車で行くと駐車場が2つあり、車を停めてからホテルのロビーがどこなのかちょっとわかりにくいです。 しかもホテルの棟も2つあるので、チェックインしてみないとどちらの駐車場に停めたら近いのかがわからないです。 それと無意味なShuttleが2つあります．．． 宿泊費の他に別途税金(市税＋リゾート税？)が現地で取られました。(Reno全体でかかるみたいですので、他のホテルも同じだと思います) 部屋は上層階がよいか、下層階がよいか、聞かれました。私の場合、上層階がよい、と言うと、SkyTower側の28F(最上階)になりました。 インターネットはWiFi接続が無料で利用できました。アクセスコードのチケット(1台のみ接続可)が渡され、宿泊数に応じて枚数をくれるみたいです。 カジノは、3つのホテル(CIRCUS-CIRCUS、SILVER-LEGACY, […] ELDRADO)が繋がっているため、かなり大きいです。ただし、それぞれ別経営です。 Slotマシーンは、LasVegasではほとんどのところでチケットになってしまっていますが、コインが出てくるのもありました。 CIRCUS-CIRCUSにはカジノで遊べない子供向けの施設があります。(意外と多いです) 子供連れが多いためか廊下からの音がうるさかったです。 近くにNational Automobile Museumがあり、歩いて行けます。 もっと読む

This is a very outdated hotel connected to the casino with extra charges for no apparent reason. they said "resort fee" but they have no resort/spa type facility. This was instead for use of internet and I for one was not interested in accessing this so I felt I should not have to pay it for each night. In addition to taxes, they also charged fees for […] the City of Reno to upgrade the bowling alley. I spent more time at the other nearby casinos for food and entertainment, that had better selections and prices. We had two rooms for a bachelor party weekend. The prices were high because just about every room in town was booked for the Jazz Fest, a volleyball tournament, and a bowling tournament. The location is great, right in the middle of the action. Our rooms could have been a little cleaner (I found an old piece of candy on the floor, along with some change […] and a ping-pong ball--wth?) One of the beds was broken and leaned to one side. What a mistake. Not my first choice, but most of downtown was already booked up. Next time I will just drive home.

my visits to circus circus are always great. we love the steak house by the game area. believe it is called the steakhouse. the only complaint we had was about that restaurant. they changed their menu & the plates were only the meat/main dish. sides not included which i found odd. if i am paying $31 for a plate i would think a side would be included […] not only the meat by itself. so a bill that should have been under $100 was over $150. not sure what it was but something had my fiance sick & back & forth from the bathroom all night. other than that my stay was good at the hotel as usual. もっと読む

Tons of construction very difficult to get to hotel.

Once we checked in we had to walk to the Sky Tower with our luggage up escalators and stairs to get t the shuttle. We tried the shuttle once but it was filled with teens who where so disruptive and profane it wasn't worth the irritation. The skytower has direct access to the street with no security or employess at all its desolate. With so many transient/drug […] users in the small surrounding hotels right across the street it was scary. Anyone could come off the street go into the elevator, rob or assault someone in the hallway and be gone onto the street with no fear of being caught. Wse would never stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone ever. I am surprised that such an established hotel chain name in Reno and Vegas would opperate this way. Its obvious the owner/management of the facility is flawed. A serious overhaul is needed starting with security and the ability to keep minors incheck. もっと読む

This is NOT the hotel to stay at when just passing through - the trip from parking garage to lobby to room involved several city blocks of walking. Also the "resort fee" was not mentioned on the website but they wanted an additional dollars upon arrival. Other hotels had the fee listed, Circus Circus did not.

the only real problem we had was after the weekend was over we only got room service 1 time in 3 days so our trash piled up because we had my grandson with us and we bought take out.

Its an older hotel, but maintain very well. Front desk staff went above and beyond.

I stayed in a suite that had a mini refrigerator but not a microwave, so I could keep my food fresh but I would have to eat it cold. There is no pool so my family couldn't swim,I'm not suggesting they clear one floor to build a pool but they could have Silver Legacy grant access to the pool for all Circus Circus guest. this hotel is cheap for a reason, completely outdated, smelled, looked gross, and the room was small. The room service stops at 11pm on a friday/saturday night, who does that? You might as well go to Silver Legacy if you want to be close to downtown, way worth the extra few dollars.

Great location. Right off major high way and major roads in Reno. Easy to find. The free acrobatic shows and the shuttle tram between buildings are great attractions for our kids.

Just kinda disappointed of the condition of the room. It wasn't filthy- but wasn't what I was used to when I stayed here before.

Nice hotel, friendly staff but smokey casino. Will probably stay there again in the future.

The AC unit in room is very loud and the TV remote doesn't work (I try change the battery still not working). So I can't do video check out. This hotel is too old it needs major renovation.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. It is connected to the Silver Legacy and the Elderado (sp?) so there is a lot of places to eat, gamble and even shop at without having to go outside. The hotel was clean, the room spacious (in the Sky Tower an end room) and the bed decently comfortable. Good price, good location, room is clean, and kids love their games . However, this is no refrigerator in the room, and there is no free TV channels! In addition, I don't even know if they have spa or sauna.

We were satisfied with the rooms, everything was in working order. The restroom needed to be cleaned a bit further as we found mildew and hair on the corners of the shower and floor. All employees were friendly wich is always gratifing. We have stayed there in the past and most likely will stay there agian.

Hotel was priced right and had clean rooms. It was a mob scene of families and out of control kids though.It's more like a daycare center with slot machines.Good for a family, bad if you're not a family. This hotel was nice and the room was comfy. They have updated the rooms since I was last there. My only complaints is that they way over charge for resort fees ($8 per night you're there) and the lady registering us asked if we wanted to upgrade our room for $40. Room was very clean in appearance and looked updated . Much better than the one in Vegas ( 10/2009). I would stay again without hesitation .

We loved it. :) Standard was just fine for us.

The room was not cleaned thoroughly. Hotel, itself, seemed a littly worn and shabby. Staff was very courteous.

its off from the main building for the casino but overall a great place to stay with nice view of city and scene.
