パームスプリングのほぼ中央で、どこに行くのも便利、もちろん車で。ホテル付属のゴルフは120ドルと高め、ネットでほかのコースを予約すれば、ただ泊まるだけとしては、経済的でわりあい清潔。

Very good value for the price

A special weekend out of town spoiled. The room was very nice and comfortable with nice furnishings. We took advantage of the appetizers and drinks. Unfortunately we misunderstood well drinks did not include margaritas - very expensive $10.50, however, tvery good. We werre enjoying the band music and dancers when someone came to us and asked where we […] were from. When we told her, she said that people there were "locals" which I took to mean we were not welcome. So we left right after that. Everything else went very nicely.and a drink on our little patio out by the pool. . We went to bed and around 1 a.m. we were awakened by loud talking around the pool. I l saw people in the hot tub talking in loud voices. It continued until 2 a.m. I called the lobby - he said he would take care of it. At 2:30 I called again and he said he thought they had come into the hotel but he would definitely take care of it this time. It took awhile to get back to sleep after being wide awake for a couple of hours. In the morning my husband spoke to the "manager" at the front desk. She apologized but offered no comp or remedy to the problem - just an excuse. We were very disappointed in our "special" time at a resort. I like the ambiance, the food and the service. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends and business associates..

We had a one bedroom suite overlooking the pool. It was beautiful and relaxing. The nighttime entertainment was an added bonus! Can't wait to stay again!

Excellent facilities especially landscaping and pool. We liked the on site bar and nightclub with very good entertainment.

I was not expecting such a wonderful room for the price I paid.

I hadn't been to Indian Wells in many years, but I was pleasantly surprised that this older hotel has been well-maintained; and it's a good value for the price. I would definitely stay there again. Interior hallways and the on-site restaurant were big pluses for me also.

I didn't know what to expect and was desparate for a last minute trip. Some things seemed out dated and could use an update. Bed wasn't the greatest but it worked ok, I reserved a King Sized bed and when I got there I was told I would only get two doubles. IN this particular case that was ok any other time NOT acceptable. bathroom was very clean and […] very nice, closet with ironing board and iron, all just perfect. nice little table if I needed to set up my laptop, which i didn't this time. The TV was old and channel selection poor with no listings available for the available channels. My first impression of this Hotel wasn't overly positive. They put us in a "standard room", which apparently is a room overlooking the parking lot. I asked for a view room, and they moved us to a view room- at a slightly higher price- which was immediately adjacent to the Electrical Room- which produced a constant Hum. On our 3rd try, we got a room […] with a view, and without excessive noise. The Hotel was almost full because of the music fesival in town, so that's probably why we had trouble getting a good room. There is a singer at Frank's Place in the Lobby- who's first name is Frank. He plays a lot of Frank Sinatra tunes, and is pretty good at it. He also plays a wide variety of other hits. Everyday, we took lunch at the poolside cafe and went to the breakfast buffet. All three of us got food poisoning and were extremely ill as a result. The room was lovely and the view of golf course and mountains beautiful. Just don't eat the food.

Great lay out. Nice size. conveniently located. reasonable rates and nice cont. breakfast! pull out couch bed very uncomfortable. lobby restrooms dirty and pool area needs more cleaning up.

We were very pleasantly surprised at this quaint hotel. It was cool learning about the history of this hotel that Lucy and Desi Arnez were part of. The hotel was very reasonably priced and perfect for our layover drive from California to AZ. We had a great dinner there and wonderful breakfast which was included! Indian Wells Resort always has prices well below other hotels in the area...but there is a reason for that. While the hotel lobby seems "resort" like, everything else about the Hotel and the experience is more like a "motel". Standard Rooms are very basic with lumpy floors, old carpet and minimal toiletries. ( shampoo, soap and lotion)No premium bedding […] here, old sheets, polyester bedspreads and those itchy, gold blankets. I always bring my own down comforter when I stay there. The service is hit or miss, sometimes friendly, sometimes not. I have stayed here several times because of the low rates but my expectations are fairly low and know that for my purposes, relaxing out by the pool the hotel is adequate. This would not be my choice for a family vacation or special weekend where your really want to be treated a little special. The breakfast is fine but the pool side service is VERY SLOW and unprofessional. Both days it took over 45 minutes for our food to arrive. The air in our room was not adequate so we purchased a fan to keep it cool. Again, for the low price it is adequate...but certainly not a resort experience. The picture of the pool on the website is a little deceiving as it is much smaller than we expected. Other than that our stay was very satisfying.

Nice hotel and convenient parking. Not too close to shop and restaurants. Pool area nice, although guests place towels on lounge chairs to save them and then are not present.

Great location in Indian Wells, right between Palm Desert and La Quinta. Can't beat the surrounding neighborhood. We chose this hotel because of the price and a last minute desert trip on Easter Weekend. The bed was comfortable, however seemed older. No flat screens but we didn't watch much TV anyway. Pool area was nice and the bar and available menu […] were very good. If your looking for a huge resort this isn't the place, however, you won't find one in this price range. Enjoyed the stay and surrounding area. Very beautiful and relaxing. Conveniently located to restaurants, stores, shopping.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The children were in the pool all the time. We got a room on the first floor with view to the pool. The lobby area was pulsating with entertainment; music and comedy. I loved it. The many large photographs of personalities who decades ago were a part of Indian Wells Resort, made me remember President Ford, Bob Hope, Dezi […] Arnaz, Lucille Ball, Arnold Palmer, and many others. It was a nice stay and hotel. It wasnt a huge place but just enough. The pool area was enjoyable, it also has a bar for drinks. They offer a happy hour with a few free appetizers, that was a nice surprise. The room was fine nothing fancy, bathroom was bigger than I thought though. We arrived early, 10am and hotel staff accommodated us. Let us check in early, however, bed requests was not what we wanted. Hotel staff made quick arrangements and everything was fixed in a timely manner. We were able to enjoy the pool while concern was taken care of.

We enjoyed everything but the bed on our recent stay. I would suggest replacing these old worn out beds that would make all the difference to the guest experience. Nobody wants an uncomfortable nights sleep. Everything else was wonderful.

This is a nice location and setting. However the staff is rude and unhelpful. We had very noisy neighbors, and the staff didn't want to move us, or tell the neighbors to be quiet. They acted like we had no right to a decent night sleep! Also we had to tell them four times in two days that the AC in the work out room wasn't working. Great value. Older, nostalgic hotel with friendly, attentive staff.

This is not a resort, it s simply an older hotel. Charging a resort fee is simply a marketing play to list the initial room rate lower. Annoyed that I had to pay 25 cents for a printed piece of paper.

We had a wonderful, spacious suite that fit our needs perfectly. The pool was relaxing and peaceful.

I loved staying here! Not too big and over the top! Nice and quiet and a great price!!

We were lucky to have picked this place, as we werent sure how old the hotel was. Turned out to be very nice and the grounds and pool were great. Nice lounge and the area was nice to go for a walk. Would definitely recommend a stay, family freindly too.
