotel, near plenty of restaurants.

It's a TIRED HOTEL, Needs a MAJOR overhall. Booked through Hotels.com, good rate, but my room was on the Michigan Ave. side of the building, 24 hours of traffic noise. Room next to a EXIT, so guess what I got there, door and traffic noise. I bet there was not 15 cars in the parking lot in the morning, I left there at 7:23 a.m. already checked out and […] had eaten. WHY issue a room where they put me with a LOT of open rooms. Yes, it's a room that they can't book due to the rooms location, unless YOU can't find a hotel and room some other place. Breakfast OK, nothing special, there is a DENNYS across the street, a better option. A lot of places to EAT and shop in the area. If YOUR looking for a hotel on the north side of Indianapolis, that is cheap, and YOUR only staying for a night, this may work for YOU. I travel through the area 10 - 12 times a year, know most of the GOOD or BETTER places to stay in this area, only stayed here due to the ROOM RATE. I would NOT do it again. Only one premium TV channel, no menu to see what is on, free wireless internet, a little difficult to get on, but it's in the room FREE. GOOD LUCK if you stay here. もっと読む

The Comfort Inn and Suites North at the Pyramids is a great place to stay in Indianapolis, Indiana. The price of the rooms is great and the staff keep the place clean, warm and inviting. There are many places to eat in the area. Two of the main Superstores are in the area, for forgotten essentials and forgotten "what-nots". The hotel is located one […] light from the interstate. Appoximately 30 minutes from the International Airport. The staff is friendly and courteous. The morning breakfast is very nice. They have waffles, eggs and sausage. Beagles, cereals, juices, yogart, fruit and coffee. Large area to seat eat and read the morning news. The rooms are always clean and the beds are comfortable. They have remodeled within the last year or two. I work in the area and live north of Indy. I have over the past 4 years used the Comfort Inn and Suites North at the Pyramids as a second home when weather and projects keep me in town. If you are sensitive to noise, ask for a run that is not near Michigan Rd. It is not excessively noisy, just want you to have a good nights sleep. もっと読む

Old hotel but well maintain, clean, friendly staff despite 3rd shift

The staff was extremely accomodating and friendly. This is a nice area close to shopping and dining. We had hot breakfast every morning...which is great especially for the price of the stay. The room itself was average, but clean. I would stay here again because you cant be the price, perks, and proximity to everything you need.

On four occasions while I was there, I approached the front desk with a question. One time was to check in and the desk person did very well. Twice during the stay I approached the desk and had to wait for the two persons there to finish their conversation before one of them turned to me to see what I wanted. I know that on both occasions, the employess […] had no realization that they were making the customer wait; but I did have to wait. In both cases, the topic of their conversation was not that earthshaking in importance, that it could not have been interupted to wait on their customer. もっと読む

It was just average. We have been there at least 3 times and each time the room was cleaned, hallway spelled and the whole hotel need to be updated.

Except for the poor breakfast, everything was good.

We were traveling as a church group 16 students and 4 adults. The employees were very welcoming and accomadating. Letting us use the breakfast area for pizza at night and helping us with all our needs. The rooms were comfortable and the hotel very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

The matress was uncomfortable, the air conditioner was noisy, and the breafast was disappointing. Additionally, the room was minimally clean.

Hotel was clean, bed comfortable, Wi fi good conection, easy to find in north Ind. Breakfast was more than the normal, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, muffins, toast, and the regular fair. would stay again.

When we arrived there was a bunch of loiterers outside the lobby entrance, not befitting a quality hotel but rather a flophouse where drifters stay longterm. I don't know if they were local Indianapolians or if they were from Gary or Chicago's South Side but some of them were noisy and disruptive and my wife Laura could hear them as late as midnight […] even though we had a sound machine on. A quality hotel needs to make it clear that loud parties are not to be tolerated and guests who refuse to comply with requests to quiet it down need to be thrown out with no refund. Its one of the "No complaints" hotel for the price range. Kids loved here - the breakfast was very good (included hot patties, scrambled egg, hard boiled egg) much more quality items. Neat and nice. Will definitely stay here again!

This hotel was excellent for the price. The location was excellent; easy access to freeway. The room was clean, quiet, and pretty comfy! The continental breakfast was kind of lackluster, but they are changing that already, so we would definitely stay here again and recommend it! This was a great value. Staff was very helpful on check-in and when I needed some information about nearby shopping. Continental breakfast was typical. I enjoyed the environmrnt of and around Comfort Inn I would be willing to stay again. despite a minor mix-up staff were more than apologenic going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy and that my needs were met.

There were bugs in my bed the first night of my stay. When leaving out that next morning I notified the front desk, that I saw a peculiar looking bug, that I had never saw before in my life. When I returned that night, my key would not open my door. I had to go to the front desk, before I found out my room had been changed. They did not have the courtesy […] to notify me by phone that this had happened. They had my number to do so, nor did they let me know that the room had bed bugs. They left some of my things in the room, and would not let me get them. I was not happy about that. The manager was extremely nice the morning I was checking out. He apologized for everything. I ended up with severe bite marks all over my arms. Some of these bed bugs got in my luggage. I went to the doctor and when I described the bugs to him. He is the one that told me that the bugs were, in fact, bed bugs. I do not want this review posted, I am just letting Hotels.com know for reference, and because the manager was so nice and he apologized for everything, I do not want to post anything negative. I would not stay there again, because of the bed bugs, but also because of the way they handled the situation, before the manager was notified. I would really like to be reimbursed for this stay. This hotel was nothing special, but it was clean and very affordable. The balcony on our second floor room was nice for hanging out with a couple of friends.

Our room was very comfortable, we were even allowed to check in early as the room was ready. Breakfast area was clean with a nice selection of foods. Room was clean & quiet, extra towels and pillows were provided upon request. We will stay here again, the location was great for our purposes. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by.

Hotel is fine, room was fine, location is near food, shopping, and gas. The evening desk clerk was very nice, but the morning person at the desk was less than luke warm. He just really didn't care to respond wiht more than a grunt or even smile, and just wanted to get me check out. I'm pretty sure he was the front desk manager. We had a very possitive experience staying at this hotel--quick check-in, clean rooms, and decent breakfast. The people were also pretty friendly.
